Service was friendly but a little slow. No water offered or checking in on us during the meal. Beef in my tacos was a little tough and fatty, I expected more for the price we paid.

It’s nice to have an authentic Mexican restaurant up north and it has Pupusas! Everything was super tasty! We loved it.
This place has fantastic food with both authentic Mexican recipes and service. very laid back vibe that meets the south of the border expectation. We went for lunch and it was excellent. The new owners are super nice and welcoming. You cant get a Corona yet but they are working on getting their liquor license to be able to provide such tasty staples as the delicious Margerita, the ever famous Paloma and classic cervesas. I will definitely become a regular and highly recommend you go in and try some typical dishes! P.S. They do take out and are on the local Livro app😎

We had reservations for my party and there were 10 people. This was our first visit since the Conquistadore closed. We were disappointed because the meat served was fatty and tough, both pork and beef. My girlfriend didnt eat her meal because it was really greasy. No alcohol so no margarita, very disappointing. But the service was very good as well as the atmosphere, but the menu needs to be reviewed because out of the 10 people, only one liked it.

Had Father s Day reservations. Called the day in advance to confirm and we all show up the day of and there s a sign on the door that says CLOSED. Super unprofessional and will never come back, waste of gas and time.

We had reservations for Father s Day. When we got there the place was closed. Short of staff. And we could hear loud music from inside. They closed the window when they saw us . We drove all the way from Montreal. Very very unprofessional.
Drove 1hr 15min from downtown Montreal to Saint Jerome. We had a reservation and when we got there, the door was closed due to short staff???? They didn t even have the decency of calling the individuals who placed a reservation for this resto. Not only do they owe me gas money and money for wasting our time ON FATHERS DAY.. we all ended up at McDonald s laughing about how unprofessional some businesses are these days. ZERO STARS! I don t recommend, even if the food might be possibly good. Don t take the risk, you will waste your time and gas!

Tacos were expensive. Just one tortilla and a little bit of meat. Sauces were not good either, no flavor at all. Definitely Im not coming back to this place.

Courteous welcome without more. We wanted to celebrate a birthday but the atmosphere wasnt there. Difficulty understanding and being understood in French. Several items not available on the menu (including specialties!!!), no alcohol license, starters and meals served at the same time, very salty food but ok, 3 glasses of water served at the end of the meal (so that there were 4 of us thirsty), drinks forgotten, one of us never had any utensils... to sum up... it was very disappointing, we skipped dessert. We were told that the owners had just bought it and that they would work on the menu. We wish them success but you only make a good first impression once.
Dont buy pupusas here. Really not good. They dont use real cheese for the pupusas. The guacamole is not fresh, it looks like costco guac. I havent tried the tacos but I dont think this restaurant is authentic Latino.

Since the management of the restaurant has changed, everything has improved a lot. Everything is fresher, the service is very good.
