Boston Pizza in Saint-Jérôme

Dietary restrictions: Depuis cet été, nous fréquentons le Boston Pizza, car c est l un des rares restaurants dans le secteur où mon enfant peut trouver un repas compatible avec ses restrictions alimentaires. À chaque visite, nous commandons des pâtes sans gluten à la sauce tomate du menu pour enfant. Lors des six dernières visites, cela n a posé aucun problème : un supplément de 2 $ était appliqué à l assiette pour enfant, ce que nous trouvions compréhensible. Cependant, aujourd hui, on nous a informés qu il n était plus possible de commander des pâtes sans gluten dans le cadre du menu pour enfant. À la place, on nous a facturé un plat adulte à 18 $ pour des pâtes sans gluten à la sauce tomate. Malheureusement, cette information ne nous a été communiquée qu au moment de recevoir la facture, et non lors de la commande, où nous avions clairement précisé que nous souhaitions un plat du menu pour enfant. En conséquence, le jus de pomme normalement inclus dans le menu pour enfant a également été facturé en supplément. Nous avons donc payé plus de 20 $ avant taxes et pourboire pour une assiette destinée à un enfant de 2 ans. Nous ne retournerons malheureusement pas au Boston Pizza. Non seulement il n y a eu aucun effort pour corriger l erreur liée au manque de transparence sur les choix et les prix, mais en plus, on nous a fait sentir que c était de notre faute, malgré le fait que cette option nous avait été proposée lors de nos six visites précédentes.

Ive been to Boston Pizza a few times, I love the atmosphere and the dining room, Ive literally tried the entire menu, Ive never been able to give more than a 6 rarely a 7 out of 10, often the dishes are lukewarm and have little flavor, service is quite long each time, cutlery and napkins are often missing, the staff is helpful and pleasant, I think the big B-mol are the cooks for 2 people always 85- 100$ including 2 drinks.

The food is completely comforting and good. Its really a shame, because the service ruins everything. I continue to go there because I like the dishes, but Im considering going to another one soon. But EVERY time I order or eat there there is an error in my order. On the phone its always complicated, I get put on hold at least 2-3 times because the person doesnt know the menu or its stock. I am being asked questions even though I have just provided the information. I always have to repeat myself several times. The service is long, you always have to wait without being informed of what is happening. We are told that the order will be ready in 25 minutes, I go and I end up having to wait 1 hour... Also, during breaks in hockey games, the sound is at MAXIMUM and we have to listen to all the announcements, its really unpleasant. Is it not possible to play music? Really poor service unfortunately. It is certain that many customers do not return because of all these unpleasant points :(

We went with family this evening, August 24... How can I put it, my boyfriend, having been sober for 2 years, received an alcoholic drink, the waitress told us she was wrong, laughing after my boyfriend had drunk 5-6 sips . The portions were very small, the Alfredo pasta tasted nothing and the chicken was like the one you buy frozen. My friend waited so long for her pizza that we were already finished eating. Honestly, I am very disappointed the last time I went there (two years ago) everything was impeccable, but today in addition to the very ordinary customer service the food and the lack of vigilance leaves something to be desired.

Good menu, very clean! Im a little disappointed... me and my partner mainly go to Boston for the famous red sangrilla! And this evening we ordered a pitcher. Me and my partner looked at each other and made a face... she tasted a little like water mixed with a bit of juice. No wine or alcohol or anything else on the sangrilla menu! And no solution was offered at the price the pitcher costs. I am really disappointed with the outcome. We forced ourselves to drink a little for the principle of not throwing our money away but not where to finish... As I love Boston I will rate it accordingly, thank you!

Atrocious service! Sitting for 20 minutes, no one came to offer us a drink. Finally the waitress shows up and takes our order. We wait another 25 minutes for a starter, 20 minutes later we are still waiting for the main plate. No utensils since our arrival we had to get up to ask for some to eat the starter I have seen better service from you, hugely disappointed...

May 31, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. The hostess sat us at a table and no one came to see us, not even a glass of water, nothing at all. We left at 1:35 p.m. and the same hostess did not seem to have understood the situation... Always a pleasure to go out to eat with family! Even with young children. The team is really nice, the service is always impeccable! Kid-friendliness: The portions are not too big, so both my 9 year old and my 3 year old found a good portion without having to leave too much or be hungry at the end! And what about their dessert!
