I moved to Saint Jerome in 2021 then I ordered from this pizzeria and it became my favorite since 2022-2023 I dont even order there anymore after seeing the quality of the dough and cooking go down I gave up its still good but its no longer the pizza of 2021

I went there after my shift. Around 11:30 p.m. The cleanliness of the kitchen seems average. The staff seems ok. The pizza I ate was very, very good for the price paid. Nice experience but the toilets are dirty the employees are often sad and impatient the kitchen is basic and lots of things dont go well the only thing about bei. Was the service but they have baby chairs and its an extra penny and low price

Great experience, the pizza had good, very crispy green peppers. The designs at the checkout are warm and add personality to the place. Friendly and attentive service. However the menu was a bit confusing. We were very hungry and the snowstorm was in full swing. We had to stop to eat and pizza maximum was our refuge and great hospitality. Our friend who returned before us had an accident in the storm. Fortunately it was minor, his car only needed a small repair. At my house, there are 3 adults and between us, we order 2-3 times a week: apart from the pepsi which is forgotten 3 times out of 5, we are (or were) satisfied with the food and the service, the delivery always quite fast. But tonight, a submarine was missing. When I called to say an item was missing, well, I was practically called a liar and a thief! The guy on the phone tells me that the cook remembers putting the sub in the bag, and after having to insist adamantly that I did NOT receive a sub (which I paid for), he tells me that even if he knows that I received it, he will return one to me!!! WOW!!! Its already quite irritating to receive an incomplete order, but to be insulted like this because I pointed out the error, it pissed me off! I guess the cook never makes a mistake!!!
