Very fast service, extremely kind and pleasant staff, clean and well organized fast food!

I come to this place often and everything usually goes well. I just went there and it went very badly unfortunately. The lady who served us (I dont have her first name but, around 5ft2, round, and looks like she doesnt have a job.) was very unpleasant and not polite. I received my order and there was a greasy hair in my fries. When I got inside and noticed that the lady was wearing her hair badly with half of her hair sticking out, I explained the situation to her, she made me a fry and gave it to me in the same way. the most arrogant and disrespectful (basically pissing me off)

I placed an Uber eats order (September 19, 8:00 p.m.) for my pregnant little blonde who was craving Burger King. Embarrassed, my girlfriend calls to make sure she got her discount and that her order wont have pickles. She was told very stupidly that it was already mentioned on the order and that she would not get her discount. So my girlfriend hands me the phone so I can explain the situation. The manager then responds that she cant do anything because the order has already been prepared drette live and there is nothing to do. I then ask her to cancel it so that I can recommend the correct order and the manager, with the greatest lack of politeness possible, says that this cannot be done since our order is ready (one minute after I go to place my order). famous command). In short, unacceptable and truly deplorable service. If the manager doesnt like working there, she should change jobs instead of attacking customers. 0/10 for the service. In addition, we are told that the manager has never disrespected us. Customer service rating leaves something to be desired GREATLY!!!!

$23.19 with taxes for two. Meal on February 20, 2024 in the middle of the afternoon. A poutine for $5.79 for me with a medium coffee for $1.89 and a Whopper trio for $12.49 for my wife. We offer you four photos including that of the receipt for our transaction. It was drinkable but nothing more. The coffee is still delicious. Normally I would say that the food is excellent but my last experience with this restaurant was more disappointing and since then I have had mixed feelings.

I ordered 2 number 6 (king bacon onion rings) a root beer and a cherry coke! I had a regular coke and 2 normal king bacon! Warm fries bordering on cold! I realized it at home so too late

The Burgers are so much better on a real charcoal style grill yum and the apple turnovers :P plus its much cheaper than the Clown restaurant...so good, go for it!!!

After 20 mins I requested a refund. It was a beautiful sight to see them mixing and shouting nonsense at each other. A chance Tim is next. Thanks for the entertainment but I was left with my appetite.

I recently visited Burger King in Saint-Jérôme in PM and was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Their teamwork was remarkable and they really made my experience enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for their excellent service!

I came to eat here with my partner we wanted to try burgerking we arrive at the restaurant its 7:30 p.m. dinner time theres no one around me and my partner we each have a whopper with a poutine a little time later we receive our order we are happy we go to sit down we start to eat and everything is very hot but after whatever butcher of everything we realize that everything is extremely salty I dont make a whim it can happen error but made it expensive for me we both had the flu and vomited I do not recommend this place in any way no fault of the employees but the food is abominable Parking: a little complicated with the self-ordering

The sizes of the trio drinks were reduced to our great surprise and the Whoppers were cold. Had I known I would have gone to the Mc Do across the street, there were discount coupons, the drinks sizes are bigger, and the food is always hot!!

My whole life was on the verge of falling apart, I was lost with no place to go other than this famous Burger King near my house. As soon as I set foot inside, it was like I was discovering life again. Everything seemed so simple and warm. All my problems now seemed so small. I havent been the same since my lips touched the legendary Whopper. Some will say Im bluffing but believe me burger king changes lives

(Jan 2023) My experience with the staff is good but their training is inadequate or needs it. The drive-thru has been closed every time I pass by for quite some time now. Probably understaffed. So I ended up moving on. *** Updated August 2023 *** Staff training has greatly improved. It still sometimes happens that the drive-thru is closed so I continue on my way.

Bad service. Burger dry and burnt. No apologies. Place locked at 5h30 pm so couldnt even use restroom. The rudeness of the signs in the window says everything you need to now about how they value their customers. I even wrote to management about this and no on ever got back to me.
