Okay, they did a very big error in our face, we heard them laughed, and the young lady lied literally to our face to what happened to our order. Food was cold on top of that.
Harvey’s as a chain is a great restaurant and this location is no different. Excellent service, lots of seating, and the classic Harvey’s food was top notch. Will not hesitate to go back if I find myself in the area again.

What you expect at Harveys. The St-Sauveur location rarely turns on their online ordering site. I get a U R an " early bird or night owl " comment back whenever I try during daytime hours. And then they argue that the deal offered is online only. 🤣 Ask to speak with the manager and you'll get it. Not as bad an expérience at other locations.
Terrible experience ever with an old lady who took my order, I don’t know why she was there if she doesn’t know how to take order, she literally yelled at me!! She doesn’t speak English and her French was terrible to understand, never gonna order again, Swear to go!! Lots of racism at this store!!! Really disappointed

Consistently good compared to all other burger franchises. You get what you want, adding extras without hassle or stingy ness..extra pickles, tomatoes etc. Meat is good, fries are good, etc. Service is fine and this applies to decades of visits. It is what clients look for, so for a franchise burger this place it hits the spot !!

More than 25 minutes for a hamburger + fries and poutine It wasnt even what I ordered I ended up asking the manager because the situation was so ridiculous I ordered a medium bacon chicken ranch poutine, they wanted to give me a 3 pickles that I didnt order. I ordered an angus bacon cheese he had prepared a regular angus for me Fortunately the manager was understandable and quickly sorted everything out. Top time, the manager made my order in less than 5 minutes while the 3 other employees took more than 20 minutes. Its disappointing when you go to a fast food restaurant to eat quickly since I have 45 minutes of lunch and half of it was waiting for my order
I visited the bathroom and it was not very clean, the floor and sinks and counters lacked maintenance.

In terms of atmosphere, its a fast food restaurant. You cant expect much but its clean. The service is very good and fast. In terms of food, it is the best hamberger restaurant of all the big brands. I highly recommend it.

A very disorganized service I have seen much better in other Harvers and to say that there are just three of them is not a reason I already worked at the Tim Horton Lafontaine and I can say that it was rockand roll and there were three of us and we were rolling very well. First empty restaurant customer places my order 2 hot dogs for takeaway arrives 1 other customer a larger order with 1 hot dog and 3 other items and fries. He passed the customer before me saying that the sausages were not ready he served the order with his hot dog when I said that I had been waiting for 10 minutes just for 2 sausages she served me and normally he folds the bag for me she patted it on the way out I ate there often but now I wont go back again never there are other places that they will serve me properly 24-7-2023 at 7:57 p.m.

We went to dinner and asked for #2 and #4 with 1 hamburger except the hamburgers were ready and waiting for the fries and fridelle after 4-5 minutes we asked for our things the young guy behind was talking about his day with his colleagues we prepared our things without apology and the young man never looked at our order our hamburgers were lukewarm we are not from the region and in this establishment you need a jacket because it is very cold
Very courteous staff, the fan system doesnt really work well, there is a very strong smell of hamburger... so when I went out my laundry only smelled of hamburger ... and I found that the taste is not as good as before...last time for me. I forgot, its very cold.

I loved my first experience, I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. The fries are cooked alone and therefore no contamination, plus they are fresh fries, the meat is cooked on the grill, and it is very good... For less than $10, I got an Angus Burger without bun, 2 fries and a coffee... Harweys is definitely becoming my go-to restaurant for when youre hungry. The staff is very helpful and there is a good atmosphere... Philip.

I think in general there isnt much to say about the big chains. On the other hand, here as I arrived at closing time I noticed two things. The team of young people who worked there served me as if it were the middle of the day, no pressure, no sighs. And another observation, it was very hard on the household, everyone was busy with the task. It gives confidence.

I have nothing to say, my burgers are always delicious and the employees do their best, but always with a smile! This Harveys does not have drive-thru ordering but in return, the parking lot is large and easy to access.

We went on November 9 around 1:45 p.m. We ordered and returned my hot dog missing. It was clearly listed on our invoice. The cook said she had done it. By the time she decided to do it again I had time to eat my fries before receiving my hot dog. The people at the counter were very nice. They gave me a slipper.
