Beau restaurant, mais très mauvaise expérience. Cet endroit aurait pourtant un si beau potentiel. Service tout croche, chansonnier sans entrain incapable de sortir de son répertoire pour satisfaire son public, manque de personnel, factures tout croche, 1 heure d’attente pour payer à la caisse, employée qui engueule un autre employé sous nos yeux, bouffe passable et trop chère, commande de vin qu’on n’a jamais reçu. Bref, je ne recommande pas cet endroit. Très insatisfaite.
Overall enjoyed my dinner at this restaurant. Not gonna lie though, I was expecting a bit more of a Western theme due to their website + the name of the place. There's literally no "Western/Cowboy" feeling in the place... at all. Good thing I didn't wear my cowboy boots 'n hat! I was ready to line-dance and yell 'yeehaw' but nope. Also, the beer menu is severely lacking. Now onto the good things! The server and all other staff we interacted with were great and the food was actually quite amazing to be honest. I went with the nachos and 'double-smoked meat' burger with a poutine. In all honesty, the food was actually REALLY good, definitely a 9.5/10 in my opinion. Overall great experience. The server was very attentive and down-to-earth and checked in frequently and the food was actually verrry good. Definitely check this place out for their food and service, but don't expect any western saloon vibes!

After biking the P’Tit Train du Nord ((200 km over several days) ended our journey just a short walk from this restaurant- delicious food and great service! Exactly what we were hoping for!!! Tres bon!!
Beau restaurant le service impeccable, la nourriture vraiment bonne. J'ai mangé un burger c'était excellent. Les cocktails que nous avons bu était très bon (sangria et un limonade quelque chose hihihi). Calme le mercredi, mais il doit avoir une super ambiance le weekend. Bien situé au centre ville de saint-jérome. Je recommande fortement
Nous avions entendu que cette enseigne ouvrait à st Jérôme. Une très bonne découverte. L’accueil y est très sympathique. Une des rares places ou le Mojoto ressemble et goûte le Mojito. Quand au burger (l’Australien)… excellent. Subtile mélange entre le chèvre frais, la betterave et les jeunes pousses d’épinards. Nous y retournerons un soir pour les chansonniers et l’ambiance nocturne.
Pépite culinaire du centre ville de Saint-Jérôme. Le Jack Saloon est un super endroit pour aller souper en famille ou entre amis. La nourriture est excellente, le service impeccable, on se sent comme dans un souper de Noël en famille dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. Les prix sont justes, les cocktails bien préparés. Vraiment, c'est un endroit exceptionnel et je le recommande à tous! Un petit conseil aussi, c'est un bon endroit pour manger avant de finir la soirée au Lucky Luke pour vivre une pleine expérience country.

The service was bad, clearly not enough staff and poorly trained. No manager on site. The animation was terrible, so was the sound system. All groups were placed in front of the front door, with the door opening constantly, we were freezing to eat.
Great service, super good quality of food, from the starter Caesar salad, taquitos, cowboy squid to the rib steak, shrimp salad, delche leche dessert, and strawberry cake, everything was excellent, the cooking, wow quality. The service is wow, the manager on site with a smile everyone helps each other. A super beautiful place to discover

Very good cooks!! My girlfriend, my gang and I come here often enough to say that the drinks and meals at the restaurant are really good! The only big downside is before there were disco evenings and DJs and now its become kareoke... Its hard to arrive here on a Saturday evening and hear people distorting on the microphone... So bring it back dancefloor and your D.J. Jack Saloon St-Jer! Apart from that, great job!

Bad management.. pretty ordinary service! The bussboy who thinks he is our friend, listen to my boyfriend! I am a customer, talk to me like a customer.. bad administration, I do not recommend to anyone
I made a reservation on Saturday! There were very few people there and this is not the fault of the staff I agree. Where the problem is was that my partner was insulted by a member of staff and received an apology from the owner so at this level its still OK apart from the fact that the employee deserves the door in my opinion. The bartender was really nice though. We finally ordered a starter that lacked taste! We have already tried the Jack Saloon in Brossard which was really fun! There is something to be done with this place for sure but several points need to be reviewed!

Good food, limited beer selection
Certainly the most beautiful bar in St Jerome. Everything is perfect and the bartender has a great drinking culture. Ask him anything and he will do it for you. He knew what a rare ZOMBIE LOLL drink was. The food is excellent made with love. THANKS TO JACK SALOON IS THE BEST

A favorite! Our meals were cooked to perfection exactly as we ordered them. The flank steak tastes like heaven and melts in your mouth! We were 4 adults aged 45-55 and our opinion is unequivocal: EXCELLENT! Our drinks were good! The perfect ambiance! The friendly servers and owners are young entrepreneurs who care about their customers. Quality/price: you dont regret when you pay your bill! A good time with friends!
The waiter told us that the spaghetti was $10 when we received the bill it was $24 he said he was wrong but still charged us $24. Price error on a $10 bottle of wine moreover . My wife asked for cheese sticks and received something else, claiming that he had run out of them but hadnt told us. We were 9 people and exceeded around $900 and we will never return it.

We went on a Friday spaghetti western for $10. The value for money is excellent. The only thing is that the sound level at 6pm (before the song) is already too high to talk. There is no patio heater, which should not be a problem in a few days. Parking on the street, near the CEGEP. Sure value.

I went last Thursday Caplan loved this evening..very good singer and the food was excellent steak and fries price $15..very good..and they have a 5 to 7 cheaper beer... Suggestions, the world likes to dance, little space, should keep the space for dancing..and for the wine..should have house wine cheaper at 1/4 and a half liters l

Where to start The tables are poorly placed!!! We had a table of 8 for 5 people? It was lucky that there were not 8 of us since we were so crowded with the table behind us that the waiter would not have been able to get through. A $500 bill for 5 people, but the food was not worth the price at all. A 1 cm thick Ribeye, half of which was fat for $40 Cowboy, the meat was good, but seriously a tiny fry for two? The waiter tells us, there are more! It s 7:30 p.m. Everything was extremely salty!!!! I understand that the goal is for people to drink more, but there are still limits! We received a starter and then, at the same time as the meals, the other starters! The chicken wings had no taste. Poor waiter who was trying his best The good thing was that the white sangria was delicious. Good atmosphere, the DJ was rushing with the speakers
