Good morning, I went to dinner on October 4, 2024 in the evening. We were 4 people. We received poor service. We never have our glasses of water. I ordered a virgin ceasar. I didnt think to take a photo. Very little celery salt. I told the waitress, she took the glass, looked at it and said oh well . That s what I like about celery salt. After 20 minutes of waiting, she took our orders. Another waitress comes to bring us our plates. No napkin or utensils . Poor service and very disappointing. A beautiful place to eat, the waitresses are all smiling and charming, the cuisine and a good favorite for breaded shrimp.

Good atmosphere in this chain but music a little loud for a restaurant. Service ok nothing more. The burger was excellent except for the fatty meat which was disgusting and made the bread soggy. Lightly garnished salad for extra.

La Belle et la Boeuf was my favorite restaurant for several years, but is no longer since my visit yesterday. First, the menu has changed, several popular meal choices have been removed and replaced with less appealing choices (very personal opinion). Then, I often saw the ad we are eating inflation . The burgers have increased from $4 to $8, some things that were included are made extra choices, in short the increases are obvious. The atmosphere and service are always 10/10, but unfortunately for the prices and the new choices that have replaced my favorite meal, I will not go back. Very disappointed :(

I just wanted to say that my husband and my two children received incredible service from one of your waitresses (her name escapes me, she is a redhead) last Friday on the terrace. My children loved his sense of humor and the service was perfect and cordial. Good saleswoman who Knows his products and his wines! We come back without fail! Very nice atmosphere! I highly recommend!

This is a $26 poker bowl...a mini spoonful of salmon that looks vaguely like cat food. Fewer foods, there are no more carrots, pineapples and cucumbers... but the same price. Customer service states that these are the new quantities and that they cant do anything about it. I do not recommend this restaurant to others.

I have always had 3 favorite poke bowl places, but since today, the list has reached 2 places . I would not order again and I do not recommend it to anyone, really disappointed. They removed 3 ingredients that really made a big difference in the taste: pineapple, cucumbers and carrots. Now this is very bland. And on top of that, the quantity of salmon is reduced . For the same price as before ($26). Not to mention that on the phone with the manager, we are told that it is like this. That next time we will have a credit, but without taking any of our information or giving it to us. So it was just to end the call quickly without doing anything.

I recently visited La Belle et le B uf in Saint-Jérôme, and I have to say its a fantastic place! The atmosphere is a unique mix between a sports bar and a trendy restaurant, which creates a very pleasant ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. Dont worry about leaving hungry, the portions are generous! We ordered two burgers, the Philly and the Belle, as well as the Belle Poutine. All the dishes were really good. Well, we didnt touch it, but the restaurant offers a wide selection of board games to enjoy the place while having fun! I highly recommend this establishment, whether for an evening with friends or a family dinner. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian poutine, vegetarian burger, starters, etc. Kid-friendliness: Board games available on site

The MIDI MENU is a joke. Liquid cane cream. Chicken burger, the chicken was the size of 2 small SHRIMP (1 oz of chicken if I remove the breading). I signal to the waitress, she replies WELL THAT S THE MIDI MENU and leaves. A good waitress would have mentioned it when ordering or gone to check. Nothing yet. 12 customers who will never come back.

Always trying to charge frites juliennes its enough now and tell the customer if theres add ons on the bill you cant just add amounts for the fun of it and tip is optional my card didnt work and used another card as an option and when was done she said tip isnt included did the machine work sir i said oh ok sorry i will try again you never tell a customer tip tip not included its an option hello anyways

Not edible. Terrible fries and poutine sauce. Mac n cheese that tastes chemical. We brought back our leftovers but we risk throwing them away. All this for the exorbitant sum of $85 without drinks. Correct service but my water glass was never refilled.

Always delicious! This time I ate the Philly grilled cheese steak. It was divine! The only problem is that it is served with absolutely terrible tomato soup! It tastes like metal, tomato soup is cheaper than cheap in cans and made with water instead of milk.

The kitchen is much too greasy and the service could be improved but is not catastrophic. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice but much too dim in the evening almost to the point of having to use phone flashlights to read the menu card.

Always fantastic burger. My partner took Captain Flam. The salmon poke bowl I had was ordinary. Not enough protein and served on a plate. Its been a long time since I took one. At the time it was in a bowl and much better than I remember. I go back there for the atmosphere and the burgers.

The only time I was there the waiter was so drunk that he took our order and 1h15 later we had nothing because he had forgotten it and the kitchen was closed so we didnt eat anything. We finished this at McDonalds. I often go to the one in Laval and St Sauveur and never had a problem. Right in St Jérôme where the service is terrible.

We had heard about it, and since our hotel was right next door, we went to see what it was like. Honestly, it was excellent! The service was great, very pleasant and friendly, and a lovely atmosphere. A person who seemed to be the manager suggested the MUSHROOM burger, a real delight. My wife had a salad that she didnt like, the waitress controlled the situation very well and brought another dish. Great team, great service in a good mood, and the food is excellent. For a first experience, we are really not disappointed. I advise you to go and taste it! ;)

There is a large selection of dishes on the menu, as well as cocktails. The bloodies are delicious I recommend this place!
