I ordered a combo 10 which came with an xlarge + 1 large fries. My partner who went to get the order but didnt know what he was going to get saw that there were no fries so he took a family one. I called to make an arrangement since our bill was $10 more than necessary and I was told there was nothing we could do. Ultimately charging me the difference of the 2 fries would have done the trick. Its not the money but more the principle. Last time I call this place!

It closes at 10 p.m., I arrive at 9:30 p.m., I wanted to order chicken pita, but she tells me that from 9:30 p.m. its closed, they close the plate, so for me its over Pizza Max, I dont put my feet here!!

I dont know if they have changed owners, recipes, cooks or product suppliers, but I guarantee you that tonight was my last order from them ever. Lukewarm or even cold pizza, limp fries, pizza sauce with questionable taste, in short, something really happened in this restaurant in the last few months to drop in quality and taste in this way. Not to mention order errors. Sorry, Im the type to always give 2 or 3 chances, because everyone can make mistakes along the way, but you just lost another customer. Super courteous service, the chicken wings are super good and crispy. I would give a good price for an all dressed poutine however it is a little expensive with all the vegetables extra separately.

Incompetence across the board, twice in 6 months they make a mistake when taking orders and once you get home and you call them they really dont care about the customers, thinking of buying you with another pizza. Encourage other pizzerias as quickly as possible.

We ordered once or twice a month from this restaurant but today will be the last... very disappointed to have been there, we ordered 2 16-inch pizzas, an onion ring and a Greek salad. The prices have increased a lot and the pizzas ordered with the measurements on the menu measure barely 13-14 inches instead of 16. (the box measures 14 inches imagined the size of the pizza inside) We are told that we are the new sizes from now on since they have adjusted with the other pizza restaurants but they are charged on the price of a 16 inch pizza. When your name is pizza Max you expect to have a max, not the opposite like the others. The onion rings tasted like old oil and were way overcooked and what about a Greek salad for $11. A dish filled with lettuce and covered with a few tiny cubes of tomato, cucumber, onion, black olive and feta cheese all served with individual packaging of kraft ITALIAN vinaigrette . When you order a Greek salad you normally expect to have the Greek vinaigrette that goes with it, not a vulgar commercial Italian vinaigrette that has nothing to do with a Greek salad. What s an easier vinaigrette to make than Greek . In short, I wouldnt go back there, Ill find a new pizzeria next time.
