This location is definitely the worst of all poulet rouge locations , the Test is bad the chicken was cold and raw , the owner or the manager was rude and difficult, our request was very simple, we wanted French fries instead of salad like all other locations are doing, but they refuse, it's too much complicated request, we have to pay for 5 toppings to get it done, which makes no sense... Making the client request very complicated and not being fulfilled is bad, just to get 5 $ more ... But you will lose more overtime

My wife didn't want to eat at the food court since there weren't many selections of resto. We decided to try Poulet Rouge and it was the best decision I've made all week! The food is so darn fresh and non-greasy or oily, unlike so many other restos out there (looking at you Thai express). Will come back definitely!

The food is okay, often bland, and occasionally the chicken has the texture of rubber. The employees, its cold and stupid. But were human so it was probably a bad day.

Excellent service and quality every time at Poulet Rouge de Saint-Jérôme!! Rare occasion where I am struck by the camaraderie and enthusiasm of the employees in a fast food establishment. The person on the grill even goes so far as to encourage his colleagues and highlight their good work loud and clear. I highly recommend delivery or order for takeout. Vegetarian options with their imitation chicken fillets, also cooked on the grill. Delicious

I always like going to Poulet Rouge, its fresh and very good. I also like the attention it pays to cooking chicken in 2 zones (raw vs cooked) and 2 tongs considering the volume of chicken that must be on the grill.

Friday July 21 at 6:00 p.m. there was a Line up.. A big WoW to the team. The cashier was very welcoming, there were several of them serving us, the service was excellent The charming, smiling and polite staff! The only problem. Chicken fillets decrease in size Parking: Northern Crossroads

I have eaten red chicken 4 times at different branches and always loved the taste every time. But yesterday was the first time that 4 out of 5 of my fillets had scrounches inside! I know that its not the red chicken from St-Jérome in particular that is the problem but, unfortunately for me who loved the taste of this restaurant enormously, I wont eat it anymore. For those who dont have a problem with that, the taste of this chicken is delicious and everything that goes with it.
