Relatively slow group service and the waitress was mixed up in the orders and she made a mistake 4x in my bill, she was not happy to be forced to redo my bill 4x

My comment will not be excellent, like the service offered by the waitress. Long service. No utensils on the table. Food wise, decent, decent salad buffet, as it is all you can eat you can satisfy the content. For the childrens menu. Our girls are not picky but the croquettes are not very good if we compare them to chicken fillet. They ate nothing in the end and the dessert provided, a bag of biscuits bought from a big box store....

Its been a while since Ive been there. Compared to previous visits, we can say that it was just ok.

The cuisine is excellent and tasty on many points such as the soup, the rice, the BBQ sauce or the chicken tenderness. The portions are generous and easily taken home if you are no longer hungry. However, the salad bar and the chicken skin need improvement on certain points. For the sea bass, I find that in the potato salad, it lacks spices and taste. I dont know about her pasta, I havent tasted it. And for the chicken skin, I found that it lacked crispness and was soft and greasy. I find the place a little expensive for what it is, but its not exaggerated in terms of price either. Our waitress gave us excellent service and was very patient with us. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite calm even when there are people. You dont need to shout to speak at the table. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. I recommend this place without hesitation

Very long wait in a restaurant which was quiet. Being served sticks of overcooked cheese to the point that the breading was dark brown. In addition, the taste of the fryer oil was unpleasant. They didnt even have time to mention it when the waitress returned, that she already knew it was overcooked. The problem is above all that she served it to me to begin with. Same principle for another starter ordered at the table. Then the big chicken burger on their menu so I dont remember the name. Salad bar with less option at each visit in addition to the price increase. A disaster... soggy, wet bread that disintegrates when touched. Fried chicken with no flavor other than the taste of the fryer which leaves something to be desired. Without more of the texture of this chicken... I had to leave half on the plate. In my opinion the price is not worth the quality and the experience I had at this establishment.

Very dry chicken not edible We told the waitress and she left I hear her say the customers are not happy, she comes back to the table We say sorry I can offer you a piece of cake my grandfather says no thank you the manager came to see us and didnt even offer to replace the chicken, surely nothing because all her chicken was dry, I didnt even eat it, she took our plates and loaded everything up for us. Chicken brochette tasted like processed chicken. Bland / without flavor and the rice was no better.

Chicken parmigiana with metal spit in my cheese...I could have cut myself eating that...! No apology from the owner, no remuneration...! Not even a little extra piece of cake...! It was like nothing was wrong on the part of the waitress.

We arrive smiling, and are received by the man who seems to be the owner, stupid and rude, he tells us that there is more than 30 minutes of waiting despite many free seats. The waitress (Sylvie?) was really stupid with us throughout our visit. My daughters bag of dessert cookies was simply tossed onto our table, as was the bill. No looks, no thanks from him. The experience was frankly disappointing and our family will not return.

The service is impeccable, however, I do not recommend the Tao poutine. The cheese was on one side, the spring on the other side and the chicken had only a few pieces. I really appreciated the service though.

I have been to this restaurant twice this week, on Monday I would give you 5 stars, but this evening the service was pitiful, the waitress at the end of the shift around 7:00 p.m. asked us if we wanted something. to drink 2 glasses of water, she came back to see us almost 15 minutes later to tell us that she will bring us our glasses of water soon without ceremony, so I ended up asking another waitress if she can take our ordered what she did with a smile and passed our order to our waitress so that we could finally go to your famous salad bar, I said to an employee who takes care of the bar who only speaks English that one of the salad dressings was empty, but he didnt go and refill it. Back at our table I asked our waitress if we could have some utensils please I clearly seemed to be bothering her she finished her shift when our main courses arrived another waitress took over with a beautiful smile she told us that she was now our waitress, but she didnt come back before the end of our meal I had the taste of iced tea but I couldnt order it, I also had the taste a coffee at the end, but it was so long before she came to see us again that I had it at Tim Horton afterwards Note that the restaurant was almost empty so I dont understand why the service was so bad On the other hand, the food was delicious and fresh as always. Thanks to the kitchen team, but unfortunately I dont think I will return to this restaurant soon

The food is excellent, the service too. However, I have been to the take-out service twice now, and the young ladies serving me are new and very young, and following a mistake, the boss yells at them, even going as far as shouting at them. Once even the man got angry with me and was super stupid, blaming me for the mistake. The lady confirmed to me that it was one of the owners. No employee should be treated like this! Nor any customer for that matter.

Meal that meets my expectations. Tonights service was not great. The bill arrived before we knew if we wanted a coffee. It was my favorite restaurant, but Im going to look elsewhere......

I was looking for an order at Scores St-jerome, I never had a problem. The orders have always been correct, but this time hey boy boy.... I have the tender fillets with baked potato (received dry fries).... there was also a leg combo, 1/2 rising (burnt) side. At the price we pay now. Sorry but in the future hey Ill think twice before choosing this restaurant.

The service was not attentive to our group. There was an order error and the children were served last. With errors sorry. It seemed unorganized and the kitchen had the wrong dishes. The service was affected. But for the bills it was a mess. The waitress didnt know which bill went to whom. I hope its not always like that down there.

Fast delivery, but the food. Not manageable. I had a Chipotler chicken wrap delivered with fries instead of poutine for a total of $28. The bag the poutine was in was soaked with sauce and the poutine was empty of sauce. The soft, damp wrap. In short.... bad experience and last experience. Maybe on site its better but on delivery. I advise against it.

Very disappointed, I ordered a chicken hunter and it was nothing like the picture. Very small chicken with some crumbled cheese (in the photo it covers the chicken) and it does not come with the accompaniments which are in the picture potato rice.... very disappointed

We took for delivery. Personally I dont recommend delivery but on site yes. Because on delivery it is lukewarm and there are forgotten items when ordering. One of my friends hadnt even received this baked potato and on the presentation there was one. Chicken too dry and too salty, fairly ordinary fries, Caesar salad not great. In short, ate on site but didnt get it delivered and the price level is a bit expensive. Well now I have often eaten there and I have never been disappointed.

We went in as a group, and the service was horrendous. The waitress we had was not courteous, and rude. We spent over 1500$ as a group and will not be going there again.

Good dinner, were not wrong at this place, the club sandwich is excellent and the chicken hunter too. We ate well.

I am a huge FAN of their chicken and bacon cesar wrap. Unfortunately for this Saint-Jerome branch, Sunday June 18 around 12:40 p.m., this wrap was unacceptable. I opened the wrap to try to find the bacon and it was a few crumbs here and there. Almost no cesar sauce in the wrap. And the size of the tortilla has been reduced to a small size. Fortunately, the salad bar satisfied me as well as the impeccable service of the Lady assigned to this section. But no more wrap imitations at Scores, you have reduced the quality/quantity of this item ($16.50). I no longer recommend it. Salad Bar 5/5, Service 5/5. The only regret is not having returned this missed-incomplete wrap to the kitchen!

I went there with my family today, August 19. We arrived at 7:10 p.m. and received our dishes at 8:25 p.m. There waitress named Georginna was not pleasant at all. She let us know that she shouldnt have taken care of us by looking stupid, she forgot several requests that we made to her like coffee and other drinks refills. We asked him for butter and we never received it. Everyone had received their dishes while I didnt, I had to go see her and she replied I forgot you so that I received it 10 minutes later. Normally I love going to Scores but the last time I went there, the waitress at the front desk was really rude. We waited without any pressure while discussing among ourselves, because yes there is a lack of staff and we totally understand that. Normally we go to the one in Dorval. Comparatively it was very, very different. The quality of the food was almost cafeteria style, the salad bar had little choice. The fajita dish has less chicken than before. The waitress was very nice at least.

Our waitress keeps touching my two year old without his consent to the point where we have to intervene and tell him to stop. 1 month later we come across the same waitress who does the same thing again! Tell your waitresses to keep their hands to themselves! Were going to eat elsewhere from now on.

Manager was incredibly rude (even left while I was still talking to him), waitress was bossy and impolite, and denied to take my order because my French was not good enough for her, so other people had to tell her my order. Horrible customer service, unpleasant dinner and Im totally sure I will never return here again.

We ordered chicken noodle soup and well I only got noodles. My chicken was not very cooked. I asked for an extra sauce instead of the coleslaw and they charged me for it... plus they put it in the same box as my cheese sticks and the jar of sauce wasnt close so I was treated to cheese sticks and lots of sauce. I think for my part its over with score. The employees reception is not at all welcoming. We wanted another table and she said you take this lady where there are no others. She didnt even pretend to look or offer us anything else. Portuguese chicken is not edible, its just chicken and oven and a lot of very very salty spice on the oven chicken. The vegetables had too much oil, it was dripping. We didnt have a good evening for my birthday. My kids love going there but well have to look elsewhere now. No music, no atmosphere. But anyway, this is my last time scoring. The salad bar was perfect. Goodbye score.

As a consumer who visits a lot of restaurants, I had a very inappropriate comment at the end of service something I had never experienced before. We had relatively decent service, nothing exceptional and we would have liked to have dessert but she came back 10 minutes later so we decided to take the bill. Your waitress then dares to tell us that the tip is not high enough . I will never come back to your restaurant again!

Do celebrate birthdays at this location. We were a group of 10 people for my daughters 5th birthday. we brought a cupcake to celebrate the event. The waitress tells us that if we want to eat the cake here the price is $1.50 per piece that we will cut off, because she mentions that we are preventing the restaurant from selling dessert. I agree but normally we dont have dessert anyway, and on the 3 childrens menus dessert is included and we are not going to have it and you are going to sell 7 coffees..... plus you lose what we came to eat here and bought $300 worth of food. So I find this policy a bit ridiculous.

Best Poutine we had in St-Jerome area. Recommend you make it your meal due to the large portions. Menu mostly chicken, and there is a salad bar. However, the cheese is so good and plentiful in the poutine that you will want to eat here at least once just to try it. Excellent price for the poutine.
