hostess was unprofessional, and incompetent … plus I waited 1h15 minutes for a pick up order placed 15 minutes before arriving…being completely transparent food was delicious, and 👍 to the manager , she managed the situation very well .

Really enjoyed our first time back since before the pandemic. The food was good, the cheese burger I had was delicious but small, the salad was very good. My daughters children's meal was very good. The chicken wings were cooked right but the French fries could have been cooked a little longer. Came with a coleslaw that was ok. My wife had a Margherita pizza . The sauce was excellent and the pizza was very tasty. Only suggestion is not to blacken the bottom of the pizza too much , gets a burnt flavor. Service was good and the waitress had no issues switching back and forth with us in English and French and that increased her tip. We will return

Had over 1 million views on my reviews) 1- Decoration 8.5/10 , It's very nice decorated and they modernize the place. 2- Service was 10/10, outstanding service by the two barmaid, polite, pretty, attention, funny. 3- food was 8.5/10. I had drinks very nice, made, had tartar of meat and salmon. 4- Cleanest 7.5 / 10. The bathroom was clean(nothing worse than having a dirty restroom after a good meal), and the plates were clean. The majority of the restaurant is clean, but they could do better. 5- Ambiance 8.5/10. The place had a good vibe, people were polite, friendly and having a good time, there are TV to watch any sport game you like 👍 I definitely recommend this place. Go look at the picture
Nice sports bar. Big TVs, good menu selection, food quality (merci kitchen staff), and table service. Very busy which speaks to the popularity of La Cage. You're doing something right!
Lots of space and plenty TV's. Good sports bar restaurant. Great for groups and families. Service is good and professional. Ok in plate presentation. There'san all you can eat popcorn. Limited in beer selection but still tasty. This location is nice and clean. Been here a couple of times and I never been disappointed. Thanks

Personally we were a big gang we reserved for 5:30 p.m. and the last person was served at 7:46 p.m. plus the restaurant was empty there was no one there so no reason for the slow service especially in the kitchen the waitresses even showed a smile on the face. I really advise against it
We had a reservation at 5:30 p.m. we received our meals at 7:45 p.m. The waitress told us at least 4 times that it will be longer but there are limits. We were a group and they all had time to eat their starters and meals before we received our meal. I had to make him redo the bill 3 times. The manager never came to apologize or offer a discount for the waiting time. I find this unacceptable.

I ordered the breaded chicken and as the months go by the chicken decreases and the fries increase to reduce their cost and they think the customers wont notice

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and the service throughout our visit was excellent. Our waitress was particularly pleasant and attentive, making our experience all the more pleasant. I frequent restaurants often, but the welcome and service we received from this young lady stood out. Thank you to her and the whole team for this excellent evening. We will definitely come back! Whether as a couple or as a family, we have loved our Cage since it reopened. The more elaborate and current menu allows us to vary and taste different dishes. Beef tartare!!! my favorite!!!! I also like classic Nachos and traditional popcorn!!!

Very disappointed with my recent experience at La Cage. $23 for fish and chips, the worst Ive ever eaten. Does not do justice to the Channel. Overcooked and too much breading for the meager piece of fish and a packet of greasy fries. Not even accompanied by a little coleslaw or other small vegetables. Really feel like I wasted my hard earned money. To be avoided.

Waited 50 minutes for my food and it was below average, kids kept on running around all the time.
We went to the Cage de St-jerome Samed8 past for a birthday. We were a group of almost 20. The service was really good and the atmosphere was good. As for the food on the other hand, there were some fried dishes served at our table for example: fried onions, fish and chips, chicken croquettes and simply the fries were also really disgusting full of fat... after having changed min fish and chips one I was embarrassed to send it back a second time but it was just as bad as the first time. The fryer obviously needed to be cleaned... flat on that side.

SO disappointed! We ordered steak and fries with pepper sauce, but it should have been called steak and fries! A large plate of cold fries, received 30 minutes after ordering them, with an equally cold mini steak, with a red wine sauce. Also, the steak is served medium-rare to everyone; no choice of cooking. On the other hand, the waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was good.
We show up around 9:30 p.m., we get kicked out because the kitchen closes at 10 p.m. and on the site it says 11 p.m. . We checked out the BOSTON PIZZA and had their kitchen close at 1 a.m. WoW its wonderful so we had dinner at the BOSTON PIZZA Sainte Thérèse very good service, so just to tell you that I am disappointed not to have had dinner at the cage at the sport .
Nice atmosphere
We really wanted to eat at La Cage and we arrived a few minutes before the kitchen closed but we were still very well received by Charlie at the bar. We rushed to place our order (we knew exactly what we wanted) and everything was great. We were able to get exactly what we wanted. We would have been super disappointed if not. Thank you Cage St-Jérôme gang!

The service was long. Otherwise I like watching Hockey at your restaurant. Also, I find that the music is too loud, because I have to speak loudly to the person in front of me and its not pleasant.

New pizza had a partially burnt crust but the ingredients were undercooked and moist resulting in a soft crust. You have to do it. Avoid!

We went to the cage in St-Jérôme on Friday July 21 and there were 12 of us. We ordered our drinks, half arrived and the rest at least 15 minutes later. The response was that he was changing the beer barrels, but we didnt see any barrels being replaced. He had one beer and the rest were soft drinks. When it was time for the cake for the birthday boy, the waitress left without asking us if we wanted coffee dessert to accompany the birthday boy. She came back again 15 minutes later to offer us coffee and dessert. And it took a long time to get the invoices too. It was a restaurant that I enjoyed but after this service, I wouldnt go back.

Worst sports cage in Quebec I understand why it was closed for so long! The staff are stupid, slow and dont know how to talk to people! No class I dont recommend at all! Not too sure that with the lost attitude of the staff and managers it will close very quickly!
