I had the first meal at Thai Express downtown Montreal many years ago. This one has nothing to do with it. The taste is close to outdated. The direction contacted me and said they would correct the situation so that their customers have a better experience. Shortly, we will randomly do a test to see if they succeeded .

I ordered with Uber Eats from this restaurant. You know that with Iber Eats when you ACCEPT an order, you have received it and therefore, you agree to prepare it for the delivery person. The first delivery man arrives at the restaurant and is told by the staff that no order is in progress then cancels his trip (with good reason, he is not going to waste his time) therefore, a second delivery man accepts the trip, arrives in turn at the restaurant and it says a second time that no order is in progress even though the restaurant has ACCEPTED the order. In short, I cancel the order for my part and Uber Eats charges me $30 to compensate the restaurant for having prepared my order WHICH THEY NEVER RECEIVED ACCORDING TO THEM!! It was lucky that I had the costs reimbursed by Uber Eats but I wonder how many people had to do this because Uber Eats is difficult to join and it was my word against theirs!! Be careful when ordering by delivery!

I wouldnt have given it a single star if it was just one time. But unfortunately its the second time today. Me and my boyfriend are vegan. Already there are not many choices available to us if we want a cooking leave. This is the second time that I have ordered a tofu curry and my friend a tofu pad thai. But my boyfriend gets his with chicken. Mine is indeed tofu. There is a difference. The first time I removed the chickens by hand from my boyfriends meal myself, since we havent eaten meat for years now, it could give him stomach discomfort. Today again, another time of chicken. This time, we showed our two meals to the two people who work at Thai Express Saint-Jérôme. We served mine with tofu and my boyfriends with chicken. They kept telling us it was tofu in the pad thai. We were not born of the last rain. After 5 minutes of trying to explain to them, nothing had changed. So there you go. Terrible service. How can a cook make a TOFU curry but not use the same ingredients in TOFU pad thai? Stupid. Here is even our bill with the word tofu for both meals.

Its very good, quick service but for a 210 pound man, the dish was a little lacking in content. Prices are not written on the menu, you always have to ask for them.

They made a mistake in my order, I didnt want to exchange it so as not to throw it away. Im not the type to ask for compensation, but reflexively I should have had it offered to me.. Ive always liked Thai restaurants, but this branch wont see me again.
The food is good but it is not reheated well and the general Thai chicken lacks flavor overall today it only has 5.5 out of 10.
I love their meals, its always fresh and quick! The employees are nice and the portions are good. Only small flaw, in the other Thai expresses they offer the general Thai with beef but this one does not. But if not I recommend it!

After eating in 8 different Thai expresses, the one in Saint-Jérôme, in the northern crossroads, is the best. Always enough sauce and never too much. The tastes are distinct, the food is cooked impeccably. For spicy lovers, it is possible to have your dish strong enough to burn you. You simply have to notify the cashier and speak with the cooks who are very friendly and kind. Despite being located in a shopping center, it remains a very good option for quick service.
