This is the first time Ive left a review on a restaurant, but it deserves it. No professionalism, lack of training, very dirty kitchen, on each visit I see the same scenes of sauce and pieces of chicken under the fridges, lack of hygiene in terms of handling, (put new sauce on the on the old without changing the dish, put vegetables back in an old dish with a splash of juice... etc.) I always ask for a large dish with a lid and the message never comes, the last time they transferred the contents and threw away half the sauce and ingredients. On 2 occasions, ordered take-out without having put the right sauce in my dish And waited at reception for a good 5 minutes without being served, I left. In short, a big lack of organization! If I were an inspector I would put the key in the door and I would go elsewhere if there was another restaurant closer The owner of this restaurant needs to wake up!

Very dirty restaurant. My feet stuck to the ground. Lots of food on the kitchen floor. Decent food, nothing more.

Food is good when it is made well, the employees take more time having fun in the kitchen than making the food. Luckily the mapac doesnt fit in there, the kitchen is dirty and theres lots of food on the floor.

I dont know how to express my sadness over what this place has become. Weeds 3 feet high, a lamp post that is about to fall and cause damage, the paint around the windows peeling off with pieces of cement littering the entrance following damage to the wall. This in no way reflects the interior charm of the restaurant and its facilities. Not at all inviting because it looks like an abandoned building. 3 employees at 6 p.m. who share the task between the cash register, the cold table and the woks while nearly 6 people wait to order and others inquire about their order being prepared. No management on the floor. Bravo for the effort to the young people behind the counter however they should not be left to their own devices like this. I could add other disappointing points but I think the franchisor has something to do.

Unable to listen to a simple instruction to put the meal in a dish with a lid, takes 15 minutes to make the most popular dish on the menu when there is almost no one in the restaurant, the employers are more busy talking between them and make jokes, the floor is disgusting you walk and your shoe sticks to it. 30 min wait to finally not receive half of our order. Incompetent employee and rude owner. We had to come back to receive our order and were treated like we were the ones bothering us.

You claim to be a Thai restaurant and you removed your Tom Yum soup from the menu with just a soup that tasted like eau de toilette sorry you wont see me anymore Im going to go to Thai express.

Very disappointing we order and there is no more tao salad...instead of contacting us and being able to change...he sends us a message saying that they no longer have any and already too late to recommend.. .bad service very disappointed....plus I tried to contact them by phone and no one answers pffffff....not strong......after the restaurants complain about closing...give service for we encourage you....

Too bad I have to put a star to write this message. It will be -5. Literally lack of product as we were told. They offered us vermicelli because they couldnt do anything. Its going around in circles, its lost. A Thai area usually takes max 3 min. This one does. After 20 minutes still nothing. Have certainly refunded. A big lack of restaurant management. was my first and last experience at this place

worst restaurant ever!!! after 25 minutes of waiting I asked for a refund because they no longer had any food for meals!!!! Lots of delays in orders!!! the 3 guys at the counter seemed distraught by the situation of no longer having any rice or other food!!! to the one who takes the orders!! please arrange to have a Thai restaurant with rice and vegetables!!!

Just didnt like my padthai , there was too much sauce and I found it too sweet. Also I looked for the pieces of beef, and I didnt like that it came with pieces of tofu

Terrible meal. 3 pad thai with vermicelli not cooked, the chicken pieces were just fat to me. 20 minute wait at the counter. Wearing a beard net would also be a good idea.

I dont recommend it at all, a big zero. ***Forgot a complete dish (so someone couldnt have dinner with us) customer service really not customer friendly we were offered a simple store credit even though the meal was delivered and whats more, several extra forgotten in the order. Too bad. I will not return there again and would not recommend either

Exorbitant prices, devoid of flavors, inexperienced staff. $20 for a broth with a few pieces of cabbage and noodles. Honestly Im not a great chef but I do 100x better at home. The only thing edible was the churros. Im never going back there. Not suitable for children.

Took a general tao the taste was good but cold chicken and vegetables very tough! Also the wonton soup but it smelled very bad and the taste was outdated, I told an employee who told me I ate it today and it was good!!! Quite average as a comment and for $25 without a drink I wont go back

I request home delivery! The guy finally arrives with my order which was a trio. There, the delivery man tells me who forgot my drink! Ok, no more, it can happen! But he informs me that he still has to make me pay for a threesome!

We decided to eat there. The childrens meals were served within a reasonable time frame. For my part, I waited 25 minutes before receiving my meal. Quite ordinary not to receive the entire order and to eat out of time... I wont go back.

Extremely slow service Restaurant really not clean

I think that even 1 star is way too much wonton soup meal three wonton noodles way too much cabbage and a broth that has no flavor. My Young One had a beef pad thai which had 4 or 5 pieces of beef and a lot of tofu and again no flavor. My partner had a pad thai with pieces of tofu that were way too hard and had a sour taste. If you bought some rat poison, Im convinced it will be better.

Usually your service is really good, I order from your restaurant regularly, but this evening I was really disappointed. The delivery man did not even apologize for the really longer waiting time and responded to us in a very inappropriate manner, because of that we did not leave a tip and he told us that he was not going to no longer deliver to our home because of this. Quite ordinary!!

The service is incredibly slow on site. Employees chat among themselves as the line lengthens and the execution takes place. The manager didnt seem to want to whip his troops either. This is the 3rd time this has happened... Disappointing.

Very poor service. This Friday I placed an order for delivery around 6:30 p.m. for chicken fried rice and general tao. The order arrived around 7:30 p.m., 1 hour wait but I understand, it was a Friday evening and we called in the middle of a rush probably. HOWEVER, I unpack the order and there is an error; I did not receive fried rice but rather a peanut pad thai. So I called back around 7:40 p.m. to inform them of the error and so that they could come and bring me what I had actually ordered, so they confirmed to me that it would be done. At 8:40 p.m. I still havent received my fried rice, so I call back and am told that my order hasnt even been started yet and it hasnt left yet. At 9 p.m. I call back since I still have nothing and no one answers me, so I have to go directly to the restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant around 9:15 p.m. my order hadn t even left yet!! I called back the next day to speak to the manager; I am told that he is not there but that he will call me back in about an hour and we will take the contact details. I didnt receive any calls, so I called back the next day twice and no one answered. Worst customer service Ive had so far, hugely disappointed.

The Thai zone is much better than the express!! It s just less express haha, you have to like to wait if you want to eat well and be accommodating if it s new staff because it s not easy to find competent people these days!

Terrible service, we literally had our money stolen, we never received our order by delivery and no way to get a refund. The employees have no courtesy and dont care about customer service.

Worst delivery service! I waited 2h30. I place my order online for delivery, fill out all the information, pay and receive my confirmation. 1 hour later I call to find out when my order will arrive. My order supposedly does not exist. I explain the situation and we take my order over the phone. 1 hour later, I still dont have my meal. I am told by phone that the order must have gone, because it no longer appears in the system. 30 minutes later the delivery girl finally arrives. I live 2 minutes by car from the restaurant. When I got there I should have walked to the restaurant and made my own dinner, it would have been quicker! After waiting 2.5 hours I asked for a refund. They do not provide refunds. Okay fine. Then the delivery girl tells me that I have to pay again, because they redid my order. Supposedly the first one should be refunded to me within the next 24 to 48 hours. Really complicated for nothing, the internet delivery service is external to the restaurant, so the latter assumes no part of the responsibility in the situation. In short, really negative experience. You should never keep a hungry woman waiting.
