I recently ordered Deluxe and I was very dissatisfied. Ordered it later in the evening went down, picked it up. It was probably around 9:30. Got it back to the house. Me and my girlfriend 22 piece fish and $3637. In the fish was light minced. It literally fell apart right on her paper plathe fries were dry there wasn't much flesh to them. I have an had Deluxe and quite some time. I'm going to chemotherapy and radiation. I have not been able to eat in months. So when the radiation started shrinking the tumor that's in my throat. I decided that I wanted the Deluxe, needless to say, very disappointed, I'm a Cook been one for 35 years I don't like to complain, but $35 for what I got was very dissatisfying. Sorry anyway, have somebody can get back to me? I would really appreciate it. I called because you can't even. Complain on the website. It keeps prompting you to join the Deluxe club. The girl told me nobody else had a problem doing it on there. That's the only reason why I'm writing a review. I don't like the black ball restaurants. Because I work in the field and I know they go through a lot of different stuff. Very aware of that, so reviews can hurt business. Thanks for reading
Changed gravy . Fries are burnt . Worst of all they stopped using real turkey on club sandwiches . Much cheaper quality for an already exorbitant price .
Best fried seafood I had for sometime. It is a must try if you are in town. I wish there are more lobsters on the lobster roll🤣

Must go when I come home to New Brunswick but the prices are now outrageous. Had the whole clams as you cant find them in Ontario they were delicious but $21 for a small plate of clams only I felt was overpriced

When only 1 car was in the parking lot at lunch time we should have kept going. Fish pieces were small, recooked and greasy. Dining room in desperate need of cleaning.

My mother who is here visiting made an online order as she has a hurt knee. Because she s laid up she made a remark that my son, and remarked his name, would be picking up the order. They called her to tell her they couldn t do that, and she had to come get it herself. So she had to walk to get it, upon arrival they told her the order was declined and she would have to repay for it. She said ok, and as she took her card out to pay the manager came out and questioned her about who s card she was using and refused to take the card. My mom walked out. The customer service from the manager in this establishment is horrible. Refusing to have someone pick up the order, then her having to walk to get it herself while hurt, then refusing to take her card when she got there?! Outrageous!

the food is generally amazing, however my mother was pretty disappointed tonight. she always gets a regular sized fish and chips, and it has always come on a regular size plate but tonight it came in one of the smaller, rectangular plates that have the higher sides, it s what they usually put orders of just fries in. she barely got any food and paid the same as she always has super disappointing, as we go quite often and have never had this happen.

Parking: There are perhaps 8 or 10 spots beside the restaurant. Happily, it is located on a quiet side-street, so getting out of the lot is not especially difficult.
The chicken and chips here is the closest I have gotten to my Lagos, Nigeria taste specification. My kids love it. The McAlister mall location serves crispier fries and dryer chicken.
I have been buying gift cards since you have even offering.I usually buy 100 dollar cards,using them during the year.It really bothers me to inform you that I will never buy them again.You have raised the prices twice in the last month and a half.It nowcostsover 4 dollars for a small fries.Iam outraged by this.Three years ago,I bought the cards and they gave me the bonus coupons.WhenI first used this purchase,3 months later,I noticed I had an extra 5 dollar coupon. Always good fast food, and they usually have a friendly counter-person/cashier. The days of 99 cent burger sales or 5.00 fish n chips are gone by, however. I rarely give 5 unless someone or something is very special. lol. I sound 90. Im 38. My apologies Photo is from Santa Parade 2022 from Deluxe parking lot Dietary restrictions: If you are avoiding saturated fats, cholesterol, and the like.. avoid Deluxe. Kid-friendliness: It is not the most kid friendly, but we cant expect our young ones to get toys every meal. Wheelchair accessibility: The North location is wheelchair accessible however I didnt notice if the entrance was level with the asphalt.

Poor service, uncooked food, long wait time
The cheeseburger platter was fresh and tasty, our only complaint is my mom asked for extra tartar sauce which is what keeps us going back and wed pay for if the business attached a price but anyway they gave her two total. This happened when I ordered a seafood platter over the holidays and I hadnt been back until mom suggested it. I love your food so gave 4 stars but either charge us or ask how many the customer would like but anticipating that more then 2 will be needed when both times extra was requested and 2 may just cover a regular fish and chips if your chinchy with it. 2 for a platter is ridiculous.

This place is right out of the 80 s - and not in a cool, retro Stranger Things kinda way. My dad s fish was burnt and had a bone in it. My wife s chicken burger seemed like it was off the shelf grocery store variety. And my scallops were definitely fried from frozen. When you stick a fork in and a bunch of water drips out, you know you re eating frozen. Staff were good and the prices are okay, for what you get. It s fast food seafood - I should ve known better.

Really wonderful seafood. I love this store. Their clams and fries are great. The clams are like popeyes crispy chicken tenders. It is so great textual and taste in mouth. The lobster roll platter is fantastic. If you visit Saint John, you need to visit this store to have seafood. Lastly their french fries are so crispy! I highly recommend this place.

I like there services
I love the food, its usually a treat to myself every now and then, but this trip was far from great. I placed my order for a large clam and fries special, and just as I finished paying a regular customer came in and the cashier immediately called back their order, completely neglecting mine. 15 minutes later, Im still waiting despite every person who came in even as much as 10 minutes behind me having gotten their orders and left. Only at that point does someone take notice Im still waiting and finally put my order down. There was minimal effort to apologize, which felt more rote and not really at all sincere, and not even a small token like a free drink or coleslaw was offered for the lack of service. The food was still good, or this would be even lower scored, and despite wanting to have visited again the lack of service has had me choose other options.

For a long time I thought they serving seafood, though there are all meat products. I liked the stuff, the lady serviced me on Sept 9,19 between 10 and 12 was fantastic. Thanks maam for the three cups of water.
Around 12:00pm I went to order for me and 4 coworkers. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff was so efficient and organized. They also suggested I could call in my order; if that was easier for me. My food was hot and fresh.

I only went to deluxe because my father wanted to. It was absolutely terrible. Deep fried in dirty grease, never again will I ever spent my own money there again. My father is a multimillionaire and sometimes he likes the worse food in the world, i dont know why but he does? Worst food ever!

There is never a wait here and the food is well done. The staff are great and friendly. The food court usually has lots of room to sit. You can bring the kids or the whole family, There are other services near by as well and the bathroom is clean and just a few steps away. This is one of my favorite locations to eat Deluxe because theres never a wait. I highly recommend this location to anyone who likes Deluxe because of the quality of the food and the service.
