112 Prince William St, Saint John, NB E2L 2B2, Canada
A menu featuring an array of Irish dishes & drinks in a lively bar setting with modern interiors.
Really enjoyed this Place inside and out. The food was Exceptionally on Point. The fries are almost a dry dusted parm tho so would have paired well with a sauce/dip (maybe a garlic aioli). The panko chicken burger was Juicy excellence as was the Pulled Pork grilled cheese (bread was slightly overdone).
Had a reservation booked for 7:30 for two people and was promptly tended to and given a large booth which was quite nice! Started off with the Spinach Dip which was one of the best I’ve ever had. The parmesan coated dippers were out of this world! My entree was the Buttermilk-Fried Chicken Tacos with a large Caesar salad. I’ll start with the Caesar salad because this is one of the reasons I had to knock the score to a four instead of a five. I would have preferred the dressing to be mixed in with the salad beforehand but that may be a personal preference! I find it’s difficult to mix a salad on an open plate without making the table a part of the dinner plate. I ate lots of pieces of plain lettuce which turned me off to it a bit. The chicken tacos were okay but nothing fantastic, the chicken was slightly over-cooked. Our server was fantastic and visited our table often even though it was a full house. They also had non-alcoholic beer options to choose from which I’ll always give bonus points for. We were tucked into a back corner so we could hear each other very well which made for a great atmosphere! The front patio was also still open if you wanted to hangout out front! Overall a good evening!
Absolutely fantastic 👏 bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it. Nice lighting, and very clean. The atmosphere is great, the servers were quite friendly. I had Shepards pie, and it was mint, a nice blend of subtle spices that brought out all the flavors of the lamb and the more earthy taste of the potato's and vegetables into a wallop of flavor. Served hot fresh from the oven with a simple salad and soda bread. I'd do it again for sure. The grilled chicken sandwich on the Naan was just about as good, so I'm told. The only issue on that was that it was a little dry. But absolutely we would do it again.
Amazing atmosphere, staff was really friendly and prompt our server Stephen was super nice and went above and beyond for us. I got the Irish burger and the Galway fries and the fries are to die for. Def recommend.
Stayed one night in StJohn and will be back through in a week. Amazing food for our dinner here . Brady was so charming and answered questions and made suggestions for our food and beer choices. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Had the Shepherds pie and a pulled pork sandwich and 2 IPA’s . Everything perfection. Edited: We came back through town and dropped in again for dinner. Brady was not working ,Friday night, but Nicole was outstanding and said she’d let him know we came back. No pictures as we were so hungry we devoured our dinner! Had the burnt ends sandwich with fries . Two beers . Everything was perfect . We live in VA so unlikely we will make it back this way but wanted to give a big “ wave” and thank you from two Americans who love the town of StJohn and the amazing air of friendliness everywhere in town. Thank you!
I got the Galway Fries to start, they are my absolute favourite app there, I can’t recommend them enough. I also had the Irish L.C burger with a side of Maple Walnut Bacon salad, everything was good, I was so glad I chose Cask & Kettle for date night! Also had two mocktails, both were delicious, my favourite was the one with muddled citrus 🍊 💕 If I wasn’t so full, I would have went for the lemon blueberry shortcake too! 🤤
Excellent service. The fish and chips are very good. The IPA beer is amazing. If you are traveling with your dogs this place is PetFriendly. Thank you for accepting my pets. Are you in Saint John? You can't miss this place.
Service was pretty good overall, atmosphere was great, food was great except for our poached eggs might as well have been hard boiled yolks were dry and solid in the centre and hollandaise sauce was very thin and not much of it but had amazing flavour none the less! the honey chipotle fried chicken was to die for tho! And the home fries had the perfect rosemary flavour! Slightly pricey for breakfast but overall a good experience and would recommend giving it a try just make sure to say you want runny yolks if you get poached eggs I guess…
Service was great and food was delish!
The amazing kitchen party like live music was what made the night! The service was wonderful our server was knowledgeable and very charismatic! The food was really great for everyone else at the table. The salad for me was the highlight for me. The Rueben I ordered was served on a soggy not so yummy GF bun. I know I am limited but I was disappointed with the bun it ruined the sandwich for me. Though I must say I wasn t sick so cross contamination skills in the kitchen are on point! Everyone else loved their meals so overall an amazing place to eat and hangout but if you re celiac it s not the best place to fill up on food. Sincerely Brittany Celiac Saint Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease aka wheat free/ GF
Fishcakes! Buffalo chicken bites! Live Irish Trad every Thursday evening!
If you want bar food and like sitting next to strangers off a cruise ship, you will love this place. It just wasn t what my husband and I had in mind. We had never been to St. John. We didn t know about the area. My husband had just researched good places to eat since we were staying over one night in a nearby hotel. The reviews were good. Apparently we have differing opinions about good food compared to the other customers.
The lamb shank is very good. I have gone back several times to enjoy this meal.
Nicole was out of this world. Very knowledgeable and sincerely likes her job. She sits at your table and talks with you. Ive never seen her write down and order, remembers well. We remembered her from our last visit. My dessert was amazing. Deep fried brown sugar cheese cake. Mmmmm.
#ContestEntry the nachos are great!! Excellent selection of beer too :)
Dined in without reservation. First visit to Saint John. Tasty food, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. Thank you!
Good food great service
Insanely delicious!
Waitress was awesome. Craft beer was tasty
Very pleasant.
Was busy but the waitress was pleasant and apologetic for the wait. Food was delicious.
Terrible service. Marginal food. A place to avoid if you are visiting St. John.
Everything was good, but the Irish Poutine was magical.
Friendly and capable service. Great atmosphere and supply stellar food. The Irish putine fries was one of the best things I have ever eaten. Fries smothered in Sheppards pie filling and topped with fried cheese curds. Simply divine. Everything else was outstanding as well, but that dish was out of this world.
Loved it, great food, beer and service.
Nice place to stop by for lunch
Came for a wedding brunch. There was a little hiccup with the booking and they offered to open just for our party. Staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious. Would definitely come back!
So worth it!! Great service, delicious food, great ambiance, worth the price!
This review is only for the spinach dip - amazing! Still thinking about it a week later
Nice atmosphere, food good to. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Food is typical bar food. Try to put an Irish twist to it but failed miserably. Don t fake it if you can t make it. Would not recommend anyone eating anything from this establishment.
The food, choice of beer and atmosphere were nice, but sadly some of the worst service I have ever had let it all down. Waited to be seated at the front and wasnt greeted or told someone would be along shortly by any of the passing servers whilst I waited. Once seated at the bar I waited to be served which took longer than is acceptable whilst 3 people were behind the bar putting clean glassware away. I got served and had a beer and the Irish poutine. The food took a long while but I was in no rush, but when it was delivered to the table I had no cutlery, and the runner left without realising. Once I had finished I was waiting for service from the two bartenders behind the bar who were talking to each other and free, I tried to make eye contact to no avail, after looking in their direction for quite some time one finally turned to me and in a rude tone yelled across the bar do you want something? I just wanted to pay and leave but I got the feeling they thought I was after something else, none the less, I felt very unwelcome. In over a year living in Canada its the first time I havent tipped, I tip regardless if the food and/or service is bad, but I draw the line when somebody is rude to me.
Really tasty elevated pub food - lamb shepherds pie was amazing. Wings and drinks were great also!
Food was absolutely delicious. We had the fish & chips, the Irish poutine, and a burger, and all were exceptional. Service was quite good, if a touch limited by the kitchen it seemed, but they accommodated a large walk-in party easily.
We were in Saint John for the Royal Canadian Legion Convention and Cask & Kettle was recommended to us. Food, many micro beers were great. The staff were wonderful especially Brie.
Great time out on the patio with the boys under the Mars inflatable during the Moonlight Bazaar festival! A lot of us ate, she didnt write anything down... and she didnt get anything wrong!
i enjoyed the spinach dip and the signature burger
Love it here.
Steven was awesome, with food and local knowledge.
Great food and service!
We had breakfast outside on the patio. The breakfast was perfection!!! Our server was the best server I have had in years - professional and friendly and he knew how to feed me with my gluten allergy. I wish we had another day here so I could come back for breakfast tomorrow.
Excellent cocktails and even better burgers and fries!
Some great food here, especially the breakfast. Very dog friendly patio if you are traveling with pets. A great location. Service was friendly and recommended other great local spots to try.
Great food, as usual, and great service. One of my favorite places to eat when home.
I loved the slightly noisy atmosphere. The service, the employee very attentive to the customer. The dishes were just delicious Yes, I recommend it for a great evening with friends
We had a team dinner of 15 people. Abby was our server and provided exceptional and personalized service to each person! The food was delicious and beautiful. We all had a fantastic evening. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful night!!!
Such a great atmosphere. Both staff and food was top notch
We had the Irish routine which was amazing and enough for two to three people. The beers and service were great too. I highly recommend it.
Traveled down to saint john for a local car show and was recommended this place. They didnt disappoint. This was some of the best food and the best service my friends and I have ever had. The food was great with every single bite. Our waitress was fantastic. Definitely will be coming back just for this food. Did not disappoint.
They don t stock Irish beer but call themselves an Irish pub. Food menu was underwhelming. Too many other great establishments close by to return here.
Very nice patio, tasty food. The beer could be more cold is the only slight negative. Food
They had a very cool live Irish music. The beer selection and the service were awesome
Beautiful place well located!! Very good nachos and beers! Great service
Was visiting from Moncton and My Son and I were very impressed with the food, service, and the cozy atmosphere. Food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Servers were great as well.
One of the most consistently great spots to go for the pub atmosphere and delicious food. Ive had pretty much everything on the menu and you simply cant go wrong.
Great staff, good atmosphere, food
We had flights and shared the Irish poutine, which was fabulous! The cheese curds had a light breading. We were fortunate that the day was perfect for the outdoor seating.
Great service and food! Beer selection was superb. Side of gravy was $4 though lol hence my 4/5
Beautiful restaurant, good food, friendly staff. If youre in the area, I definitely recommend you go here Vegetarian options: Multiple different vegetarian options
Had a really great experience.
We loved the beer garden here! Shaded street, not very much traffic, and great service. Good food and better beer for an all around great experience in downtown dining. We had pierogis and cauliflower bites that were both good choices!
Had breakfast, server was great, food was great. Pub atmosphere but was quiet in the morning. Would eat there again.
The food is great but the service is hit and miss. Our last visit this past weekend was probably the worst... Our server was not very friendly. Also, you need a reservation on Fridays and Saturdays. And if youre there when the next reso comes in, they will ask you to leave.
Food was good. Our server Melena was not very nice, rolling her eyes and pushing drinks to us being persistent to upsell us on everything we ordered. She also pushed us aside when we wanted to pay. The atmosphere seemed tense with the other servers mad at eachother.
So we are in St. John for 5 days. So far we have eaten dinner, brunch, brunch again this morning and going to hit lunch one more time before we leave this quaint little city tomorrow. This place is incredible. We first went on a Tuesday night for the wine and steak special which I got. The steak was delicious. My husband got the steak sandwich which I asked to try a bite. What in the world!!! It was beyond delicious. That is what we are going back for this afternoon. I told my daughter and son-in-law they have to try this before we leave. Our airbnb host recommended Cask & Kettle for brunch so that s how we ended up here again. My daughter order the waffles and they were off the chart delicious. They are so flavorful you don t even need syrup, but that just adds to the mouth watering experience. So glad we found this delightful Irish gastropub.. The servers were exceptional and the atmosphere super fun. You will miss out on some great food of you don t try this place. Remember to try the waffles and of course the steak sandwich with onion rings are a must!!!
Great restaurant! Highly recommend. The spinach dip has to be some of the best I have had and it is often something I try at new spots. We dined outside on the patio which was good for us and not too loud.
Went on a Saturday night with some friends. Had a reservation which was great, because it was packed. Waitress was great and apologized for how long the wait for food would be because of the crowd, but was great at checking in on us. Parking: Many places to park uptown in Saint John and most free after 6pm.
Great service and food.
Wow...excellent hospitality, food was amazing....Im moving here!
Staff were so friendly and attentive! Food was top notch!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not Food
The Galway fries are pretty awesome! Friendly staff and nice setting
The food was amazing, the portions were very generous and the service was A1! I was very impressed. The beers they had on tap were all local and the ones we tried were delicious. And its not expensive when you consider everything you get.
Very accommodating, great customer service. Will be back!
Great food and customer service.
First time at this establishment but definitely won t be the last! The staff are wonderful and the food was amazing! I had a crispy chicken breast on a brioche bun with the Pub Salad. It was incredible!! Food
Great brunch
Ordered the Lamb, easily the best Lamb Ive had anywhere! Ive never had such a flavourful and generously sized portion of Lamb in my life. We ordered apps, mains, dessert and drinks. All were without question worth it. Service was friendly and incredible. As a visitor from out of town, this stop is a MUST add. Will be returning for breakfast :)
We had an excellent dinner here made even more excellent due to the wonderful server, Emma. The food was very good and we were able to sit outside comfortably with our dog. Soup, salads and sandwiches were all great. The waitress, Emma, couldn t have been more kind, efficient and friendly. We will be back!
Best breakfast we ve had in a while. They were very accommodating for substitutes and the order was perfect. Definitely reccomend
Fantastic food and service.
Great place to stop and have lunch and a beer fish tacos were delicious and the homemade cheesecake was unbelievable. Added plus we were able to take our dogs and eat on the outside deck!
Really love this place, the food is great and the service is amazing! You have to have the fries...or salad, or burgers or the cheese dip...shall I go on? Just came back from cask and kettle and it struck me how popular this place is. From the food to the servers... the love music, youve got to love whats happening here!
There was broken glass in one of our drinks and the waitress did not apologize! The food was not good and service was extremely slow. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Our server was excellent, forgot his name, really tall gentleman with glasses! Mentioned several places to visit/see during our trip to nova scotia. Food was good & fulling
Great place for breakfast also!!
Great locally owned stop with the most amazing vibe for all things pub. Decent portions, lots of variety, and tons of drink options (clearly!). We enjoyed everything and highly recommend it. Service was quick for it also being so busy, and our server was helpful with recommendations, so go check out this place. Well be back!!
The music was overly loud, with all the hard surfaces the level made conversation difficult and we couldnt wait to leave. Not a pleasant dining experience. Our server was the best part of diner - very nice young lady.
Very nice patio on the street, great beer selection and a very nice looking menu. Cod was really good.
Absolutely loved my first meal here I tried the chicken tacos, which is not normally what I would eat, and the kettle chips the entire plate was amazing!! I will be back :)
Ordered a mimosa, a baileys coffee, and a Prince William St. Toast(sourdough). Everything was extremely well done. Waitstaff was friendly and service was fast.
It was just what I was hoping for as far as atmosphere. The drinks and food were delicious, loved the live music and the staff were amazing
My husband and I enjoyed our meal here. They have typical Irish food options. Service was good and efficient.
The Irish poutine is in my top 3 favourites, and rival for the first. Its often my go to for a solid meal when having dinner with friends from out of town.
My wife and I frequent this place. The food is definitely top notch. It is on the high price side for pub food but you can taste the quality. Last night the service and food were impeccable.
The place is lively and warm! The staff is smiling and very kind. The food is delicious! We discovered the fries with parmesan: its a treat! The evening we were there there was a concert! It was really nice, I recommend without hesitation!
I love coming here for their Wings and Things on Mondays. But their menu is great and Ive had a few of the basic like burgers and chicken sandwich and Im tempted to get the lamb shank next time. Customer service is on par regularly at least for me. Ill continue to be a returning customer.
Decent food, a little heavy on the salt.
I enjoyed everything about this place, went for burger week, the staff and service was absolutely amazing! The food was exceptional I couldn t have been to a better place!
Atmosphere is great ; very fast service - super friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Staff were very friendly and attentive, food was great with big portions. Pet friendly, they brought out water for our pups.
Great service, terrible food. Staff is lovely, but be prepared to spend around $100 (per couple) for the most mediocre food. They hired a great food photographer but it definitely does not represent what you are being served. For taco night, my $20 (+ tax and tip) entree was a chicken finger (from frozen) in a flour tortilla with cabbage. Used to be our go-to brunch spot but food is very disappointing.
The food was excellent
Had the special last night. It was great. Steak was tender and temp was perfect. Scallops tasted fresh and were cooked just right. Mashed potatoes had cabbage in them, a first for me, and they were delicious
This is a great place to get a bite. Good options and great drinks!
I loved my burger and salad at the C&K. I went because they had vegetarian options on their menu (and it was advertised on Google). I had cauliflower bites and a beyond burger and wowwwww so good. The bartender was my server because I went alone and sat at the bar. He was helpful and friendly and refilled my water without me asking I loved the venue, so we ll forgive them for having the golf channel on. Vegetarian options: They have cauliflower bites (deep fried cauli) and beyond burgers. My burger came with a side spinach salad which was delish.
Little underwhelmed, server was good, atmosphere was good. The food IMO was overcooked but not hot at the same time if you know what I mean.
This place was fantastic....the burger I had was amazing!! The staff were friendly and engaging...I will be back.
Stopped in because it was open late, and we just finished work. I had the brisket burnt ends burger with rosemary parmesan fries and gravy. The burger was awesome. Chunks of brisket with barbecue sauce, beans, and cheese. But the gravy was the best. To drink, I had the John Dunns IPA, and it was the perfect mix of hoppy, sweet, and smooth. Very fruity. The price was a little steep($52 for 2 beers and dinner), but Id probably do it again, so I cant complain. Good service as well.
Always delicious!
Really nice place in downtown. Comfortable and overall good food.
First time and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommended.
What turned out as a negative moment turned around quickly by a supportive and understanding staff. Food is amazing and so tasteful!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good comfort food.
Monday night solo visit and sat at the bar. Restaurant/pub has a busy feel to it and somewhat noisy background in a good way, it has great atmosphere and energy. Nice décor and variety of seating arrangements inside for singles, couples, or larger groups. Server was Chelsea. She is certainly one of the best food service industry workers I have met in my many years of work and leisure travel, they do not get any better than her. Engaging and energetic personality and provides top level service. A real asset for C&K. Ordered a bowl of their soup special which was a steak/stew type of soup. Lots of beef and vegetables in this and it tasted so good on a cold winter evening. One of the better soups I have had, really enjoyed it. Also, wing night so ordered some bbq sauced wings and they were excellent. And washed this meal down with a couple Hendricks. Been here multiple times before and had steak specials, shepherds pie, tacos, and various other menu items. Always really enjoy my meals here. If you are making a visit to SJ, add Cask and Kettle to your restaurant visit list. There is a great food scene in the SJ uptown area and C&K ranks at the top with the best of them.
Very friendly Pub with great atmosphere along with beers options and food. Fish and chips is a must .
Never disappoints
We had went to Cask & Kettle last night to enjoy Valentine s Day as well as our anniversary. It was a wonderful vibe and the server was a huge part of that Definitely recommend!!
Had burger and fish tacos and both were delicious. Beer was spot on as well.
Nice place to enjoy some good food, drinks. Great service!
First time visit. Ambiance was warm. Service was excellent. The food was delicious.
Decent well priced food with great service.
The food was delicious, service was great and the vibe was awesome! I totally recommend!
We usually go for brunch ( veggie omlette for me) which is really good, and we enjoy some burgers and tenderloin too. Service and atmosphere are great.
Ordered the fried chicken eggs Benedict. The chicken was great but Hollandaise sauce tasted bland and nothing like hollandaise .. home fries were also bland and tasted nothing like rosemary Parmesean. Disappointed with my order especially for price. My husband ordered the Prince William toast and had to take the tomatoes off as they were sour, the eggs were okay. Server didn t come to ask how the meal was at any point so we couldn t express our concern until the end. The server did remove the charge for the extra hollandaise I ordered but didn t offer an apology, more so tried to challenge my complaint. Would recommend ensuring food quality in the kitchen is better and for the front staff to be trained properly in handling customer complaints.
Good place for lunch, or a drink. Service was good.
Good evening out spot in Uptown Saint John. I recommend the Gord Downie. Very tasty cocktail!
The best food I have ever had! Loved every moment!
Great food, nice outdoors sitting area.
Charcuterie board and mussels were to die for. Best I ever had.
My partner and I came here for lunch. Unfortunately the bill was astounding ($80) for two orders of tacos and two beers. The fish and the fries were either cooked in burnt oil or they were over cooked. It s unfortunate as we were excited to eat here during our visit to SJ. Will not return.
Stopped in for a late dinner and some pints. Service was really friendly but slow. Food was okay. Live music kept us entertained! Nice atmosphere in a fun, uptown spot. We parked a few blocks away. Not entirely accessible.
Great patio option, brought our dog. Service was a bit slow, couldve had another server on the patio but we werent in a huge rush. The C&K Ceasar salad with pork belly is to die for! Good selection of beer
We came by to visit St. John New Brunswick and hunting for restaurants that served a good food. Service was good though the place was fully booked, they took us in the bar. The place is good.
Very popular spot. Friendly and attentive staff. Pub fare is tasty and generous. We arrived late, so one of the sides for my dish was gone, so the staff gave me a free Murphys stout...good trade. Recommended.
Completely perfect. They even let me buy a side of Irish poutine for the homeless guy on the corner and gave me an ENORMOUS serving. Very generous of them. Lovely serving staff; beautiful inside; live music was divine.
We went for brunch and I took the chicken egg Benedict and it was amazing. Loved the atmosphere !
Fun times and noisy atmosphere. Food was excellent. Loved the shepherds pie and Irish burger. Fish and chips were delicious. Be sure to save room for peanut butter pie! Thanks for being a great server Shannon.
Live music, great food great drink great service highly recommend chipotle honey wings.
Had a much better experience my second time here. Had the veggie tacos and they were good, could have done with a third taco - the fries were all very small. Extensive craft beer menu. Staff were there when you needed but didnt hover. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian tacos were pretty good - unfortunately only got two
Very slow service...
We came from St. Stephen and really enjoyed our food and drinks here. Well be back!
Great food
Food was good and waitress nice .deducting a star because the atmosphere is very tight but I guess they do what they can with the layout .. try the loaded fries.
We had a great time with great service and food Thanks to all the staff Food
Good pub, good location and nice atmosphere. The service was perfect and the food was very good!
Went for dinner around 7:00 on a Thursday evening. Good seating and an acceptable decibel level. A stream of customers followed, so it seems like a popular place. We ordered cod cakes, galway fries, and the ploughmans board, which was way more than two people could consume (the board alone was adequate). Took our time, werent rushed, and limped back to our accomodations. Would definitely go again, but with more reasonable ordering behavior!
Had a great afternoon pitstop at Cask & Kettle, while walking around town. Absolutely great beer, great atmosphere and a delicious Reuben! loved the grain mustard and pickles on the sandwich. Even the fries were delicious!
We love it here! The guys are so friendly and always so great with our kids. Well be back!
Best service I ve had at a restaurant, the waitress was kind and engaging the whole time, and took care of really well.
Ive been to both locations, I liked the uptown location a little better, but both locations are awesome, and the food is hands down delicious!! Dietary restrictions: I cant eat dairy and they helped to make sure that I was picking the right items and also customized the plougghmans board.
The food was great not an issue. We were there 9/27 about 8 pm. A waitress Nicole served us not friendly at all, would not return unfortunately.
We wandered in while on a cruise stop! And what a lucky find! Great food and great service! Wheelchair accessibility: At first glance it didn t look very accessible, especially with the older architecture, but when they saw us viewing the menu outside, the staff quickly pulled out a portable ramp and away we went!
First time there when in the city for a concert. My husband chose it from a list of best places to eat in SJ and it didnt disappoint. He had the buttermilk chicken tacos with fries and I had the buttermilk chicken tenders with fries. Both meals were really good. We also started with an order of wings (some of the best wings Ive had) and drinks. Nicole and Nicole were amazing as our waitresses. We were seated outside.
Nice place and great atmosphere
Got off the ship and headed straight to this place. Tried the poutine and it was the best! Also took the waitresses food recommendations and she was spot on! Fish tacos were great! But the poutine would be a go to for sure!
What a great lunch I had here! The food was excellent and the service was great. I had the brunch poutine, and it was delicious. My husband had the cod cakes eggs Benedict, and he loved it. Definitely would recommend.
A special night with work colleagues saying goodbye to some who were moving on. We were given a nice spot, the server was awesome, the drinks and food were top notch as usual. At the end of the night hugs all around and a mutual agreement; we picked the right place. Cask&Kettle is simply just wonderful. Thanks.
Was in town for a night, heard about this place from Hampton hotel and man were we impressed. Even though the place was packed, we got seated right away. The waitress (sorry, dont remember her name) was very knowledgeable, fast and friendly ! Definitely recommend anyone to come here ! Vegetarian options: Decent selection
Stopped in here for lunch while ashore from a cruise ship. Not too far away from the Pier. Food was great. I had the Irish poutine, it was delicious and way more food than I could eat. Highly recommend.
Great service coupled with good food and drink in a clean, safe pub environment!
Dietary restrictions: Super considerate about food allergies Food
Never got to eating since the waitress never came back for the order. We were on a cruise ship so we only had so much time. We went to another place.
Went out for breakfast on a Sunday morning at 9am. Nicole took care of us and she was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and informative of things in the city. Our breakfast came and it was very very well done. Great presentation, great tasting and fulfilling for the price. We had the full breakfast and the chicken and waffles. Washed down with coffee and mimosas. This place is fantastic and what a way to end a stay in the great city of Saint John NB.
Food was good, recommendations were , beer was good, and staff didnt mind me butchering the pronunciation of poutine.
