Okay let me start off by saying the employee working there tonight I believe his name was Ricky. Very respectful great customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were taking care of. That's the kind of young fellas you want to see working. Greco pizza you got a gim there. The food that was great too. Moral of the short story I'll be back .
I know the owner and am so sorry but...we can't fix what we don't know about. Usually very good experience with this location but ordered a party pizza w 3 toppings this past Saturday (June 17) for a birthday party. Was very disappointed with the quality this time. The pizza wasn't fully cut, had to hack at it with a kitchen knife. Green peppers were hacked up carelessly not diced, dough was half raw, cheese didn't cover the entirety of the pizza - example: one slice had a slice of pepperoni, literally three dots of cheese and an entire slice of green pepper. Everyone ate it anyway because they were kids and don't care but I was unimpressed. 45 dollars plus delivery and tip...not worth it. At all. Weekend staff this past weekend needs a slap on the wrist.
We normally order from Greco west and it’s always the best pizza, but they weren’t delivering yesterday so we had to order from Somerset location, worst decision. I asked for well done and somehow the pizza dough was paper thin and uncooked, literally still dough and the stuffed crust was the worst I’ve ever had. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Greco and our order was almost $60.
I have been here multiple times and I am reviewing after multiple try. I was able to get an awesome pizza and service most of the times. There was a time when the pizza was kind of overcooked and another time where the person who took the order was not welcoming. But I felt those were situational. Overall I would recommend this place.
Best pizza we’ve had in a VERY long time! Absolutely perfect. And the gentleman working on April 3 at the cash at approximately 4:30pm is a total SUPERSTAR!!! So friendly, professional, and he even hand delivered our pizzas to our car window! Wow!!! Service like this doesn’t exist anymore, but obviously this Greco and this phenomenal employee take their customer service to heart. Thank you Sir, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but we will never forget your kindness. Thanks for making our day and our kudos to your pizza chef as well! Bravo!!!👏🍕☝️ Update: The gentleman’s name is Scott! I found this out because I went back into this location 2 nights later and the pizza was even BETTER this time!! Dylan was also phenomenal with his customer service. I encourage everyone to visit this location and I’ll be reaching out to corporate as well soon with my positive feedback. Great job guys!
So I decided to order from greco once again to give them another chance... I ordered a pizza well done.. this barely looks cooked nor did it taste it. Pretty bad when you have to cook the pizza yourself.. I want something done it's been multiple times I've had nothing but issues and it's always night-time that I have the issue of pizza not cooked right or missing ingredients. This is getting very frustrating whereas I have bought and spent alot on greco. I have a resume ready if you want to hire me as night supervisor. Get the job done right.
Went for a slice of pizza and left disappointed. They had slices but we waited long enough they could have cooked a pizza. I was afraid they may have been in the oven to heat for too long and I was right. Extremely dried out when we got them ...like cardboard and no flavour. Mention to the person at the counter but he did not seem concerned. Took our uneaten pizza and left.

$30 for a large garlic fingers. 63 minutes for delivery not even 5 minute drive from the store. Cold and soggy when it finally got here. First and last time i ever order from greco.
used to be better a few years ago with the previous owners. wow it keeps getting worse, this place used to be really good, now it sucks.
I went on my lunch break the girl was out front on her break! She said tell him what you want and Ill be right in. I said excuse me several times and he ignored me! I slam my hand on the counter and said excuse me I would like to order he looked at me rolled his eyes and again ignored me. The girl asked me if everything was ok and by this time Im furious! I stated I dont have the time for this and left! Poor staff will lose you business!
Just had the calzone meal deal for 9.99 plus tax. It comes with a drink and two cookies! I normally make two meals out of it but this calzone was so damn good, I ate the whole thing in one sitting.

My husband and I were craving pizza and we thought we would try this location. It was the best pizza and garlic cheese fingers we have had from a take out place since moving back to SJ! It was hot and very fresh, lots of toppings and the best part, when I called to place my order the employee who took our order suggested a different combo which gave us exactly what we wanted but saved us $10.00. Will definitely order again!

My fav donairs .I find they never ever put enough sauce on I buy the one pound donairs and unless u ask for extra sauce and they charge alot it is not enough the extra sauce is expensive it should be no fee ,now the one on hickey road put a good amt of sauce so I live east now and I will be going there and Lori is great .Maybe the other stores might add some more onions and tomatoes ,like a good amount I got east saint John .Lori I just met her and she listens to her customers.East is my go to store now .I had a very bad experience with west side store and I should have had it investigated ,there was feces in my order I kid u not .I should have called the police I did not .
I usually order garlic bread from this restaurant and the guy who makes it is a middle aged man who makes it really well. I bought one today at 2pm and it was a different guy who made it (teenager or young adult with somewhat curly hair), not only did he not give me 6 pieces the 6 pieces that had cheese on them barely had any. On top of that, he just tossed it onto the counter like hes throwing some food to a dog. This is the first time this happened and it happened out of nowhere however, it never happened when the middle aged guy was making the bread.

I was there Friday a little after 6 and the staff were not friendly or helpful and Im trying to figure out how a small two topping pizza and a pepsi ran me 18 dollars and change and my pizza was burned .no stuffed crust for a small but your medium specials are cheaper .a bad meal bad service and a bad price .
Got the Donair. The meat was cold and they didnt even wrap it. Onions were all at bottom of wrap. Onions were also large and chunky. No care given to their work. Will not be back.
Greco had the best donairs back in the day. If your in your 30s 40s Im sure you can remember that donair bread being soft and chewy yes it was like a naan bread or flat grrek bread and they would rub it with water or oil and put it in a flat pan to heat. Now they use a pita breat which is tough and falls apart, cheap actually and it has ruined it. Alot has changed these day for the bad. Your not the original Greco shame

Had inedible food from west side location. Went north cople days later and the guys working there went above and beyond. Excellent servjce and food!! They took pride in their work. Thanks guys!! They should teach west how to cook and be pleasant.

First Time using skip requested food be left at my apartment door and it was left outside on the front deck both pizzas and fingers are cold we did not receive our two cans of pop and both pizzas are burnt contacted skip they re only offering a partial refund and will not re-delivered the order I also contacted Greco and made them aware of the burnt pizza and they said because it is a skip order is up to skip I m pretty sure Skip did not cook the pizza and burn it ... not impressed
Great food and good price
I ordered veg pizza and lava cake which was very tasty. But the best part was the Cinnamon bread sticks that was recommended to try by the cashier Name Benny. It was so delicious , added that to my favorite food to eat, i would definitely eat it again.I recommend everyone to try it out. Shout to Benny Thanks for the recommendation.
They have introduced the cinn ful bites, which me and my friends liked a lot. I would like to request the Greco north owner and manager to continue this cinn-ful bites in their menus. Go there and have a bite...its really delicious

I asked for a well done and I got a lightly done u got some things to get sorted out. I know the difference I was working as a cook with pizza store I was able to barely eat it because it was lightly cook I can taste dough I ask for a well done and there is a huge difference between them

So I call greco on Somerset which is 1.7 km from my work on Thorne ave. They say we dont deliver there dude! They said its out of their delivery range. I explained they are 1.7km away. They said thats greco west which is 8.6km away. I order at least once a week at home from greco. They lost a customer. I now order loyally from Dominos. Greco on Somerset should maybe think about shutting their doors as they are terrible at customer service. In times like these you think theyd be happy to have the extra business.
I just order from Somerset North I ordered her at 3:12 and it came 4: 25 do I get a $5 discount for the next pizza or not..way over late due...
Phone number on flyer and on website is not in order can not call the store to order. When I finally get ahold of the store on the phone I had to repeat do you have subs, oven subs? 3 times to be told they still didn t know what I was asking. Not impressed.

I had no experience like that before. We were waiting for our order 50 min, instead of 10-15. Finally we have got our pizzas , but I was disgusting taste. We had a kids party and all of them did not like it, they were hungry because they couldn t it that.
Havent been for years until recently, it was good but not quite what I remembered. The donairs used to be spectacular, a full meal. Now they are smaller, good, but average. Missing that special something....

So disappointed. Ordered a 1/4 pound Donair and garlic fingers and waited for 1hr35 mins. I called 2x and was assured it was on the way. (Somerset location is 1km away) when it got here soggy and cold.

I used to go to Rothesay Greco since it is only about a 10 minute drive compared to Somerset, but I had it once and havent gone to Rothesay since. The food is better but the main factor is the service. From phone call to pick up the service is amazing and I have yet to be dissatisfied!
Very disappointed in the garlic finger. Over priced and next to no cheese and over cooked. I was home before I noticed. Too late to take back.

Pizza deals are very good. I only order online and pick up. I dont know what the in-store service is like. I go at the appointed time and my pizza is always ready to go and hot. I have on occasion been given regular instead of dry cured pepperoni (hence the 4 star) but for the most part the ingredients are correct and plentiful. Staff are very friendly and efficient.

I havent eaten Greco pizza in about 10 years. I have to hand it to them. The quality of their pizza has improved. Stuffed crust was a great addition, the optional crust seasonings are an amazing addition.

Was visiting Saint John. Tried their Veg Pizza with Garlic Pizza. Pizzas were so good that you would like to have Greco Pizza in Toronto. However, Garlic Dip was okay as it was sweet in taste.

Generally a good pizza experience every time, the new bacon and cheese garlic bread is great, I just wish I could request donair sauce instead of the default pizza sauce when making an online order. My order is always ready when I get there (on time based on the app) and that means a lot too.
I loved Greco since the beginning of the first time I tried it as a child and I remember it was the first one to open in my location at the time because we lived in the country. The pizza back then was so thick that a party pizza would fill up everyones belly. Inflation is a very dreadful thing these days.
Horrible northend greco will burn your food then blame it on you when they dont know how to answer a phone at 10pm after working 16 hours I could still make food better then that

Cheese, dairy and meat will make anyone sick if you eat too much. Grease. Oil. Fat. i use to eat the donair specials on Wednesdays. Was good but I always woke up with headaches and pimples. I can tell you its not healthy. But the taste is decent.

Seasoned crust and great donairs!
We came through by bus for a one night stay. We ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel just 500 meter from our hotel and into the lobby. The mushroom cheese pizza was tasty but the crust was soggy like it was heated in the microwave . When a new fresh pizza comes out of the oven the crust is suppose to be a little crusty and crispy showing the freshness of the dough. This crust was soggy that when you are taking a piece from the pizza box it all bends.
