OK pizza - it was fine & made with care. Certainly nothing special & I wouldn't buy their bit about premium ingredients. It's the same stuff @ Dominoes. But at least Dominoes doesn't serve 1/2 melted margarine in one of those little white plastic 2oz cups & call it Special Garlic Dipping Sauce! It was the nastiest @#$% I've ever dipped my crust in. Nothing premium about that! Don't buy lies & don't get fooled by negligent marketing that assumes you're a dummy! Go elsewhere✌️
Placed the order through door dash. Even though the service was quick, the driver placed the chicken wings on top of the pizza so the oil had spilled on the pizza box. Luckily it didn’t get into the pizza box. Also, why don’t you seal your boxes? There is no guarantee our foods haven’t been tampered with. It doesn’t cost too much to invest in the safety and hygiene of your food. Pizza and chicken was great by the way.
The best pizza you can get, in my opinion. Consistent and you don't have to wait an hour!
I love Papa John's. I am a fairly regular customer. I hadn't been there since Christmas, which is unusual. So I thought Valentines looked like a good time to return. I called to place my order. To my surprise, no one answered the phone. That was a first. So I went inside. A very exhausted looking young man came out to greet me. This was not the usual camaraderie that I was used to seeing when I would go there. He was clearly trying to find a minute to grab some lunch, and suddenly, I understood why the phone was not answered. So I asked him if he was working all alone and he said, "Yes, every day." I immediately felt badly for him. One of the busiest pizza days of the year and he was working alone. There was no one there to help him, nor even just to talk to. So I couldn't rate the service, nor the atmosphere, as highly as I would normally, because this man couldn't be the effective team member he normally would be. There was no atmosphere, it was just eerily quiet and still. No staff members hollering to one another, helping one another, laughing with one another. It was so sad to see. He did the best he could that day, and he made me some beautiful pizzas, even though he was feeling pretty low. So do better, Papa John's. Support your staff. No staff member should ever work alone in this crazy world.
How does this much hair even get into a pizza?? And they couldn't do anything because it was through door dash I get maybe one strand but c'mon how do you not notice? 🤮 🤮
I order my food at 4:42 pm was to be deliver at 5:17-5:27 at 5:35 got message was out for delivery, I live less than 5 min away, called the store at west Saint John at 5:50 said they didn’t have many delivery drivers, who responsible for that, not me. Food arrived at 6:08, of course it was cold, had to heat up as it was out for delivery for 33min and I am 5 min away. Very bad service and I am a regular, and don’t normally complain.
Pizza and garlic fingers are the go to here with extra donair sauces on the side because their containers are small. Just make sure you have your extra dipping sauce before leaving as there have been a few times it's been forgotten. I still keep coming back though because the food is good. Would recommend.
The owner there is always great. The pizza though is hit and miss. I was exhausted after 12hrs of airplane riding. Stopped at PJs Westside on my way home and got 2 larges. 15min was the estimate, 15min it was. Driving home excited to have some hot pie I went for it. Dang it...good pie, no sauce in the middle. Lots by the upper crust. Rookie on the sauce spoon I'm guessing. Doesn't ruin it...just makes you miss your $50!

Ive noticed a trend, post covid, where food prices have gone up and quality has gone down. We hadnt ordered from Papa Johns in a while, and hoped it would be different, but I was wrong. Its still decent pizza, but not what it was. Hopefully, it was just a coincidence.
Well, for all the hype, greatly disappointed!! Blah, not much taste.
Wont order GF BBQ Chicken again, didnt care for sauce, no Vegan cheese option & I asked for crust lightly done. Tables definitely all needed to be cleaned too unimpressed. Food

Good pizza, ordered it at 10:00pm when studying. Very good service, pizza takes 15 to 45 minutes depending on how busy it is.
Food was warm, waited 95 minutes for order when told it would take 45 and even charged me more than the website price.
Pretty trash service. Couldnt even get a hold of anyone trying to order pick up. Automatic red flag.

Sunday January 19th Saint John was recovering from 20 cm of snow. Our local mens shelter ran into a situation where volunteers from out of town could not provide the scheduled meal due to weather. Reached out to Pappa johns Fairville Blvd and they whipped up 20 large pizzas within 45 minutes thus ensuring community needs where met. They were not gratis however they provided great customer service, quality food and an appropriate discount. The men women and children of Outflow thank you.

The med pizza was expensive with delivery and tax costing $24.00. It was just warm but not hot like it usually is. I love Papa John s but this was not my best Papa s experience.

Usually great dont get me wrong. But 3 day ago i ordered my family dinner. I get that its busy. I work in the industry. But when you tell a customer 30-40 min. Im ok with that. But when it arrives in 90.. min. No call no sorry.. just a somber delivery man who got me to take my stuff out of that stupid bag myself...

We met up with friends at this location after being told it was an eat-in restaurant. It does have three tables for four people each, but its really more of a take-out place. Papa Johns makes a big deal of serving high quality pizza, and it was good, on par with Boston Pizza. Their downfall though is the price, which is also on par with Boston Pizza and too expensive, in my opinion, for a store-front take-out place. For what we paid, if I could do it over I would have met at a nice eat-in restaurant like BP that had a nicer atmosphere.
