Good morning. Ive been going to Italico for a while and have always had a good time. Last night I dont know what happened but the waitress and the person who greeted us at the door had an attitude. At the end of the evening we asked to split the bill somehow. She said one way and we corrected her by telling her how we wanted the bill split, repeating ourselves several times. Well, guess what, she did it her way, like she didnt listen to us. Its unfortunate, but this will most likely be our last visit to Italico.

After a delightful day trip, we decided to stop for dinner, which unfortunately turned the day sour. Regrettably, my daughter and I received the Malibu burger, which was over-crisped to the point of being charred. My wifes fish and chips also fell short, with the fish being overcooked and excessively oily. Furthermore, my other daughters carnivore pizza and my sons cheese pizza were both burnt. The only palatable item was my other daughters chicken wings. I advise you to reconsider spending your hard-earned money at this establishment and instead seek out a restaurant with superior culinary offerings and a chef who demonstrates proficient culinary skills. Paying over $120.00 for such a disappointing fare is truly disheartening.

The venue offers a decent atmosphere for a casual 5 à 7, but diners should be cautious about the food. I found plastic in my pasta dish, which the staff attributed that each pasta dish is rationed and stored in plastic wrap. This resulted in my dish being cooked with plastic, which is unacceptable. When I requested a replacement, I was surprised later when I reviewed the bill for company expense that I was charged for both plates, despite not touching the first. Their cost-cutting practices and contamination issues have lost my business; I won t return for what should be freshly made Italian food.

Im hoping this review will be read by the owner. I was in this restaurant a lot of times and the food is very good. I love the calamari and the Godzilla burger, really really good. But tonight, I feel like I was harassed to leave a tip for a takeout order. I came in and ordered a Margherita pizza and I see the price about 18$ +taxes total 20.70$Cad. Word for word what happened: He, the server, gives me the bill, I give the guy 25$ and he asks me its ok like this? Im like what do you mean? He goes For tip? Youre not leaving me any tip? And I go Bro for what? For a takeout? No! (In my head I was, you got the nerve to impose me to leave a tip?? Of course I will not leave you a tip!) And he continues, you know, what you leave as tip is for me and I just let him know that he needs to give me my change. He came back with 4$, still 30 cents short but I was thirsty and went to wait at the bar whilst having a beer. Btw, the girls at the bar were cool and friendly. This bullshit needs to stop. I drove my car to come buy a pizza from and you bug me to leave you a tip?!? Are you for real?? Am I giving a tip when I go to Metro to buy bread?? I leave a tip for a takeout wheyi feel like it, not when Im imposed.

Nice place to have Italian food. For me, it was a different experience as well since we were visiting the place with few or our work colleagues. Due to some some misunderstanding, I ordered something which I dont eat. So the service person was happy to exchange it with any added cost. That was really nice. Due to just this service, I am giving 5 starts. Food was okay and the atmosphere was decent for a pub kind of environment.

We went late (10 pm) on a Monday when most restaurants turned us away because we were a group of 8. Turns out it was good we got turned away because the food and service here was amazing (pasta, pizza, burger, steak sandwich), all 8 were extremely satisfied!

I ordered their pizza and the only words I can describe it is WOW! Their pizza has so much flavor. Mine had no sauce on it just amazing tasting cheese topped with chicken and other ingredients. You must try their pizza.

I usually don t poorly review restaurants, however the food deserved an honest review. No flavor whatsoever in most of the dishes we ordered as a big group, with some exceptions. The one plate that was good was served in an immensely small portion. I tried to finish my plate as best as I could, but it was insufferable. I really wanted to like it, but I couldn t unfortunately. The atmosphere, the interior design and the service were nice though!

Kam gave us amazing service ... what a fine young man! Food is always fresh (especially stone oven baked pizza). Flights of beer yum! Great place to discover. I recommend updating the booths.

Lots of beer brands you wont find anywhere else, the food is great...and I was surprised to see a full crowd at the bar...my first time there so I have to go back to find out why...recomended!!

The menu was very confusing but the general tao chicken was very good but the bbq pizza was overwhelmed by the BBQ sauce, the chicken was in pre-cut, very dry and frozen form and we asked for no peppers and sun-dried tomatoes but we ended up with bell peppers and banana s peppers, that we didn t ask for. The service seemed rushed even though the restaurant is half empty as they were pumping plates from the kitchen. All this and I haven t mentioned how disgusting the bathrooms and the tables are. The stalls were also falling of the walls , the toilets didn t flush, there was molded all over the sinks, the floor and the mirror, and the soap was very smelly and sticky as if it was just mold and water that was getting mixed with the smallest quantity of actual soap.

Could have been so much better if service had been more focused on customers than on enjoying themselves....

Good experience, we enjoyed the people who went there, good food, an explosion of flavors, a wide menu with several options at a very competitive price. The service of the guy who helped us was very good, always attentive to what which we told him in general, 100% recommended.

We usually order pizza and pasta from ItaliCo for lunch, both for us and for our clients. Theres always only positive feedback! They deliver on time, the food is always hot and delicious. If you decide to go in person for lunch, youll see there are a lot of people there, too. However, as for dinner time, especially at the weekend, the place is a bit too loud & crowded. Its better to have a reservation to make sure youll get a table. Overall, were satisfied with the service and definitely recommend the place

I ordered poulet general tao in Italian restaurant. Then i regret right after my order. But it was the best which I could think. The pizza was also good. The pasta from kid menu was bad. I will go again there for their General Tao again.

I celebrated my birthday in their VIP room a couple of weeks ago. I received exceptional service from Sharif who helped with planning the event, as well as our waiter Cam (I believe his name was) who took extra good care of us. Food and ambiance were on point! I highly recommend for your events.

I ve been going there for years, mostly with work colleagues for lunches and dinners. There are not that many places around to eat, and this one has a tavern vibe, with a good selection of beers and a menu with something for everyone. I recommend it.

The atmosphere is pleasant created by the smell of the wood oven. The food is ok. The service is good and fast.

Starting with the very confusing menu, I decided to take the calamari as an entry and Linguine Tetrazini pasta as main dish. The calamari was a poor plate filled either 10-15 pieces barely heated and sad looking. The pasta sauce was very much watery and not your usual thic Alfredo white sauce. I had 6 defrosted chicken cubes, and thats pretty much it. There were few semi dry, semi fresh, small tomatoes, too acid for the pasta. My friend got told two of the main dishes were out of stock... on a Sunday evening at 6pm... yes it was the super bowl night BUT the place was half full and many waiters were on the floor looking at their phones. Moving on with the service, as a party of 7, we had to ask for water and menus ourselves, after waiting for a good 15 mins. Although the place looked nice and the ambiance was great for a Sunday evening, the prices absolutely DID NOT match the service nor the quality. Highly DO NOT suggest.

We went in a large group. The consensus was the same for everyone... atmosphere ok, service was poor and food... questionable. The chicken came from a bag of frozen cubed chicken, no seasoning and questionable texture. The pesto on one of the pizzas was very sour and bitter. The poorly cooked dough despite their pizza oven clearly visible in the dining room. White sauce, flavorless. There was no more soup of the day or fillet of fish even though it was only 6 p.m. on a Sunday. One of us had the rib steak. She asked for medium rare cooking, she received it rare or barely cooked. After asking to cook it more, she received the meat medium inside but some parts of the outside were still raw... A long explanation to say that they dont know how to cook a steak. As for the other dishes ordered, they all lacked seasonings and SALT. The best dish was the starter of fries. At least, upon telling the waiter what was wrong with the food, they gave us 3 brownies because it was a party for 3 of the friends in the group (our parties were the reason for this outing).

DIRTY!!! my friend and i went to eat there at around 10pm while there were no other costumers, i look at the floor and see a mouse running around and i completely panic. when we tell the waiter he says oh that s the first time i m hearing that but now when i m reading the reviews, many other people have seen it. he said he ll tell his boss but i m sure they all already know and aren t doing anything about it. that was absolutely disgusting and disturbing and we re for sure never going back. Also fyi the pizza wasn t the best and i got 10$ fries just because there were a couple of banana peppers on them. very bad!

Sitting at the bar, we can see a lot of flies flying around our glasses and barrels, not very inviting. Friendly waitress. Dumb manager and responds repeatedly in English when asked where to go out in French even though the main door was locked.

Probably the best wood fired pizza ive ever had- its a pretty big portion for 20$(americano) could be shared but i ate the whole thing! The home fries are really crispy too. Finished off with a apple crumble and scoop if vanilla ice cream- Have been for buisness lunches a few times and its always been better than expected. Food

Every time Im in that area for work, this is the first place i go to for a delightful dinner and good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the peri peri chicken or the salmon. That said, any other item on the menu will be a great choice.

Went for supper with our friends , good area with lots of parking and conveniently next to the cote vertu mall. Rustic vibe, nice atmosphere and well decorated. Leather seating definitely needs to be fixed cause it does make the place worn down. We were told they were revamping the menu so not everything was available. Sorry forgot to take pictures but we order a bbq pizza, meat balls, fish and chips, tony burger, mussels and fries with a Alfredo noodles for the kids. Drinks, we order sangria which had a bit to much ice and sweet but good, and Couple beers for the boys. Everything food wise tasted good, no complaints, except . Our kids noodles came extremely hot that you could see the steam coming from the plate. Now I am no Gordon Ramsey, but watching any cooking shows when plates arrive like that, food was cooked then reheated in a microwaved at high temperature. We had to ask for an extra plate so we could cool down the noodles. Adults were served first before my kids were. But the biggest complaint is the bathrooms! Now I won t go into details about what we seen in the bathrooms but they were both extremely disgusting, not just dirty but filthy! Definitely not cleaned for days. Now again watching any restaurant shows the bathroom reflects the kitchen so I m not sure about the food now and just praying we don t sick. Other than those complains everything s else was great, staff was friendly and attentive. We sat next to the guy making the pizzas, it was nice and open. If the pizza guy did tricks like throwing the dough up that would have been awesome especially for the kids to see too.

The best pizza in Montréal. I recommended trying Rustica pizza. Super yummy. The only negative point in this restaurant is that providing the bill takes time as much as making pizza ready to eat. I dont know why. Next time, we will ask for bill after ordering maybe it helps.

The food was excellent, unfortunately the service was so bad I won t be coming back. Cut into the polpetta appetizer and the meatballs were hard and completely cold, waiter didn t come by to check on us until the main course was ready so the cold meatballs sat on the table for 20 mins. Tried to get the waiters attention but he was mostly standing by the kitchen on his phone, didn t even glance over once (mind you the restaurant was empty). Wanted to order a refill on our cocktails and again, the waiter was nowhere to be found. It s truly a shame because we loved the food and the prices were decent but the server ruined the experience, one of the worst I ve had.

I got a salmon poke bowl, and my friend got the bavette de boeuf. We tried 2 cocktails, dragonfruit mojito, and longstaff. The dragonfruit is sweet, and the longstaff was perfect for me. In the past, I have only ever had the calamari diavolo, which I like for its spiciness, but I wanted vegetables this time, so I tried something new. I dont mind this place, but this place is, unfortunately, borderline trashy. I dont say this with any bad intent. It would be nice if they made some changes with certain things. And their washrooms are disgusting. They really badly need to be updated.

Super good restaurant! I often come here to eat the MedBurger with Halloumi cheese which is DISGUSTING! The fries too! All their pizzas are really excellent and I especially recommend the beer fish and chips discovered this evening! Plus: The portions are very generous!

Right after I finished my plate I saw a mouse in the dining room that was running back and forth. We told them about it and no action were taken, they answered « it happens, it s an old building ». I wouldn t even put a star if it were to be an option.

DO NOT COME HERE. There was a mouse in the dinning room. We reported this and they said it happens often. I don t understand how you can tell customers so casually that there is a rodent that could potentially be in the kitchen. I m absolutely disgusted. Stay far from this place.

MICKEY MOUSE MICKEY MOUSE!!! While eating with my friends, an unexpected friend showed up. And guess what, it was a mouse. A mouse sprinting on the floor of the main dining room. We told the waitress and her reaction was oh sorry i will tell my boss . It literally seems like no actions were taken. As I went over the review page, I noticed that many reviews were reporting this issue.
