Worst restaurant ever! I ordered fattouche salad and they barely cut the veggies+ they gave the parsley apart and everything apart, you have to do it home. I payed for extra shrimp.. 8$ and lol they gave me only one!!! Cheapest and most degrading meal ever for 80$ NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered shishtaouk with fries and it was alright very average. The fries are from frozen wedges normal quality and the shishtaouk tastes good for the most part but has a slight dirty/burnt grill taste. Presentation of the food is amazing.

If I can give this restaurant 10 stars I would, they definitely deserve it. From the warm welcome, to the most ccommodating service and the best Syrian food you will have! This place is a gem! The desserts arrived perfectly packaged and tasted as if they were just made. Each bite was a heavenly experience. I highly recommend indulging in these desserts for a scrumptious treat at home!

The service was bad, they forgot to bring our drinks and we had to remind them after the food was done. They didn t come see us often to check in or to fill our bottles of water. The food was good but the rice came after our whole platter of meat was done. For the portion of food we were getting, the price was not worth it. It was quite expensive. The place looked good. but that s pretty much it. It s unfortunate since it was a birthday so we thought we would get better service than this.

To avoid everything, you order a meal for 5 people at $189 and you say that it comes with 1 kg of kebab and in the end you receive something for 2 people in addition no rice or borgil you only receive salads with 3 or 4 more skewers with glazed bread and when you ask whats going on you say thats what we have!!!! really disappointed !!!! to avoid they are thieves!!!!!

A pleasant surprise! Ambiance. The decor inside was simple and elegant! Plenty of light and the green chairs beautiful and comfortable. The music was upbeat but not too loud. The service: prompt, polite and professional The food: savoury, colourful and filling. We had the Armenian salad, calamari, mixed grill platter and a desert platter shared between 2 people ( girls night on a Thursday) as an introduction to Syrian cuisine. Delicious! Will go back for sure!

The Best in the town: food, desert, shisha, decoration, atmosphere, vibes, service..almost everything. Keep up the standards.

After 8:00 p.m. guests can smoke shisha, so children are only allowed before! Tasting menu: for $75, you get a lot of food. I think its well worth it especially if you want a little bit of everything. The presentation of the dishes is also very pretty. Sujuk roll: best thing I ate all evening. Armenian spices are perfect with just enough heat. the rolls are crispy all the way through and it lasts the entire meal. This dish alone makes me want to come back Kibbeh Nayeh: its a well-mashed beef tartare, which I dont really like especially because there is practically no seasoning. The tartare tastes mostly like oil and the flavor comes from the pickled chili peppers. I find it quite disappointing for $24, there arent any great ingredients. Its a large portion, but the flavors are lacking. This plate is very full. The ground and grilled beef is tasty, a little dry but that doesnt bother me much as the accompaniments compliment it well. I dont know what the name of the dessert is, but it has a soft, but chewy texture thats quite satisfying. Im personally not a fan of pistachio, so its not for me, but I would recommend it to other people. The service is good, there were no errors in the orders despite the group of 11 people. The decor is very pretty and the atmosphere is really fun. Despite the shisha everywhere, the atmosphere was not suffocating.

Nice authentic Syrian food, quick friendly service and an elegant lounge-style resto. We were a group of five and ordered many dishes. Fattoush, motabal, humus, cheese rolls, sujuk and mix grill were all tasty. Calamari deep fried wasn t good as it wasn t fresh, heavily oiled and the oil itself was over used (it looked dark). Yet this place was a great discovery. We enjoyed our time there, they play Arabic music and serve Hookah.

I strongly advise against going there! The service is mediocre, they are dishonest and find the slightest pretext to charge you more, make mistakes on the invoices, the hookahs are mediocre so you always have to call them because there is always a problem. However, it is not in my habit to be demanding or to leave bad reviews but I really went several times, gave several chances and the result is always just as mediocre! I have been a customer since the opening and prices have increased on certain dishes as well as shisha. In addition, the quantity does not follow the price. Some servers are even arrogant. The only positive point is the decor.

We reserved the same day for 9:30 p.m. When we arrive we are assigned our table directly. As soon as we sit down they come and offer us sisha, which is excellent, ice option, and natural coals changed regularly. Meals ordered and arrived quickly. Generous and delicious portions I ask for the rest to bring. There was a mistake and another employee threw away my leftovers, but the server quickly came back to apologize and offer to make the dish again. He brings it back to me quickly, well packaged in a bag. In short, impeccable service, excellent food and delicious sisha. First experience and it wont be the last!! So overrated

Second try: got the sasijo which were too lemony and not great. Toshka was alright but not enough cheese and meat. Khachkhach sandwich was pretty good. They didnt accommodate my request to replace the fries with anything else. The fries were really good though, well seasoned. First try: Got the chicken and beef sandwiches and they were delicious. I made a special request for my side and they accommodated generously. Delivery packaging is pretty as well. Nicest Ive seen in a long time.

It was my first time in a restaurant/shisha lounge and I loved it. My friend and I shared a shisha and had the table dhôte. WoW the amount of food we had. We couldnt see the table anymore ahaha. I loved the food. The restaurant was filled to capacity and it was difficult to move around, but the service was impeccable, both for the food and for the coals.

Beware of their advertised prices and deals! Customer service is very bad. We booked for Christmas lunch on 25 December 2023, as per the ad they posted on social media and our phone call with them and our advance guarantee payment, prices were as follows: 95$ per adult / 40$ per child of 7years+ / below 7years for free. Biggest part of the amount was paid almost a week in advance fully for booking guarantee (5 adults and 4 children - 2 of them below 7years). The day of the event, the moment we entered the restaurant they asked us to pay the rest of the amount (for 2 adults and 2 children below 7years) - we were not fully seated yet! They asked us to pay a total $95 for the two kids who were 3 & 6 years, considering them as 1 adult, because we had 6 kids in total (which they did not like and expressed it cause it is less revenue for them)! When I tried to complain and explain to one of the staff members, while he was trying to help, an aged man (I assume the owner or manager) interrupted in a very impolite and disrespectful manner. I just left and would not return again. They did not bother to follow up or make it up though they are very well aware which reservation this was and the details occurred. The waiters were very polite and nice, yet they were not briefed on what is included or excluded in the menu/package. Every time they had to go check for an answer and come back to us. Music is loud. Food was ok. The owner or general manager is very impolite and disrespectful. If I am to be asked, there are so many other Mediterranean restaurants that are way much better!

We had our Christmas party at Rosana and everything was perfect!!! We were a large group of people and in past experiences with other restaurants the food wasn t always top notch for big groups. But not at Rosana. The food was incredible, each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. Their cocktails are also so amazing!!! The staff is so friendly and professional; they make you feel so welcome. The ambiance is amazing, the music selection is so good and you can even smoke shisha. And if it s your birthday, you re in for a special treat of music serenade by the staff as we got to discover that night. It s hard to please a large group of people with different culinary tastes, but let me tell you that to this day, my colleagues are still talking about how delicious the food was, from the appetizers, the main course to the delicious desserts. Do yourself a favour and go to Rosana, I promise you, you will love it just as much as we all did. It truly is a gem!!!!

This place has a different atmosphere from the rest of the restaurants in terms of decoration and furniture, but I found that it was not generous in terms of the amount of food in the dishes, because it is very little compared to the prices, which are very low, and the shidha was not nice, The staff was nice, but I dont want to go there again.

Glad to have discovered this elegant Syrian restaurant a couple of weeks ago. It had great ambiance, impeccable service and delicious food. The staff was very welcoming, spot on, and was very keen to make our experience as pleasant as it could be. I highly recommend this restaurant , and will definitely go back.

After seeing all the great reviews we decided to try Rosana, once the great looking food arrived we were fighting with the flies and small mosquitoes. There was over 20 -30 fruit flies just hovering over the plates. We literally were tying to whoosh them off but they were soo big that they would just land in the plates in the foods on the table . Super unhygienic and discusting we didn t eat and left honestly super disappointing for a 200$ supper. We were sitting Inside and the waiter was aware of the situation and the owners also .. they even brought us a little red apple that s supposed to control the pest .

This is a beautiful place, with shisha/hookah if you are a fan. But the reason for the 2 star is the service. The server was a disaster. His lack of knowledge of the menu is one of the issues. My friends ordered food that was meant for 1-2 people mashawi plate, yet he gave us 3-4 people mashawi plate. Complete price difference as it was our first time that was only caught at checkout. Additionally, I asked for my main plate as I was not sharing, all the food arrived except mine. Yet when I asked the server he argued with me that I never ordered that and he never heard that. He mixed up with shishas, and he mixed up the desserts .My friends had to tell him that I asked him for it. Last but not least the bill had a significant amount of discrepancy. He added the bills of the next table to our order, which was after the next table left a while back.

It reminded me of the good old days when we could light up a cigarette in a restaurant and relax with a drink. Until socialists made Canada a nanny state. Ill be sure to become a regular here.

The place is very nice. The atmosphere is amazing. The music isnt too loud where you can still have a conversation with your friend. Food is really good I dont usually eat tabouli at restaurant but their tabouli was amazing. It was Juicy, lemony and very tasty. Mouhamara was also really good I have tried mouhamara at many other restaurant and their mouhamara was creamy and tasty. The cheese roll were hot and full of cheese inside crunchy from outside. Even their sandwiches are superb. The sad part is the service. I understand it was a Saturday night and it was busy but that doesnt explain why the food will come out from the kitchen 1 plate at a time. When you order something if they are sold out of it, it is the waiters responsibility to come and say oh sorry we are sold out, which did not happen. If something need time on the grill they should inform the customer this plate is going to take 30 min to cook or 40 min to cook. Owner or manager need to step up their game about the service. With the exception of the hookah service, the guy in charge of it kept checking up on us and changing the charcoal. The hookah was also very good.

Ive been to this place about 5 times now and yesterday would of been my last time ! I have never ever experienced that kind of a poor service from a restaurant ! Every single time we ve been to this place was a mess they are so not organized and synchronized !Either they forget someone s plate (I mean we all get our plates and finish eating and someone still hasn t received his plate) or the order is just wrong all together! For the atmosphere ,The lights are always lighten up to the max instead of dimming them like any other normal place to the point we feel blinded ,like if you had someone pointing a flashlight to your face ! The music is so bad (they kept playing with the music selection and have big issues with the volume lol its so annoying) I was really disappointed yesterday to the point that I never want to go back to this place! Its sad as it has potential but the owner is not focused on customer satisfaction and process improvement (it shoes that the place is poorly managed especially when the big boss is always walking around with his helper managers that dont a single thing other then play cool and look around lol P.S when you charge a fee for bringing a cake ,at least cut the cake for your client and have enough cutleries and a proper cake knife ! Anyhow never again will I go back to this place !They need to revamp their whole service and bring it to a normal level of satisfaction!

Completely delighted with this gastronomic experience. I recommend this restaurant to all foodies. Shisha is also a new experience and I also enjoyed it. It was sweet and tasty. Syrian cuisine is tasty and varied. In short, a magnificent evening. Vegetarian options: There are plenty of dishes in Syrian cuisine that are vegetarian.

I would like to share my experience at Rosana to help other customers: Service: 0 stars, the Waiters were very mean to us when we asked to change the table, ignorant and dont know how to smile. The food was excellent and very tasty but the quantities were not generous. I liked the atmosphere even though there was a lot of noise in the indoor room. Ultimately I think it was my first and last time there because of the poorly behaved servers.

Excellent food, the best I ve had in a while. The decor is on point, everything is really nice. Was a little disappointed with the service and the atmosphere however. We were going there for Iftar and when we arrived they told us that they didn t any soup left so we couldn t get the iftar menu. We ended up having 2 cold mezze (kebeh nayeh and muhamara), 2 hot mezze (cheese rolls and sujuk rolls), 2 salads (fattoush and tabouleh) and a platter of grilled meat for 65$/each for 2 people. The waiters were running all over the place and each time it was a new waiter. The atmosphere is quite loud and the tables are so close to each other that you feel like you are eating with the people on the table next to yours. They also allow shisha in the restaurant which can be annoying for those who don t smoke. I would recommend this restaurant but I think they should work on a few things so that people could get a better overall experience.

My first visit and my last. The meat was not cooked well, this is not an acceptable mistake. Full of noise. Only the service was acceptable, the staff is nice but inexperienced.

I was so excited to eat here and the photos of the food looked amazing from their page. I was so disappointed... the restaurant is crazy bright, the food had little flavour, the bread literally comes out in a bag from the grocery store (not heated or anything) and the potatos were cold. The restaurant is also expensive which I wouldnt mind paying if it was good. The only thing done well was the espresso martini. Maybe this is a good spot if you want shisha but I dont recommend visiting

Had a late dinner recently and was very satisfied. The place is chic with middle eastern decor. Atmosphere is very nice. The food was very delicious. I normally do not write reviews unless the place is beyond my expectations and this is the case here. Mark who served us was excellent with a nice smile and good attitude. Will be great if you add more vegetarian hot plates.

This pink flower tree somehow reflects the name of the restaurant! I would love to see pink roses! But in general the decoration is luxurious and beautiful. One of the busy middle eastern restaurants in Ville Saint Laurent. Service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a mixed grill plate and the portion was ok, mainly good for one or two in case you order mazzah. The mazzah portions are small in comparison to the price. I ordered a plate of Muhamara and Fattoush the portions were bearly enough for two people. This restaurant is not kids friendly since they offer shisha so if you also can t be around people smoking shisha the I recommend you go somewhere else. Other than that the experience was acceptable and I could come back again to try more meals on their menu.

My boyfriend and I went on a Sunday evening. We were served by Jordan. The service was impeccable. The food was super good and the meat was fresh and tender. Our server was courteous and took great care of us. The place is very well lit and very spacious. The decoration is modern. There is even a terrace if you want to eat outside and a bar area. I 100% recommend this place! The shishas are super good too and it s one of the rare places where they have iced tubes!

However, we had a fairly long wait to receive the birthday cake. Also, I want to mention that the prices of the mocktails are quite expensive. It is the same price as the alcoholic drink. I am editing my review because unfortunately I was very disappointed when I saw the police walking in. They don t have a permit for selling shisha, and a bunch of clients got ticketed 400$. This is not ethical!

This restaurant doesn t have a permit for shisha!! The police came today and gave $400 tickets to the customers that were smoking shisha!! It s ridiculous and dishonest! Will never go back

Im super disappointed, THE POLICE showed up in the restaurant and fined a lot of customers $400 because the owner doesnt have a permit to sell shisha.

The one who was standing in front of the door he s ( guy that wear white) he was so mean and asked as to leave, in the other hand we went to Amaraya they were so welcoming and had such beautiful receptionist I feel so disappointed in you.

Celebrated birthday with friends; very good food. Had the mixed meat platter, fattoush, calamari and potatoes, delicious and fresh. The tea and some dessert, all yummy great service

It s one of my favourite restaurants in Montreal. My friends and I drive from Ottawa to eat and come back, it s that good. You can tell that they worked really hard on the decor, the chandeliers and the emerald velvet chairs, love it. The service is amazing, there are so many floor staff. I highly recommend you order the fatoush and batata hara.

We had our dinner party at this pretty busy restaurant located in the heart of Saint Laurent. Were a group of 20 and we were properly accommodated. Most of us liked all the dishes weve ordered. Fattoush salad, Calamari, and Mangoloco smoothie were superb! Special mention to AYHAM who was very attentive to our needs and gave us a stellar service!

The service was too long and the food was pretty expensive for a small account. I went there to enjoy the shisha but the vibe was dead for a weekend

Overall great experience at Rosanna. The service could slightly improve but the food and the ambiance is unmatchable. The quality of the food is also top tier.

1 star only for the food is just basic nothing extra, was tasteless and table service was extra slowwww.. the server dissapear after taking our orders.. whe we got there it was not busy at all.. shisha was out standing they passed by every 15 mnt to refresh.. we took few drinks..they were just fine .. the worst part was the dessert (kunaffah)..which not well prepared and rushed to bee served... for the parking .. you need to be there around 4h30 to 5pm to get aparking.. its shared with other restaurent and buisness around.. good luck if you need to be on time ...
