Very very slow service and not at all efficient I took 30 minutes for a cappuccino I paid and I had to remind one of the employees what I wanted because no one took care of it even though I was waiting and I was in a hurry! Careless staff and not at all welcoming! never again

Is it me or are there 3 children working there? My pizza was undercooked and the bathrooms were dirty. This is not the place for your stop between Montreal and Ottawa

Same as all Tims, they suck now that theyre owned by foreign companies. Overpriced garbage, and if you dont trust me, well go ahead and try it, my taste buds dont lie

Waiting at the drive-thru way too long (more than 10 minutes and I was 3rd). Plus I had to park and wait again just for a cappuccino. Nothing to say about the staff though.

This franchise should be placed under supervision by the company. Dirty and non-functional toilets (broken faucet that constantly leaks, non-functional hand dryer, no paper to wipe your hands, dirty mirror, seat that threatens to give way, paper lying on the floor). Employee who does not speak French.

I have never had a drive-through service as efficient and fast as here despite having ordered a trio morning wrap with coffee. The staff was super nice and courteous :)

I think this is the worst Tim Hortons Ive been to. Yesterday Sunday August 25, at 6:00 p.m. they had nothing, the oven was closed, they had nothing to make a wrap, no possibility of ordering a pizza, no bread for a club sandwich or other sandwich, And bad service from young people who work there. The toilet was not possible.

Their hours say open until 22:30 but I was there at 21:45 ish and they had the doors closed and didnt open them.

Really the most disgusting restaurant I have ever visited, there were literally tampons on the floor in the bathroom, if you want to go to the bathroom definitely stay away from this restaurant! In addition to slow and poor service

There was a dead bird on the window sill. The washroom sink water was always running and the room was trashed. Ordering coffee took 10 minutes even tho I was second in queue (they forgot I ordered coffee somehow).

The English muffin egg and cheese sandwich is cold man.. put some efforts in it. And clean the tables if you please..

The toilets were so dirty

Close to winning the prize for the dirtiest and most repulsive roadside restaurant I have visited . Avoid! Polite young employees, but seemed totally helpless and not in control.

Seems that they do not close at 9 but at 8:30. Was waiting at drive through, all the screens were open, they were employees inside but they never answered. Went to the door, it was locked and people were cleaning up. Change your hours!!!

Are there no adults to supervise these child workers? Disorganized service, got our order wrong, slow. Someone else in the reviews said this was the worst Tim Hortons in Canada, and I m inclined to agree.

I really don t like the kids working here, they are every reckless and making customers wait for no reason and taking long time just to give coffee and responding to there friends who just came from outside and giving donuts and they don t care about the people in the line, very rude and irresponsible behaviour, never recommend ever

Sunday morning June 2,2024. @11;18am. I walked in to order a medium dark roast and a multigrain bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese. What a horrible experience!!!! They made my order wrong 3 times. 1) time wrong bagel. 2) time just butter 3) time butter and literally literally a lick of cream cheese, barely even noticeable of cream cheese! I brought it back opened it to the guy at the cash and showed him it I said this is pathetic! Handed it to him and left. I waited 38 mins to try to get my order. Paid in advanced and only received my coffee. So my question goes to the owner manger ? Are you a moron ? Or you don t care about yours and the reputation of Tim hortons. ???? Are you giving proper training to your staff?? I mean let s face your location has been screwing up peoples orders since last year. Get smart and educate your safe or give up and sale. Allow someone competent to run the establishment. You can reach out to me anytime I ll even come in to tell you to your face. This has to stop. Please run your business with proper structure and live up to the standards of TIM HORTONS.

While me and my friend where looking at the menu the front lady rudely yelled ALLO to us while we were still thinking. while we were ordering she was tapping the screen so aggressively and so impatiently. i asked for an Oreo ice cap and when I got it, it was just plain with some oreo crumble. when my friend told her politely that it wasn t oreo she kept not understanding in english so they switched to french and she rudely said it was oreo and didn t even try to make the costumer happy. i didn t try to fight with her because of how rude and stuck up she was so i just took the ice cap.

Me and my friend asked for an orea ice cap and we got a regular ice cap and when I went to go tell the lady, she wasn t understanding and I had to repeat myself multiple times. She even switched from English to French even though I was speaking English. She said that it was an Oreo ice cap and that it had Oreos in it, it didn t even taste or look like one, it had a different colour too.

I very rarely give a bad review because I know the restaurant industry and the difficulty of managing a young team. But this time I was speechless... Terribly crowded restaurant and yet it was not busy. The toilets were inaccessible once again. About 8 employees on the floor, almost no one inside and the drive-thru is also not very busy.. no one cares about the image of the restaurant? Management should be strengthened! I would be ashamed if I threw you away...

For coffee and muffins its perfect

Angelina was the epitome of customer service excellence!! She was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. She even took the time to explain her favourite recommendations which my children loved. Thank you Angelina! It was refreshing to see true customer service once again, which is so hard to find! We will be back again soon.

Best Tim Hortons to park at if your 2006 Toyota Matrix has no reverse gear due to the uphill facing parking, just pop it in neutral and reverse out with gravitys help!

I went to this tim on a Thursday evening around 8:30 p.m. and it was closed. Youre better off removing your sign on the highway if you dont offer a coffee service to the driver, tiring Tim is so cheap, employee cut, opening hours cut, I mean, tell the customer to go to the McDonalds for a coffee, and honestly I think even though mconalds coffee is made better than tims.

The owner would do well to spend a few hours on the weekend. Its always a mess, its just young people who dont know what to do and who are lost in the orders. I wonder where the person responsible is because they deserve better training to manage their team. Nothing works.

This tim hortons makes you drive to the front entrance from the drive through just to make their drive times look better than what it really is. Honestly the toaster was broken for months and they just redeemed themselves and now they are making people move out of the drive through EVEN when there is nobody behind them!!!! Every time this happens. For your information, people use the drive through to drive right through instead of parking. Horrible establishment.

Like all Tim Hortons, there is a constant shortage of products at critical times of the day.

From the outside it looks like your walking into a normal tims but once you enter your greeted by only children as workers a couple older managers here and there but some days it s only children with poor work ethics. The time it takes to receive your meal could be anywhere from 10-40 minutes. Once you enter a long lined drive through you unable to cancel as you are stuck until you reach the end waiting possibly even longer. Bathroom: I have never seen such a poorly managed bathroom. The floors were just as dirty as the rest of the restaurant, disgusting floors and no toilet paper in the container as it was all on the floor. Night: At night it s the same experience but the donuts will be much less pleasant as they ve been sitting on the shelves since morning making them stale.

Went in there to get some donuts and use the restroom. However, after using the restroom, I decided getting food there would be a bad idea. Restroom was so disgusting that I had to wipe my feet before leaving and only used my feet to open the doors. The kids who work there should know the importance of keeping their environment clean since its a food place. Shame on the managers/management.

The girl who is wearing a white cloth on her head, knew english, but she spoke to me in french. I also asked for a white hot chocolate but she gave me french vanilla. NEVER VISITING AGAIN!

Very disappointed with washrooms conditions. This Tims location beside HWY from Montreal to Ottawa, and a lot travellers stopping there for washroom and meal.

Bathrooms are terrible and as much as the staff is trying their best to fill orders, food was not well prepared and follow up with the orders was poor . Not sure who was in charge but could really use someone to oversee staff, and keep things organized . Props to the kids working there you can see they are really trying, there needs to be a better system to help them run things more smoothly and ensure orders are done well.

The girl working here at 8:00pm on June 4th 2023, don t know her name but she was short with brown hair. She has offered us the best service that we have ever gotten at a Tim Hortons in a very long time, and she went out of her way to serve us our food. She was very nice and apologized on the behalf of her coworkers for the wait.

Worst tim Hortons around. Even worst then casselmans. Theres. Just us in line. And it took 25 minutes to get my 2 chicken wraps. The 6 kids. Working there were fooling. Around. Playing around. One was giving free. Stuff to a friends of his who was there instead serving us. Ill never. Stop by. There again

This tim hortons is the most disorganized establishment I have ever seen. Tried to order at the drive thru and the person could not understand anything when I was saying eventhough i was speaking very clearly in French and English. Got my food after 20 min sitting at the window listening to the staff complain and have no idea what they are doing. After I got my food found I was given my sandwich with no sauce and no cheese .... just meat. I was so disappointed and looks like half the staff is 12 years old and the manager had no control over her staff

On our way to Quebec City, we had a stop at this tim. Service was amazing and smooth. This kid was able to communicate in English, and he was friendly. The washrooms were clean and tidy. We ordered coffee and some pastry, and the taste was as expected. Parking: There is plenty of free parking

The most Horrible place I have ever visited, very dirty and super slow I had to wait for my order while customers who came after me were served, service leaves something to be desired and in the end the iced coffee was not not as good as Im used to having, not to mention the flies hovering over the donuts. Dirtiest Tims I ve been to. This place had not been cleaned for hours. Toilets were a nightmare. Floor was wet with paper and waste lying around. Staff forgot my coffee.

Dont know if it was the language barrier but the lady was very rude. Sat our drinks on opposite side of restaurant and didnt tell us they were ready... had to go looking for them.. sizes and quantities were incorrect but let it slide because of the language barrier- no excuse for lack of customer service.

My experience here was a 10 out of 10. The supervisor was a a 15 year old boy who was well behaved and mature. If I remember correctly it was the 6th of July me and my platoon just came back to Canada and were quite thirsty so we stopped by A canadien delicacy. I ordered a large double double while taking my order we were ambushed. Vietnamese soldiers were tracking our vehicles. The supervisor was a ex military immidietly jumping into action with a p-90 a and. That day me and my platoon will never forget Paul Richardson saved my life ( drink was mediocre at best)

Dirty. Employees were standing around talking with every table dirty and no clean place to sit. Food on floor from previous customers. Fries were old and hard. Sandwich was okay due to the bread which was good. I would skip this restaurant in the future.
