Commande de 100$ reçu sans ustensiles cest pas super ! Jai spécifié que nous étions des travailleurs à lextérieur et ils ne savent pas vivre dans leur manière de parler regarder sa réponse !

We ordered 3 days in advance for a group of 14 people (shish taouk chicken). When we went to pick it up the staff was very pleasant, the buffet was ready at the time we asked for it. The staff even offered us help carrying the dishes to the car. The food was delicious. The presentation of the salad was very neat and they took care to put the dressing in a separate container, the chicken and the rice was still very hot. In addition, everything was in very generous portions, we could have had it for almost 20 people. My guests had a blast! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I ordered takeout for 15 people from Amir Saint-Lazare. Everything was ready on time and everything was hot. Each item was in separate dishes like a buffet. The quantities were very generous, our guests were even able to bring doggy bags. All the guests really liked it and told me they would have to do it again. I highly recommend for a hassle-free evening with friends at home. Amazing food and amazing staff. The salads are some of the best I ve had - highly recommend the mango salad and avocado salad. Falafels and potatoes wedges were family winners!

Absolutely the best shawerma in Montreal!! I am never eating anywhere else but at this Amir Location and the owner is definitely an Amir, prince! Great tasting beef and chicken shawerma. Generous amount of meat. We also had potatoes and garlic sauce. No other place makes garlic sauce like this one. And they offered us 2 salads, the mango and the avocado salads and both were so tasty and fresh. I cant explain how great the food was. You gotta eat there. The place was very clean. Washroom were super clean. Thank you so much for an amazing service, I wish we asked your name! We were the family from Toronto visiting Montreal and on our way back home. Thank you for memorable sandwiches! Love it

There is nothing like it. The hostility in the air as soon as you walk in. The look of challenge from the teenager making the plates, heart pumping and palms sweating as if I was going to have to fight someone for my meal once at the cash. From walking in to drinking the garlic sauce out of my pita with a straw. The experience is undeniably intimidating and full of suspense. An experience in itself.

This is the best AMIR, in and around the island of Montreal and Ive been to many. I was served by Rosono and he was the best. Great guy that provided me with excellent service along with unbelievable sized portions. WOW! My Shish Taouk plate was huge. And the food was superb. Ive never been so full and so satisfied after eating take-out. Rosono - My girlfriend says thanks for those hot peppers. Ill be back really soon!

I will share my experience with this restaurant, at the beginning the team was very nice to me, but today I ordered a sandwich by phone as usual, as soon as I arrived at the restaurant the manager spoke to me about a disrespectful and vulgar manner, its like its nothing to buy him a sandwich a day, well I canceled my order and the worst he started to insult me even though I refused to answer him out of respect in myself . Honestly, I dont understand how the Amir franchise lets someone like this man manage this business because it will destroy the name of the company. Here is some advice I give to this gentleman that I noticed, I hope he takes it into consideration: 1- you never touch the money then you make a sandwich for the customer without cleaning your hands right away 2- even the customer buys a bottle of water there remains a customer who pays you for a service and you must respect it 3- the client is not your friend for you to speak to him in this way 4-it s not good to mix the old shawarma with the new and you hide it in the sandwich 5-give the purchase receipt to the customer when they pay you or ask if they need a receipt And finally to confirm what Im writing, take a look at the reviews and watch how he is responding to customer comments with his aggressive way, really Im shocked I suspect everything the sandwiches that I ate before because I dont trust this gentleman, he Is capable of worse

Very unpleased with my experience. I arrived at 8:42 just to notice they had closed early and already mopping. Their sign says 9:00, the online website says 9:00. Had to go eat at A&W.

One of the best places i have tried by far, the garlic sauce( toumeyya) is amazing !!! And the beef shawerma is a must try.

This is my favourite Amir. The food is always amazing and fresh. My plate is always overflowing with food, and not just the cheap stuff like potatoes and rice, but the meat too! Where I live theres three Amirs I could order from but I always choose this one.

This spot is right off the highway to Ottawa, the place is clean and spacious. The food tasted fresh, the chicken was surprisingly soft. The staff were amazing. I will definitely stop there again for a break Vegetarian options: Tabouleh, falafel, vegetables stew

A clean restaurant. Great service, very nice owners and excellent shawarma. On our way back to Ottawa, we went in close to their closing time, and everything was still fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this location. Would definitely visit again.

AVOID if COVID-concerned. The manager (I think) was boasting about not being COVID vaccinated at all, and was not wearing a mask properly while hovering around the food. When we expressed our discomfort with his behaviour, he laughed us off. Stunningly unprofessional and unconsiderate behaviour that has turned us off ever returning.

There is only one word to describe this location. INCOMPETENCE. The staff INCOMPETENT The whole staff looks depressed and communication skills? Non existing! Good luck trying to tell them something and lets not forget the big tall dude if you dont like your work then change jobs, its not an excuse to be rude. They need new management because clearly they cant handle more than 2 customer at a time or they start yelling at eachother.

Amir was kind enough to deliver a surprise order to my best friend in Rigaud - which only has a handful of restaurants and does not have food delivery services. I was very happy to find this restaurant. The shawarmas are yummy and inexpensive, the spiced potatoes were fantastic, and the mango was sweet despite not being in season.

As far as Amirs goes, this one is the best. Removed a star because weve called in to order for pickup many times but last few times we were told they do not do that anymore but while waiting in line to order in store we see people who have ordered in advance arriving and going straight to the pay line... likely an employee who doesnt want to do their job fully but annoying none the less.

Food was delicious, i am glad admin found someone good to take care of the place and make good food this time. Food was fresh, and the garlic sauce was pretty badass! Ali was super sweet! Props to him for finally getting some fresh food in that place. Lol. A big Shukran to you Ali! You deserve a great review! Just a side note your salade dressing could use some lemon or sumac or something give it a little extra lol! but all in all it was great
