We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience. The food was nothing short of amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Each dish was not only tasty but also beautifully presented, making it as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate. What a great venue for a nice night out in our town. Even the power failure made the evening that much more cozy. Looking forward to bringing our “out of town” friends. When your chef figures out how to make Blackened Salmon, we have an important person we want to bring over to your place !
Wow… Amazing first time at this Bistro 22…. Ambiance is great not loud no yelling over each other as some other places….food was great portions and the Calamari was do die for just melted in your mouth…no rubbery at all …..👍🏻
5 star very well deserved in every aspect the calamari is the best in town and the best I've ever tried. This is a must try for anyone wanting to try a new place. Keep up the excellent work, and my compliments to the chefs.
We went on a wonderful date night this past Saturday and the dynamic was just astounding. The service was wonderful the food was even better and the atmosphere was classy but also family acceptable, which is hard to come by from nice restaurants. Prices are super affordable and every bite is worth every dollar. Highly recommend this wonderful new and upcoming restaurant! It was an amazing first and will NOT be the last. Great job guys. Food was tasty, fresh, filling and well portioned. The very large plates deceive you into thinking the portions may be small but they are definitely not. Prices are fair and staff is very friendly. No complaints and will recommend.
Bistro 22 is a must try! The food was delicious, the vibe was fun and modern, and the service was impeccable. The owners, Christina & Mike pay attention to all the little details that make the dining experience stand out. They were very friendly and accommodating of my young kids. The cocktails were delicious, the food was fresh and tasty, and our server was friendly and attentive. Standouts were the proper sour cocktail, carefully curated and well-priced wine list, that fried calamari and the most delicious cheesecake that I have ever had in my life (made in house!). Whether for an after work cocktail, family meal or date night, Bistro 22 checks all the boxes!

The absolute best place to eat for lunch or dinner in ST lazare. Everything on the menu is incredible and reasonably priced. The drinks are next level. This is my go-too place for dinner or lunch
A lovely restaurant with some absolutely delicious food. We tried a cream and white wine Gnocchi and a Steak sandwich with fries. Well be coming back!
My new local! So happy this place opened up, run by great people. Lots of tasty options but Im partial to the hot wings and a pint of their signature lager.

Shockingly good food at a great price and with nice (quick) service. Rather unexpected for an off the highway bistro, but I m really glad we ate here and will DEFINITELY be back. Parking: Ample parking

Bistro 22 is a hidden gem right off the island of Montreal where owners Mike and Christina have truly curated the most elegant yet cozy night s shade of dark blue. With an immaculate start, the zippy espresso martini and tart amaretto sour were handcrafted to perfection. The menu offered a plethora of options for just about everyone s taste including a delectable trio of tartars, ambrosial escargot, succulent fried calamari, and bavette topped with a vibrant, herbaceous chimichurri. Every detail of the main dish was exquisite right down to the loaded baked potato and roasted veggies. The desserts did not disappoint either, as the pecan pie was nostalgic and decadent, the carrot cake airy and moist as well as the chocolate cake which embodied the luscious and rich notes of the classic. Highly recommend for a special night out, this bistro serves simply delicious dishes while providing friendly and insanely efficient service. Kid-friendliness: They have an array of choices on the kids menu.
Amazing first visit, great atmosphere and very friendly service. The Calamari was absolutely delicious, and I can honestly say the gnocchi I had for my main course was the most delicious gnocchi I have ever eaten. All in all a wonderful experience, and for sure I will be going back soon.
We tried Bistro 22 for the first time tonight. It s at the corner of our house. My husband and I shared a Cesar salad and 8 chicken wings. My husband had a chicken cutlet sandwich and I had the steak sandwich. DELICIOUS!!! HUGE PORTIONS!! Amazing service. We definitely recommend and will come back!!

Im a very picky eater when it comes to restaurants, but the food here is fantastic , Ive been three times today I tried the wings, lets just say anytime I want wings Im going here, First visit was the steak frit, have it with the peppercorn sauce, second time was the steak sandwich, thank me later. Nice presentation, service with a smile great place !!!

I tried the Fettuccine Gigi and the Chicken Cutlet, both of which were bursting with fresh, unique flavours and served at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Saint-Lazare to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and the convenience of a local spot without the need to venture into the city. As a bonus, they have a full bar and a fantastic selection of desserts, including a deep-fried Mars bar.

Food and service were excellent. An area to improve would be the acoustics of the restaurant. It was a busy night but was extremely loud and difficult to hear conversation. Some sound dampening would help to fix this. Otherwise a great experience

Our second time at Bistro 22 this weekend and it was once again phenomenal! The food was delicious. The pasta dishes were really tasty and well proportioned and the steak was cooked to perfection. Owners Mike and Christina are lovely people who made our experience a memorable one. We can t wait to return soon!!
Delicious food, arrived hot and tasty. I would definitely recommend the generous portion of salmon tartare as an appetizer to share, and I had the penne romanoff for dinner. I loved the moody atmosphere, that really felt as if you were disconnected from the outside environment (beside highway, rest area) so that was really wonderful too. Really friendly staff. Can t wait to come back!

What a great place! Very nice atmosphere but best of all the food was really delicious. Very fresh, great flavors, nice portions. The service is warm and impeccable. We will for sure be going back!
I have dined here twice now, once for supper and a lunch with friends. The lunch was perfect, all seemed to enjoy their ample well priced portions. The clam chowder was great with lots of juicy tender clams. Dinner was a work in progress and the chef does not cook rare filet well, twice, as the first was returned. Both came on the well side of medium. The vegetables with the steak were very nicely cooked. The calamari is amazing! Desert was a very tasty gift. Service was not rushed. I recommend the restaurant just not the filet.
Great first experience at Bistro 22 last night! A GF and I sat at the Bar. Brittany served us. She is a skilled mixologist she can make you almost anything if you ask her! The ambiance is cozy chic, dim lighting, nice music (but not too loud) & comfy bar stools. Big screen TV s and you can reserve seating at the bar and eat there too. The food was very tasty. Reasonably priced cocktails and food! Exactly what Saint-Lazare needed forsure! Thanks Bistro 22 for a fun night!

I have been to bistro 22 twice now for supper and both times the food and service has been exceptional! The Calamari and tartare are standouts. They also have some very interesting cocktails! Whether you go there for a drink or to eat, you will not be disappointed!

Great new little eatery serving st.lazare & Hudson .hosts & owners Mike & Christine were very warm and welcoming and very passioned about their new venture. My husband said his Caesar salad was the best he s ever had. My green apple salad was gigantic and very good. We then ordered chicken cutlet sandwich which was also very big and delicious so big we had to take half of it home. The salmon tartare was very fresh and equally delicious. We had no room for dessert but the choice sounded amazing. We will definitely return!
