From the Big Mac to the Quarter Pounder, we have been serving smiles and memories, coast-to-coast, since 1967.
We usually go for late night cravings (2200-0100). They still have their self-serve drink fountain. Food is accurate and freshly made in a timely manner. Crews was quick to respond if there was a problem, if any.
The staff can’t speak English and its a problem!!!
We ordered table service and waited for 30 minutes before I went to the employee of the restaurant. I speak English and he just answered me in French. Our food had been standing on the counter all the time… he did not call out the number either.
The bathroom and dinning zone are not clean

If I could score a '0', I would. This McDonald's is in a deplorable state in both customer service and management. Overall, the restaurant was dirty, and all seating areas were occupied by people just hanging around. I've lived in this area for over 50 years and frequented this McDonald's all my life and have never seen it this bad. It will need a very strong management or corporate help to bring it back to standards. Never going back.
Like any other McDonald's. You can't expect 14-17 years old kids to do adults type of customer service. They have years of learning curve ahead of them. Overall okay location. Dirty and unorganized. Got my kid a happy meal it was missing fries. I selected to have a Pokémon toy, but got some random book. They said no toys available.
I put an order for 4 Earl Gray Teas and received 4 Pepper Mint Teas. The manager told me they are the same. It was crazy to keep trying him to understand the difference. They changed it but at a very low speed action. Not recommending this branch for inaccuracy ...
Price quality for what you eat at McDonalds is not fair. Too expensive. The service in the restaurant is long.

I placed an order on the McDonalds app for pick up. Arrived at McDonalds, the application tells me to go to the drive trough, arrived at the intercom people answer me so I go to the window still no answer after 10 minutes they answer me and she tells me that I couldnt take an order I explained that I had already placed an order on my phone via the McDonalds application, she replied that she couldnt give me the order because I wasnt in a vehicle in the end I asked the person behind me to take my order for me. Im really disappointed with McDonalds service (plus my order was already paid and she told me they will reimburse you)
Worst McDonalds in Montreal. Each time we have to wait several tens of minutes before going inside to ask for the order again. Stupid

I visited this McDonald s at 8005 boul. Langelier on Sunday October 20, 2024 between 7:15 p.m. and 8 p.m. Without exaggeration, this is the dirtiest branch I have ever set foot in. Ordinary smell as soon as we entered, gummy and disgusting floor throughout the restaurant, all the trash cans were overflowing, several tables were filled with uncollected waste, toilet paper on the toilet seats and all over the floor... womens underwear full of Feces had been thrown into the tampon compartment but half of it came out and was in view. If what the customer sees in front is so messy, I dont dare imagine the state of the fridges, kitchens, etc. that the customers dont see...

Good morning, I just went through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast. As I wanted to have a Sausage McMuffin trio with chopped potato, I was surprised to discover that at this time there was no potato in question... at first, I was a little offended, but, my frustration was quickly extinguished, thanks to the service of an incredible employee: polite, soft in her voice and attentive to customer service. When I arrived at the second cash register to pay, I told him that in 2024, the young people working at the MCDo no longer really have respect or concern for the customers: often chatting among themselves, being on their phone or with an attitude showing that they dont like their job, but are only in it for the money. This manager has a rare name Robeniva, I think, and she was explaining to me her concern to always put the customer first, when I heard the voice of a black colleague say: you talk too much with customers... But honestly!!! I think it is important to recognize the work of competent people and to highlight them to their colleagues and superiors. Thank you again my dear for making me smile!!!
This store reaches standards of mediocrity which give a very favorable argument for the automation of the entire process. You order coffee 1 milk 1 sugar 8 days in a row, and the 8 times it is served to you black. The drive-thru goes 10 minutes without saying a word only to disappear for another 10 minutes and ask for your order again. If you want McDonalds, go to the 40 near Lacordaire. You could call it customer service there.

A must for fast food lovers! On my last visit to McDonalds, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the service was, which is exactly what you look for in a fast food restaurant. The cleanliness of the place particularly struck me; It s obvious that the team places great importance on hygiene, which is reassuring in these times. As for the food, it was delicious and well prepared. The Big Mac was juicy and tasty, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the Oreo McFlurry was the highlight of my meal a real treat! In short, McDonalds offers a quality experience with excellent value for money. This is definitely a place to recommend for anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. Congratulations to the whole team! Enjoy your food!
Trash bins neglected in the dining room, they were overflowing and there were even ants on the counter of the trash cans with the trays. Their bathrooms with urine and poop on the toilet...I cant even imagine their kitchen. Not to mention our ready-made hamburger/wraps.

I want to take a moment to say a big thank you to Robengely! She always has a smile on her face every shift, including at night when I need my coffee! Despite the fact that it can be busy, and the work can be difficult at times, it deserves a 5 star!
The employees are very sullen, especially the black woman working at night, she is extremely slow and it is difficult to understand what she is saying, please get your staff in order.

First time visiting this McDonalds and I must say I am very disappointed. My order was very simple. The food I received was of very poor quality and the presentation was poor and poorly packaged. Pure scam! Additionally, the service was very passive-aggressive. It looks like the restaurant chain has completely lost its leadership. At this point its really pitiful Honestly very disappointed
The drive-thru is extremely long. The coffee is not brewed, most of the time the sugar is not mixed and remains accumulated at the bottom of the cup. Parking: Enough space. Kid-friendliness: Not really. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.

First time at this location. Was very impressed with the great service Very friendly. The food was hot. And most importantly, the first time I saw someone at any McDonald s going around actually cleaning the tables, making sure the garbage area was clean, etc, Wiping down the bathroom doors..
ordered in advance via the app and picked up at the drive-thru, on a Friday at 11:15 p.m. and it takes more than 30 minutes before being served. Already the fast food food is ordinary.... but when there is NO fast food... its not worth coming there
Horrible time management of order, service is excruciatingly slow and they mess up the order on a regular basis. Ordered a BLT McMuffin no Bacon and they gave me a mcMuffin with egg and cheese. Will never go at this McDonald again. Employees are lazy and everything is done at a slow pace.

They are very, very, very slow, even when there are not many people. (example 3 cars in the parking lot and one in front of me at the drive through, min 15 min.) not courteous, and the ways of missing a coffee are nothing less than extraordinary!
They claim is open 24/7 but the doors are close early in the night, when you go around at the drive thru, you need a car to ask for food, no bikes are allow, that mean is not open for everybody
McDonalds like this one are rare! I almost never have order errors and it is served in both languages, that too is rare!

Change your staff!! They are slow and horrible with such bad attitude! Specially the girl who worked at the drive-tru on Sunday, August 20th between 9:30 and 10:30!!! We waited in line for 1 HOUR only 3 cars were in front of us at least 20 minutes would pass in between orders when the Mcdonald is CLOSED and only the drive-tru is open. When i asked the girl why it was taking so long she proceeded to tell me it was none of my business and that she wasn t going to take my order with the rudest attitude just cause i complained for the wait. While waiting I said hello? many times and no answer for 20 minutes straight, never did she asked us to wait or anything, i almost thought it was closed completely and many people left the line that was at that point suuuper long. I NEVER once filled a complaint anywhere in my life but I cant believe that girl s attitude she even told us to shut up and get the $&!@ out when we waited an hour just to order. She had the worst attitude and we weren t even being disrespectful. I can t believe that you have employees like that and honestly how can it even be called FAST food?!? Worst service ever honestly Employees like that give a bad reputation to your business & as a owner I would hate somebody like that working for me.
Fast food is where she found herself. What s interesting is that we ordered for three people and everyone who was behind us went through the electronic queue, but we just stood there waiting, and we noticed from the board that single orders were served without a queue. It s just a eureka, everyone had to order separately and they would go through the line in 5 minutes, but they had to wait half an hour. Heres the electronic queue for you. Everything else is a plus.

After 20:00 the cash register is closed and you can t pay by card, the place is dirty, I ordered a Big Mac along with fries, and they forgot to put the potatoes in, this happened 4 times! I have to wait 25 minutes for my order, I don t come to this restaurant anymore.
