Wendy's in Saint-Leonard

My chicken wasnt even cooked well. It s really disgusting and I m disgusted. And even the other times I came, the poutine was not cooked well, the fries were too cold or too hot.

Thanks to the current administration. I noticed that she is ensuring that customers can now be served in French at the checkout and at the drive-thru. Significant improvement, well done.

You serve salads without a fork to take away. I sit in the middle of a park and Im helpless and hungry... First time at Wendys and Ill let you guess what happens next? (Extra* Cold fries)

Great crew, the food is delicious, and the price is right.

Lets say that using mobile is quite an adventure, you have to be very patient. The food is very good. The service would benefit from being improved. The dining tables could be cleaner. In terms of atmosphere, its quite noisy because the dining room is shared with the neighboring Tim Hortons. Unfortunately in 2024, there are still people who do not know how to use a smartphone well while having hands-free conversations. Ample parking available, and free.

It was better than McDonalds

This is an old school Wendy s. You don t see many of these left. The staff is nice but they never understand me when I speak French or English. Food is good fries are always cold for me tho.

NEVER AGAIN. Absolute garbage. The burger was cold. I had to wait until i got home to nuke it in the microwave and the Frosty was not very frosted. Very very soft ice cream almost like scooping very cold half frozen milk from a cup. Yukkkk ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE food.

The day I went the place was really in poor condition, its the jungle, there were a lot of people, the toilets were dirty, dirty floor. Correct service But no one to pick up in the evening or supervision.

I go to the drive-thru at 11:10 p.m., they tell me that everything is closed, this is the second time someone has done this to me. Dont recommend, ordered for take out, the indians working there at night, very rude.. I ordered the new Cinnabon desert and it was all one frozen ball. My girlfriend didnt receive her burger and the large fries were cold and 3/4 full... What kind of a business is this guy running? I have called corporate office to escalate this issue.

We were there for breakfast, 2 staffs was on duty, waited for 5 minutes and they pretend they didnt see us waiting. Another customer was also waiting behind us. Another 2 mins waiting, my wife decided to walk across the street for much better place for similar breakfast. It was much much better service.

Not very clean

Being served in French is almost impossible. Sandwich on sale advertised on the billboard outside the store, bourbon bacon cheeseburger not available in this store. 3 people to be served in French, its shameful.

The staff is good, the menu is nice, but the people coming make a lot of noise and leave their surroundings looking very dirty.

despite the poster the teenagers from the school next door arrived for dinner, several had their own meal which they consumed, the young people vaped without problem in the restaurant as if everything was allowed to them. Lunch time was chaos. Avoid if possible. People ahead in line had serious language barrier with the staff. Then waited at order counter for 5+ minutes (of course drive through was getting served first). Our order was missing items and had to request they check it again. Go to Timmies in same building instead.

I do NOT recommend this restaurant...for delivery anyway! The French Fry order was OBVIOUSLY & SHOCKINGLY incomplete - only a FEW fries at the very bottom of the container; somebody just threw it in the bag and didnt care that it was empty! The sandwich order requests were NOT followed at all - NO added items that I PAID for. The nachos were inedible - being mushy and soggy! AND...when I called the restaurant to talk to a manager, the phone rang and rang and then connected to a FAX line!! NOPE, never again!

I waited for about 10 minutes at the cash register before being served. The employees have no sense of customer service!! While I was waiting, the 3 employees were talking to each other in another language, completely ignoring me. A simple eye contact with a smile would have made all the difference. Another negative point is the uncleanliness. We eat on tables that have obviously not been cleaned often! The walls are covered in dirt everywhere, as is the floor. Not to mention the TV hanging in fear against the wall.

If McDonalds is used as an average, Wendys is one level higher than it, regardless of portion size, ingredients, etc.

I went there tonight on the 5th of February at 22:13 to order some take out. The person that answered me at the drive-thru told me that their system had a problem and asked me to order inside. I parked my car and went in to be greeted by a young employee who made it seem that coming at that time was a bother to him. He was on his phone and came up to me to tell me that the store was closing in 15 minutes while still on his phone. Store says it was closing at 23:00. It looked like he wanted to shoo me away until I told him that it was going to be a to-go order. I asked him for two bacon portabello mushroom fromage fondant burger. It looked like it was on promotion and I wanted to try it. I got it with a poutine and a coke. I was given the coke in a white coffee logo-less cup and was told that this was the new small cups. I thought the cashier was joking at first but he was serious. The lid that they gave me didnt even fit the small cup. When I got back in my car to place it in my cup holder, it spilled out. The burger itself was made with what tasted like stale bread, it wasnt hot (I would have been fine if it was just slightly warm), the sauce tasted old (maybe fermented?) and the overall taste wasnt appetizing at all. The poutine was fine. My overall experience of this place was mediocre at best. Maybe they were having a bad day or the grill wasnt working properly tonight. Maybe the young employee had an early class tomorrow and just wanted to be home early to sleep. Who knows. Wont be coming back for a while, might give it another chance again in a few months. Put a 3 for atmosphere for neutral. I didnt really pay attention to it since it was for take-out

This place is usually slow and chaotic seems to be filled with people who either dont know what they are doing or dont care to seem professional but I never complain as long as I eventually get my food. I felt the need to write a review because of the extreme unprofessionalism Ive witnessed today. Two employees we confronting a group who walked in the store. One black boy and another who is tall and possible Arab. I heard the N-word out of BOTH of their mouths! Saying this in front of paying customers is a disgrace. Even worse the Arab boy was telling one of the boys from the group to wait for him cause his shift is almost done (this happened around 5:20 pm) so they can fight outside. It was the most absurd thing Ive seen in a long time and if I wasnt running 20 mins late I would have asked to speak to the manager! Disgusting! Also the fries I ordered were barely warm.

Went in at 4:35pm Thursday Dec 21 for a simple order. Simple #2 combo. Fries : cold and not even half full. Burger cold and bland tasting. Not the Wendys I remember. Its sad that each franchise can really go downhill as far as service and quality goes. Lesson learned, I will spread the word to all my people and make sure to never ever step foot inside again. The only future business they will get from me will be if I need to use a restroom.

Started taking my order in the drive thru and in the middle of it, they say oh nevermind, you have to come inside to place the order .. I asked why, and she just said we just closed the drive thru and I respond that Im confused as she noted my order down and cannot come inside as I have a dog in the car and child. I go to the window to say I want my order and she gives in, tells me to back up 5 feet and come back to window so the counter would restart on my order. I was utterly confused and shocked at the way they spoke to a customer. They were very disrespectful and spoke with a lot of attitude.

Wendys is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The baconator with the honey mustard sauce, the best combo. The burger with the mushrooms is definitely something I get every time it comes out. To test if you have the chance.

Its been a while since I ate at Wendys on Sunday December 24th I went to Tim Hortons because Wendys is next to Tim Hortons you see me at Wendys also when I left I really like Wendys food , they are very grilled and taste good so tomorrow I was thinking of going to eat a sandwich at Wendys to satisfy myself a little, I would say a little because I am a sick person otherwise I would say a lot. Dietary restrictions: I would like to eat a grilled vegetable sandwich when I say vegetables I am talking about cucumber and pepper lettuce, plus a good chicken breast etc...

Very bad experience: the kitchen and the counter were dirty, the person at reception ignored me for 10 minutes before taking the order, the employees were chatting and laughing behind the kitchens while customers were waiting... Not to mention dirty, we looked for a place to sit, not a table was clean. This place should close, there is a serious management problem.

I went to the one on corner viau and Jean-talon, after waiting 17 minutes at the counter to get served one of the employee finally came to see me and told me she couldn t take my order because she was too busy with the drive tru!!!! On a Saturday 4:00 pm.

I went there because its the closest to my house but believe me it will be the last time... because I prefer to go 20 minutes longer than to have the service that was given to me last week... I go to the drive-thru, they tell me its closed, I have to go inside... no problem, it can happen anywhere... I go in, its 2:20, no one to take the order just a young man who does nothing and stares at the ordering TV...I notice that the fries are in the warmer...15 minutes pass I have to ask the young man if he has someone who will take my order...he calls a other who was behind 25 minutes more waiting for my order plus the 15 minutes waiting to order we got to 40 minutes and he NEVER made new fries!!!! I receive my order in my two sandwiches, no sauce or the extra cheese that I had asked for and paid extra plus I take a fries, they are not lukewarm, they are just cold and disgusting I ask for fresh fries on guy tells me thats all we have for the moment (in 40 minutes they couldnt make new fries)... so seriously if I were the owner or even manager of this Wendys I would be really ashamed of it. organization and food that I serve to my clients!!!! the staff was stupid and incompetent, never even smiled, not sorry for the mistakes and the cold fries! NEVER AGAIN, we put the fries in the trash and even the burger was ordinary and lukewarm.... $40 in the trash next time Ill go to another one, guaranteed

Its a fast food joint, not fine dining, BUT, as far as burger and food quality goes, Wendys is the only one that actually tastes like beef, its actually yummy and you dont feel like you have a stone sitting in your stomach after! If you ever have the choice of fast food places, Wendys is the way to go!

Terrible CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Very poorly received and staff who do not speak French and jabber a few words in English. The restaurant closes at 11 p.m., we arrive in the dining room at 10:10 p.m. to order, the staff tells us that it is not possible to order and therefore invites us to order at the drive-thru, there is no problem with that. So we arrive 5/8 minutes later at the drive-thru and the staff tells us in broken English that it is closed. We asked a French person to understand, since on the internet it says 11 p.m. closing time but Yeah it s closed which it tells us. We do not recommend Wendy s located in St Leonard given our more than unpleasant experience.

!!MORE THAN BAD!! After a long drive I was impatient to eat a good Wendys, but upon arriving at 10:10 p.m. an employee received us and told us to go to the drive-thru, no longer taking orders in the dining room, while we had time to choose our order (barely 5 minutes in the car) and take it at the drive-thru, we are very unpleasantly informed that they are no longer serving at all because they are closed. And all this in more than DOUBTful English/French!!

I come to the restaurant 45 minutes before closing to be asked to go to the drive-thru, I even offer to place the take-out order but I am still asked to go to the drive-thru. They gave me under cooked fried spicy chicken which I had to return back. It took them another 20 minutes to make me another one. Luckily nothing happened to me so far. Never coming here again.

Apparently the drive through was closed only for me because the 3 cars that were behind me were allowed through and I had to rush through a bunch of prepubescent teenagers fighting each other to take my order 25 minutes later and get my food another 15 minutes later all of that during my 1h lunch break

They used our phone to make the order in front of us. The employee was rude. My friend had a sprained ankle and they still told us to get out of the car even though we had a steering wheel control. Half an hour to collect an order that we had already pre-ordered.

I went to dinner around 1:15 p.m., My partner was looking for a clean table and guess what everything was dirty yes Very dirty she took Napking with water to clean it, it was a little better while we ate everyone around was disgusting Ketchup on the back of the wall, ate on the ground it takes away the hunger, eating fast food and paid 31$ not much plus I took a medium cola at the end I went back to the cash register to find out if I could have a REFILL no more than half, the waitress asked the manager he looked at me and then he said no twice to the waitress, its very nice of her a fountain refill costs no more than 0.10 $ hundred watatow, Im happy on the one hand, I want to go less often for our health, And I have given up on not going to this restaurant anymore, I gave 5 stars for service because the young man did his job well and was kind , but for the rest desired.

I often order Uber Eats from restaurants and to date I have always received what I ordered, without error. The food is fresh, tasty and hot when I receive it. Good value for money. The waiting time is very reasonable.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Took over 30 minutes to get our food (to eat here) after 2 friends of the staff came, cut the line and demanded free food. Staff is absolutely not serious. #Sad
