Worst Harvey's ever. I ordered on uber eats for a pick up and when I arrived they never wanted to give me my order because I didn't have a "verification order number". There is no "verification order number" when you pick up your order yourself godammit. Spent half an hour arguing with them until they FINALLY decided to give it to me and it was all soggy and cold because it had been sitting there for a while during the whole argument. Very very bad service.
I ordered from this Harveys many times, always good quality, good service and never had an issue, I prefer their burgers over Macdonalds, better taste, and larger sizes

Was with my grandson. Had a kids menu and got a plant kid about 3 weeks ago. Now we are enjoying the little project together. Excellent initiative for family activity.
The service was very slow, it's fine. But the worst part it's that one guy (employee) went to yeld to an asian old lady in front of all the clients. I don't know if something happened before, but I just watched her came in, buy something to drink and sit. What a lack of respect
The packaging of my takeout food is very well executed here. Small bag in a take out bag. I really appreciate cos I make a lot of mess in the car when I eat. Fast service, as expected of a fast food chain. The chicken burger is not impressive, not crunchy, but also not dry and from the picture, not handled wirh care much. The burger actually looks pretty moist and not paper thin and Harvey's reputation does rely on their beef burgers. The toppings and ingredients look fresh too. The chicken nuggets are mainly breading, little chicken. The fries look good on picture but are very soft in real life. Finally, the onion rings are mot crunchy enough for me, but they are okay basic onion rings. I really do appreciate their thick paper straw though, because it lasts way longer in the drink!
Ouvert ligth, yet, it's closed Yet i got to say it s 2am i was expecting it to be closed anyhow. I live close by, and often stop by before heading into the grosery in evening to eat a junior at 1.99+tx and the evening customwr service lady is polite and welcoming and i ll be coming back regulary before stepping into the grossery. Now that i m thinking about it, next time i ll tips that lady generously fpr serving me a 2$ dollar burger with all the care of a important person

The worst Harveys in Montreal, the food at Harveys remains the best compared to McDonalds but the staff who work IN THE EVENING... my god!!! Its horrible and its not the first time, they speak badly and serve with a lot of negative attitude, its a shame I order a lot though :( But this time I was totally afraid that they would spit in my burger because they were starting to talk to each other in code and laugh. I made a video but honestly Harveys doesnt deserve the bad publicity, there are people working hard behind it I know. In short, the current staff must be CHANGE or provide food with them in the evening.
Evening staff is rude, during the day there is an excellent manager and the service is 1000 times better, but in the evening it is just horrible. Quickly change evening staff, the cook, the guy who takes care of the garnishes and the cashier, all three accomplices in the incompetence

A sandwich no bread!!!!!!!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich via the app when I got home I discovered there was no bread!!!! Just chicken with the toppings!!!! I went back there to go... get my bread... Only to be told that the error did not come from them but from me!!!!!?????!!! While the two invoices received clearly specified the word sandwich!!! The staff at this restaurant can be quite surreal!!!
Was the best fast food brand in town, specially for burguers, they reduce yheir burguers, best price not anymore, get menu #2 is the best but doesnt exist anymore, sometimes is not busy o and services takes just too much time, but the products are good.
I like eating there, except when the lady who doesnt speak French prepares the hamburgers. It does not take hygiene into account. She is very welcoming to customers, but when it comes to food hygiene she gets a big zero. What bothers me is that she doesnt change her gloves when shes doing other things, like sweeping the floor, picking things up off the floor, and such, and she always uses the same gloves when making burgers.

This is the worst Harveys Ive seen in my life. The manager and his employees have NO respect for the customers, I received my order in ONE HOUR and the sandwiches were just disgusting and absolutely not garnished as requested. The bread is also not the one I chose and Im not even talking about the wrong sauces and in very very very small quantities. Paid over $32 for inedible sandwiches. When I called to complain, the employee on the phone hung up on me. We are in the process of filing a legal complaint because my wife had olives in her sandwich and she is allergic to them. Avoid this Harveys at all costs

The food is very good, the problem is that I ask for a sauce (Harveys sauce) and the employee tells me that they have extra. I understand that sometimes there is more in stock or others, but there I saw the sauce in front of me. I had to eat a sandwich that I didnt like.

Honestly I had great service today. 03/20/24. The staff wow. The lady at the checkout is super friendly, the lady who garnished my burger is great and hats off to the cook. Please take care of them. Enough flowers for today

Do it hard! No soft drinks, no sluch syrups, no onion rings, exhausted and overworked staff... I dont know whats going on at this branch but, it has seen better days.
I had a very bad experience at Harveys it was an hour ago at around 11:30 p.m. I was there like Uber and the someone who works in the kitchen and for no reason attacked me and he started insulting me he said things to me. bad words he kicked me out I tried to explain to him that he had the wrong people they told me editor and they continue to consult there were his colleagues and customers and a delivery man also a message for the owner This person is not supposed to be here, he is an uneducated and rude person I stayed outside crying for a long time. Until now I am very disappointed.

I order by uber Iwant to tell them i accidently choose a sauce by accident i call at 9:55 to ask if it possible to do it i know they will close soon in 5 minute but all he need to do is just answer and he did and immidiatly answer and say salut on est ferme and believe me it wasnt polit at all the way he said it and i recieved 3 calls from ubers driver saying they fighted the guy there for the order I always eating there but not anymore because of this service If 0 star is possible ill do it sorry

I go to this Harveys almost every week and the food is good! The service...well its a counter so yes the cashiers and attendants are nice.
I drank coffee, even though it wasn t on the menu. The toppings are placed in front of you and you can choose. Uncomfortable, but satisfying and fast. The donuts are ok, albeit greasy.

The burgers, fries, poutine... everything is delicious! I love being able to add mustard to my burger! The service was very good and quite efficient in the kitchen too. However, there is a lack of cleanliness... all the tables were dirty and the floor was out of place. Although the employee who served us at the cash register, at one point, took the mop to mop the floor, as soon as a customer entered the restaurant she had to return to the cash register. Small logistical shortcoming that wouldnt be too difficult to resolve.

Im not going to go with the back of the spoon: Harveys is the best restaurant chain for burgers. I love their burgers and their onion rings, you put whatever you want in the burger so it s sure to be delicious! The customer service at this particular restaurant is a bit strange, however. Go there anyway because their burgers are truly wonderful! Yum!!

Disappointing for me. I went there for the new pickle poutine, which I found very ordinary. The wrap was cold (not toasted at all) and the taste was ordinary as well. I wont go back there, but I understand that there are people who may like to choose what they put in their wraps/burgers (like at Subway for example). Note that its not the branch itself, just the food at Harveys that I dont like!

Heres what we found in our drink, a part of the drink machine in the bottom of our glass. A big lack of healthiness in addition to the fact that our entire order had a weird taste. This is unacceptable and should never happen.

Not very clean and the food is not at all fresh
I used to go to that place between 2000 and 2008 and really enjoyed eating there back then. Now, went there with my kids in 2022 and found a dirty restaurant, tomatoes look unfresh, flies flying in the restaurant, lots of garbage on the floor. Not the same Harvey s that i used to know and i will not go back. Poor experience for customers.

I came from afar on a Wednesday at 10:30 p.m. for a good burger according to the online schedule. The timetable indicates open until midnight. When I arrive, I see Harveys closed and a different schedule on the door. Dont go on Wednesdays after 10 p.m. its closed. It was still frustrating when you were anticipating a good threesome all evening. The schedule should be updated online.
