The kabab had no flavour and was extremely oily. All 5 of us had stomach ache after leaving the place. The waiters started cleaning using Clorox while we were eating which extremely upset our stomachs and appetite. Who uses strong scented chemicals at a restaurant while people are eating?

I m a Turkish cuisine fan yet compared to other restaurants the food was soo underwhelming specially for how expensive it is. On top of that they were mopping between tables while customers were eating and the cleaning detergent smell was all over the place u can t even smell the food and makes u nauseous.

The food was quite bland, it is advertised as a turkish restaurant but the adana kebab was not spicy, the hummus was bland, the mixed pie was also bland, in terms of the service it was good, no complaints there, however there was a smell of chlorine or a cleaning agent of some sort. The salad was not fresh. As it stands I do not recommend you go to this restaurant, if they improve the seasoning and atmosphere i can see a lot of improvement.

Good value for money, adequate quantity of food and above all its good, the only thing I complain about, the desserts could do better, the atmosphere feels like youre in a fast food restaurant rather than a restaurant for a pleasant dinner in lovers or family there are too many comings and goings, especially the middle tables may need to think about better organizing the room for a more intimate atmosphere.

Good value for money, perfect for those who want dishes to share. The bread is excellent. However, the service needs to be reviewed, several items were forgotten and we had to look for new jugs of water ourselves. The waitresses were still very friendly.

The food is delicious! The veal is to die for! Everything tastes so fresh and not over spiced neither. Its a really great place to eat at a reasonable price. By the way the bread, made on site, is dangerously addictive!

Cependant, les deux dernières fois où je suis partie la nourriture manquait cruellement de qualité et était trop salé. This restaurant is a disaster! A daycare: I was made to sit in front of a table full of 25 poorly behaved children who screamed for 2 hours for their friends birthday. The waiters didnt care about the customers at all, lousy service and when we asked to change the table the veiled waitress didnt want to move our plates to the other table so we ended up doing it ourselves. The portions are so small, we were forced to order a third. I dont recommend it to anyone

Food is awesome, definitely recommend . However, service was not very fast and they served us water which was not cooled. It was 40 degrees outside so I would expect cold water on that day. Still worth going for the amazing food though, 10/10.

When taking our order, the waitress was extremely impatient and not even willing to give us (me and my son) explanation about the meals that we were interested in. At the beginning I mentioned a meal (doner chicken), but the waitress seemed so annoyed by my request for information about that meal, that I had to cancel it and choose something else (pide). She was so impatient that not only did she still send the doner that we previously canceled, she also forgot our drinks and dessert. Horrible experience! I am not going to comment the food, because after such a treatment from the waitress, I completely lost my appetite and was to longer in the mood to appreciate the food.

I am not giving a zero star just because of the bread and the fries. Otherwise, the food is awful. The chief does not have any idea of Turkish cuisine. The meat is hard to chew! There is nothing called shawarma in Turkey! It is doner! So obviously not a Turkish restaurant... the spice they used was also wired. Btw, the washroom was so dirty.

Very, very, very bad service, no professionalism and no respect, I often go to this restaurant, I called yesterday to reserve for 7 people at 7:00 p.m. (for Ramadan iftar), and the girl she answered yesterday did not didnt seem too professional, I asked for a reservation for 7 people for tomorrow at 7:00 p.m., quickly she told me ok its good, its reserved and tomorrow you call at 2:00 p.m. to confirm that you are well come, I was surprised that she didnt ask me for my name or telephone number I asked her dont you need that, for a reservation? She replied ok yeah give me your name and phone number, then she confirmed that everything is fine I just have to show up tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. so I planned it with my family and everything. Today I call the restaurant at 2:00 p.m. just to be sure because its for Iftar and I wanted to take the risk especially for my parents, because the girls behavior yesterday didnt reassure me, so I called and the girl tells me that my reservation doesnt exist! So I explained everything, after which his response was: oh probably the girl who answered you yesterday works in the room and she doesnt take care of reservations!!!! Poor service, obsolete outdated. someone tries to contact them by phone, they dont even answer, so to make a reservation forget it and when you arrive there, the person at the dilapidated reception sitting on a stool, with notebook and pencil its like if it came out of a time machine. Its easy to have customers for one day, the challenge is to keep them forever.

What an amazing Turkish experience! Food tastes exactly the same as if you re dining in at a restaurant in Istanbul. Came to dine in here again after a year but still had the same great experience and the same taste. Would highly recommend the iskender kabab and Adana kabab along with their kunafe and tea which is just too good. Definitely worth 5stars!
