Unfortunately, from one time to the next the dishes are not all of the same quality. Psr example on my last visit, the cooking plate was full of leftover food from previous dishes... Which had been heating for probably 1-2-3 hours... So, it tasted like a mixture of lots of things. In short, the experience in this restaurant is not the most grandiose. That said, its still a fast food restaurant, so expectations cant be too high either!

Its unfortunate, because it could be a very good restaurant if it was better managed, we often went to this restaurant, until the day the fries started to always be burnt. I called back and got a credit, unfortunately that didnt solve the problem, the fries are still burnt with a bad taste of oil...really disappointing. Really poor service! Firstly they make me wait for 15 minutes when my lunch is ready and cooled, when I arrive home the hot dogs are all crushed and the poutine has almost no sauce with uncooked fries. Quite frankly it puts the beautiful provinces to shame

I ordered 2 steamed and a fries with sauce, firstly the young chef looked high on Fentanyl, secondly the dish of mustard and relish looked like it had spent the week on the counter, Im going to sit down and start ate my fries with sauce which were cooked in completely degraded oil, fries almost black, but dressed in sauce it doesnt seem too much. Then comes the mouthful of hot dog which I spat out immediately because it had a very bad taste and smell, This is the 2nd bad experience at this restaurant and never ever again, avoid this place its downright disgusting

I gave it 5* but I changed it. The portions have been greatly reduced!! Not so long ago when you ordered poutine, they crushed the lid to make it close... now the cheese doesnt even touch the lid! I went in in a good mood and came out depressed the staff looks so stupid its extraordinary....lol No smile, I made a joke about the temperature outside and the cook looked at me without the shadow of the beginning of a smile.....the food is not that good, yet in the same city the other restaurant of the same type, the Valentine, is all the rage with its food. A big zero for this one.
