Very good restaurant, pizza, poutine, excellent

The delivery service I received was good for the pizza though...receiving a soggy pizza, half of which I had to throw away because it was wet, is pretty ordinary. I would no longer recommend this place unfortunately.

2 large pizza 1 family fries 4 cans $116 there are limits! First time and last time I order from this place!

J ai passé une commande samedi le 19 octobre a 19h et la personne au téléphone etait tres bete! Elle avait tellement hate de terminer l appel qu il manquait des choses dans ma commande. Clairement elle ne m écoutait pas vraiment. C est dommage parce que la nourriture etait bonne. Prochaine fois je vais commander ailleurs malheureusement.

We used to order 2 small poutines at this restaurant, they were served in aluminum plates after it had been put through the heat for a second time, they changed the formats for tiny formats in small cardboard boxes. and my wife we were still hungry and the price didnt really change we waited 1 hour to be disappointed and still hungry

HOW TO SCRAP YOUR CUSTOMERS??? Today Saturday February 10, 2024 8 pm, My partner orders at the counter, 30 minutes later he received his order... 5 minutes away we live. Our plate of skewers and a poutine arrives cold... The only thing thats hot is the salad... I call to say that the lady is not happy... that my plate is cold and that its been 40 minutes since I ordered... The operator told me that there were 2 orders before me... I just want to eat hot?!!? She tells me to put it in the microwave! I didnt pay $40 to eat soggy potatoes because you forget your orders on the serving hatch and you forget your customers T.O. I ask her to redo my order and she tells me ok Ill redo the plate of skewers, but not the Poutine... Eh ? My partner returns with the cold order to the restaurant.... He calls me from the restaurant to tell me that the receptionist is rude to him, she puts her hands in the plate that we brought back and persists, saying that its hot... She looks at my partner and tells him that its a waste of food... Another employee gets involved by ironizing the situation... saying that we should have gone to get our order from the kitchen so that it would be hot hot hot... We have been customers for 6 years... Its always good and delivered quickly, since I live in St-Esprit I always order there. There is stock on the pizza, lots of cheese. The poutine is good, the pasta is good, keep it up, it s perfect

Excellent service! following an error on their part, they quickly delivered the right pizza to me without problem. The lady on the calls was super courteous, and the supreme extra meat pizza, delicious!...I gave it 3 stars because I found it annoying that the delivery man asked me to get the wrong pizza delivered earlier what did hesh want- he do it??? I prefer not to think about it! Don t worry, I didn t give it back to him!

Very good food! However, on our last online order, they forgot to enter the order into the system. After 2 hours of waiting, we called them. The person we spoke to promised us a 15% discount on our next order. When we called for our next order, we were told there was nothing on file so they couldnt give us the discount. No way to talk to the person who gave it to us again. Very disappointing considering that we regularly order from this restaurant...

Excruciatingly long delivery time, almost 2 hours. In addition, having the delivery person return to the restaurant for another order at the same address while he was already on his way to make the first delivery. The best is that the delivery guy comes to us with food that we didnt order, and a pizza with the cheese stuck in the lid of the box. Clearly, I really dont recommend this place, yet my sister-in-law orders there regularly and she was the one who had the pizza stuck in the lid of the box. For us, it was the first time and the last time, the next time, it will be at pizzeria Mario.

Service a big zero, 2 medium $70, The Canadian special with my two pizzas $65 they dont even want to give it to me after realizing they made a mistake.

Order a club and a plate of gyros. Dry chicken and Im still looking for the tomatoes... The fries have flavor but that of the freezer. The gyros wasnt any better. 6 years ago it was much better, but given the quality, it was the last time we ordered.

I am a former customer of Le Tombereau, a place I really liked going to. I was disappointed that it closed. For the first time I went to Barbas (already known restaurant in St-Lin which has moved to the old Tombereau building). Lots of changes. Expansion of the kitchen, the bar is no longer in the same place. But I have to say that the changes were tastefully done. Its beautiful and you feel good and comfortable there. We ate a pizza and it was very good. Fair price. Ill go back.

Truly the best pizza around. On the other hand, the waitress didnt know how to open a bottle of wine. The menu is limited. Nice, nothing more.
