Even if its still hot dogs and poutine the staff is great and I much prefer to go to a restaurant where you feel welcomed like at home rather than elsewhere where they dont ask you how you went

The poutine was excellent as were the hot dogs, fries and cheese burger. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. Very good service. The only downside is that there are no ice cubes for drinks from the fountain machine.

(June 2023) Great food, everything I ate was fresh and good. What impressed me the most was the INCREDIBLE service I received. There were a lot of people, yes it took time, there was even an employee who came in as reinforcement. Despite the rush, the employees remained focused, smiling and motivated! We see this kind of attitude less and less and I want to emphasize it! Congratulations to the Valentine de St-Lin team!!

False advertising, on their screen which displays the promotions there was the club at $9.99 and it was supposed to end on August 14 and it was the 13th. I was forced to buy one at full price. Fries hard and dry! Really not good!

The food is okay but some employees are condescending, stupid, dry, lack a lot of customer service. Several times, I have had little lint in my food (Hamburger, Club sandwich) because of the rags losing their lint. Not very hygienic...but it seems clean overall.

Good service, good meal, fair price. The only downside is the cleanliness of the dining room. Slippery floors, poorly rinsed tables and several dead and flying flies under the tables. The toilets also need to be cleaned. Im sure the team is capable of improving the situation.
