To start, we waited 10 minutes for the cashier. Then 3 burgers were missing from our order. One was missing from the bill and the other two were just forgotten by the kitchen staff. We ended up missing our 3 burgers and they werent assembled as we requested. This seemed like a difficult ordeal for the employees of this McDonalds to overcome. In short, nothing goes as well at the cash register as in the kitchen. There is a lack of structure in this team.

The tables are not washed and the counter where we receive our orders is very dirty

Terrible service in the evening: they no longer make quick wraps, nor any chicken (apart from the croquettes), no mcfleury, etc very disappointing. They do everything by halves: no pickles or onions in the burgers, almost no ketchup/mustard, dry beef patties, fries and croquettes that are always soft... I even asked for an iced tea with my trio, I received a half iced tea half root beer! They mixed the two, it s so ordinary. Every time I go there after 10 p.m., there s always something wrong with my order. It seems like they dont want to work. It s all well and good that they don t want to be there at night, but let s see if they push themselves a little to make burgers and ice cream, it s not complicated! It doesnt take a diploma!

Courteous and fast. The meal was not very hot otherwise. Be advised when you arrive at the command station to make a big jump, when it announces itself. The volume is very high. Every time, even if I expect it, I take the leap and/or at the same time let out a cry. Lol Parking: All parking is close to the restaurant. Except for a few, who arent really worth talking about. My visit on June 2 at 11:30 p.m. to the McDonalds in Saint-Zotique was an extremely frustrating experience. After an exhausting day and a long drive, I stop to get an iced coffee, as usual. However, this time, the cashier seems to be having difficulty with the summer promotion for iced coffees at $1 plus tax (see photo), which I use regularly. Despite my repeated attempts to show her the promotion on my phone, the cashier continues to claim that the promotion does not apply to the iced coffee I want. After several frustrating exchanges, she finally gave me the coffee without applying the promotion. But instead of concluding the transaction in a professional manner, she throws a dismissive remark at me: Next time, learn to read sir. This behavior is unacceptable and represents a blatant lack of customer service. I fervently hope that this situation is resolved and that this lady receives proper training to avoid such incidents in the future.

Non-existent service. A queue of more than 10 people waiting for a cashier who just didnt come. All the trash cans always full to the brim! Yes, a fast food restaurant, but one that doesnt care about the experience of its customers.

I have been to this McDonalds a few times during my shopping trips in the area. Only one cash register and rather slow service unlike several restaurants of the same chain, decent atmosphere but nothing more.

Stopped in drive thru on Tuesday evening around 830-9:pm. and did the usual order of double hamburger and fries combo. The fries were ice cold. Not usual for this McDonalds location. Must be a process issue that can be fixed...

Really one of the worst McDonalds Ive visited. There are always errors in our orders, chessburger without cheese, doesnt give the right sauces, asks for no pickles or onions and its ready. Imagine if you give this to someone who is allergic the consequences could be very serious... the management is very deficient in this place. You still work well just at mc do, its not a very complicated job

We got there and ordered at the same time as my parents. (Same amount of food) They got theirs right away and after multiple minutes of waiting I go to the cash and ask where our food was. They had put it in a bag even tho we placed eating indoors and basically forgot to give it to us since it was cold.. I asked for a tray, they gave me a tray with the paper covered in sauce stains and the tray was covered in crumbs.. REALLY?! Gave that back and went to sit. All tables were dirty and the sauce station was covered in sauce and just completely disgusting. Horrible experience and before you say « try working in fast food » I have.. this was just horrible

Disappointing to pay for two luxury crispy bacon macs and arrive home with simple chicken macs. Missing things from the bag every other time. Are often wrong. Not reliable.

By far this is The cleanest, nicest McDonalds Ive seen! A nice gentlemen was constantly cleaning the tables, they were offering at-the-table service and the food was fresh. The bathroom was super clean and I have to admit that was the best experience Ive ever had with McDonalds. We took a picture of the entrance not to forget this branch and this experience.

Went through the drive-thru, was a young kid at the window, he was nice, we paid him then moved to the next window, the lady at the next window she wasnt rude, but she wasnt polite either, she told us to go wait and spot number one. We ordered two cheeseburger Happy Meals, and a Big Mac Trio. We waited 25 minutes. If this McDonalds had been more in the city, I would never go to it again.
