Now, I know this is a corporate chain, but the food was amazing and I have to say it's one of the best medium rare steaks I have had in a year. The waitress was very pleasant and the food was outstanding . They must have a wonderful manager because it's run beautifully and the food was outstanding

It took 20 minutes before receiving a glasse of water. The restaurant was super quiet, and it seemed like the waitress was rushing to serve five tables. Not only did it take super long to have our food, but we didn't receive what we ordered, and we got everything at the same time (coleslaw, apps&mains) the kid's drinks came when we were finished eating- the food was dry. Honestly very disappointed.
When it Quebec, you gotta have St Hubert! Soooooooo much better than Swiss Chalet and I wish we have St Hubert in Toronto! I love love love their Piri-piri Chicken! Their portions are sizable and the price is sensible. Service at the location was on point. The restaurant itself looks like it needs some updating, but we came here for the food, and it did not disappoint! Parking is convenient and was a great stop on the way back to downtown Montreal from Tremblant.
Went for takeout service was fine and courteous, but more and restaurants are doing the following practice, they advertise a price on the screens above and bill you more once you pay. The girl at the counter replied, "after I noticed the difference in price" "oh we haven't changed the screens yet!" fraud is fraud and being lazy is no excuse. A word to all who read this review, please check your bill before paying. Fraud is more prevalent than ever! Needless to say I will drive half an hour to Benny and co. Before I ever go St Hubert again.
Very good service with Julie at the bar section. She is a rare gem for its quite a scarce resource these days in hospitality. She welcomed us when we walked in. 😊Smiles, courteous, professional, efficient and patient. When we were there the bar section was 2/3 full and we were served in a timely manner 🫡 …she was the only staff in the bar.🤔 We had drinks, wings, hot chicken, chicken caesar salad. Everything was good.🫠 Major 😥🥵—AC was off. Apparently it had not been working since midday, and we walked in around 7pm. It was a sunny humid 35 degrees day of September. 🫠
We were staying in the area and noticed that this seemed to be a fairly popular chain. We decided to try it as we wanted come local faire. The rotisserie chicken was amazing as were the sweet potato fries. The creamy coleslaw was very good too. My husband had the piri piri brochette and said it was very good as well. Being American the BBQ sauce was very different for us. It was a new experience and different flavor. Service was good, just slow as they were obviously overwhelmed and understaffed for the holiday weekend. Something that we likely would have run into anywhere.

Well yes please and my husbands was also cold and didnt ask him to change... I told her it was definitely ready for a while and she told me oh well maintenance its my fault. .. Wow, what professionalism. She brought me my plate and fries for my husband... Oh yes, I asked for mayonnaise and Im still waiting. Very bad experience for us, its over. What can I say. So disappointing to have them deal with a waitress not happy to be there We were a family group of 13 people. We were coming for a farewell dinner for my sister who was terminally ill with cancer. Present she was. To begin this misadventure. We had a reservation, which wasnt there! Lost! No smiles when setting up the table. We were disturbing. It starts off badly. But hey, things happen. But phew. The staff did not represent welcome and respect. Looking stupid. My very polite parents, who are 82 and 84 years old, ask for a second plate to share the meal. Response from the waitress: sometimes, I only have 2 hands. The service took so long to receive our orders that. Everything was cold. The rice in the pokeboll was not cooked . No one came to the table to ask if everything was ok. I asked for water. Answer, there is ONE pitcher on the table (almost empty and without ice). And she leaves again. Left to our own devices, without wet towels. Finished plates that were cluttering. But in time to give the bill and collect the tips. We ask him, could you take a photo of our group please. Answer: Im working, I have tables waiting for 20 minutes, I dont have time to take photos. But with a stupid look. Oufff..... too late, the bill (tip was paid). Thank you for leaving us with an impression of nothing at all. We who came to share a last meal with my sister present who is in the terminal phase of cancer. Im not trying to play with feelings but, very disappointing. And what about the whole thing. Unclean toilet. The childrens play area is outdated, not tidy or cleaned. I will never again set foot in this establishment, which does not respect any rules of good reception for its customers. If I gave 1 star , it s because putting none is not in the options. *Catering is a place where we do everything possible to give our guests a good time. Ensure their well-being and comfort. I ordered 2 breast fillet meals at the counter to take away from St-Hubert in Ste-agathe-des-monts. Almost no fries in our boxes. St-Hubert is getting harder and harder. for $37 they could make an effort. Reducing the fries is miserable. St-Hubert is over for me. Theres always someone to laugh at me. Its funny, I pay the price they ask for. If its $37 I dont give them less....
Good morning, Wednesday May 22, We went to the restaurant at 8 p.m., 5 minutes of waiting before being seated, the waitress who does not apologize but justifies that she is alone this evening, we apologize for her. At first everything went well, she took our drink orders, we just told her water (we had to ask for water, there was never a refill or carafe in short). After that she comes back to us just 15 minutes later to take our order, even though there is only one other table occupied in the dining room and very few people at the bar who had all already eaten. So our dishes are ordered and arrive a few long minutes later, she herself realizes that there is a mistake on the order so she leaves us a plate and speaks again with the other without any comment or apology. At this point everything is fine, we share the first plate, understanding that she is alone and that the restaurant closes at 9 p.m., etc. We finished sharing the first plate, still not the 2nd and no longer the shadow of the waitress, but we heard her laughing and chatting with people at the bar. A young man passes by who cleans the room, we simply explain to him that we are waiting for our 2nd order, he apologizes and goes to get it from the kitchen. The plate arrives very cold (the burger dry, without sauce inside) we understand that it was ready a little while ago, the young Mr apologizes again and again (even if he has nothing with that). At the end of our meal, the waitress comes by and realizes that we have finally received our entire order and asks is everything okay here, I replied no, she went to the kitchen. Anyway we ask for the bill she comes and hands us her machine, I say no thank you we will pay in cash she says of course take the money, doesnt even check and says thank you turning on my heels to leave, I say please ms I want my change, she starts to give the change gives a $5 bill and starts looking for the small change I say its basically correct I leave her $1. I think it s a lot of praise for the service we received. And then she says: <THANKS FOR THE $, PLEASE DON T COME BACK AGAIN>. We felt attacked! This is the worst experience I have ever had.

Saturday, April 27. We arrive, it s 7:15 p.m. We sit on the bar side. The wait is long, but we are told that it wont be long before our waitress arrives. We are understanding. We order, and we receive the entry. We look around us, 2 tables leave and there are the two of us, then another customer alone at the bar. The bar side dining room was disgraceful. The whole time we were there (1h30): no tables were cleaned/cleared of their finished plates and dirty glasses multiplied in the service bar section. We quickly understand that: the customer alone at the bar > us, and everything else. Once again, the wait is long between the starter and our main course We receive the main course and our starter/plates of coleslaw/empty beer glass are not picked up. Ill let you imagine what our dining space looks like. No follow-up is done with our dishes. The waitress is nonchalant and unavailable. One of the worst customer experiences in restaurants for us.

Important notice! Yesterday me and my wife ordered at home, it usually goes well but last night I got food poisoning, I ordered rice and a quarter of chicken, both seemed a bit sticky to me so I finished my rice and abandoned my chicken. An hour after my meal I started to feel bloated followed by nausea a few minutes later I started vomiting and it lasted all night! In the evening I also had diarrhea and no it is not gastro because once I have emptied it all night it starts to get better. I spent a night throwing up, I cant tell you the hell, and ended up not being able to go to work the next day. I undertake to make a complaint.

We chose St-Hubert Ste-Agathe to celebrate our mothers 80th birthday. The service was excellent but the quality and quantity left something to be desired. Piece of plastic in the rice, hair in another dish, ribs and breast served in a baking tray, rice so dry so not edible etc... in addition, it was very cold in the room near the windows and the door. What can we also say about the exorbitant prices! Unfortunately, I will no longer eat in the dining room. Damage Parking: No problems with parking

We ordered steaks and asked for a blue cooking... arrived at the table they were medium well cooked, with the wrong accompaniments, we apologized to our waitress, the manager Christelle, grumbled saying that it was impossible overcooked steaks! We were speechless at such a lack of professionalism, we will never go to this restaurant again, plus most of the customers had their coats on at the table because it was very cold inside and the manager said she could not couldnt do anything.

I ordered 4 meals so I could eat with my family. The delivery arrives, we only have 2 meals out of 4 so the delivery man informs us that he will redo the 4 meals so that we can eat hot and all together. I call St-Hubert to advise and be sure that this time if will be the right one the person told me no problem, they redid your entire order. He leaves 30 minutes later, they come back with only 2 meals again? So he has to leave again and come back this time if finally with the 4 meals.... It was so simple and it ended up being so complicated with a really long delay.... Really disappointed with the service!

Totally disappointed with the take-out. We take the trouble to order online 30 - 40 minutes in advance so that we can pick it up in passing but we arrive and nothing is ready, nothing has even started. Whats the point of ordering in advance if the restaurant doesnt bother to order it? In the end, we have to wait. Sorry but a big 0 for the preparation of the take out.

Quite disappointed. We are welcomed, not even a hello; the service was quite poor, the waitress we had was nonchalant and did not seem to be in a good mood. We all have bad days, but for someone who works in customer service, directly with the public, the least you can do is have a little class with customers and be polite. I can understand that due to the lack of staff this creates a lot of pressure on the employees and that the service takes longer than usual. I have no doubt that the employees do their best regardless, but as I mentioned, the minimum is to be polite and pleasant to the customer; especially as we were with our waitress throughout the service despite her unpleasant attitude.

On delivery, deliveryman always perfect. Well yes it s $$$ and the quality isn t there! Fries still soft, undercooked. Ribs overcooked, dry and without sauce. When called, of course, there is always a rib sauce in the box! Ive seen this one time out of ten, I wish it was at least on the meat! St-Hubert parent company, not so much customer service.
You dont have to be in a hurry... 1 hour to receive the menu to order, 1 hour to wait to receive the food. $25 for a chicken breast, rice and some fries for me and it cost $92 for my sister and her 2 children. We ordered take out (kid meal, quarter chicken meal wirh salad and grilled chicken wrap). We waited 30 minutes for the order. When we got home, I opened the box and saw that they had given me fries with the chicken and also givene a salad. It turns out that they charged me extra for the salad and given me fries I didnt want. The salad was wilted and not very good. The chicken wrap was very disappointing. Small amd without much chicken, it was way overpriced for what it was. The chicken was okay. We would have gotten more for our money just getting a rotisserie chicken at Metro or IGA. Not going back anytime soon.
Poor service this evening Tuesday July 19, 2022 at the counter. One of the two rather friendly employees but her colleague had a remarkable stupid look with all the customers and didnt take care of them. Several exchanges of exasperated glances among the customers. I order a brisket and a salad, the brisket arrives after two minutes but I wait 20 minutes for the salad. When we got home, we didnt even have any dressing for the Caesar salad, which we had to eat dry as well. No utensils or salt or pepper. This is my second review of this restaurant, the first was bad and its not getting any better and Ill spare you all the other times where I refrained from writing a review. Youve lost a customer who has been disappointed and poorly served far too often. Besides, the suggestions of 15-18-20% tip for a take-out order are totally inappropriate. Especially with this service. It was my last visit to St-Hubert in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. And dont bother telling me to contact you to discuss customer service, I wasted enough time last time! And reading the other recent comments, Im not the only one!

I dont know if its this location, but the food was very disappointing. The quality is no way as good as before. Chicken was very dry (and it was even dark meat), grilled chicken was ho-hum, and the steak was OK but very small for the price.
Already it is not the best built St-Hubert and the service is limited.. no drive-thru service access and very average customer entrance.. I call to take a take-out order and the waitress tells me that they dont take orders over the phone but that in 10 minutes I will be there to place the same order.. I took 2 minutes to speak to the waitress like it doesnt matter to me... she told me that the management doesnt want them to take orders over the phone.. I asked to speak to the manager.. 2 minutes on the phone with the general manager to explain to me that I could order online and refuses to take my order... 4 minutes later he replies that I insult him by telling him that it wasnt a very business decision... and I hang up the line on your face.. the order would have been ready by now hehe but where is the world going! Terrible for a St-Hubert. My meals have already been delivered with no sauce, another time with no good salads, one meal with no bread, rarely there are mashed potatoes, cold chicken.... not worthy of the St-Hubert banner. We order again because not much choice in Ste-Agathe.

This restaurant (the restaurant chain) is rather expensive for what it offers (quantity/freshness/quality and price), but the service remains super good and the atmosphere is quite good too, but there are sometimes a bit of waiting.
