Legendary restaurant serving the famous gibelotte from the Sorel Islands since 1925. The two stars are because of the lousy service we experienced. We definitely felt like we were bothering the waitress. No kindness, only dry answers. My wife, who is hot-blooded, preferred not to wait for the dishes and to go wait for me in the car rather than explode and throw her four-eyed truths at the waitress. Frankly, I find it a shame for the people who built this institution.

December 23, 2022

Very ordinary meal a gibelotte without fish, I call it a vegetable soup $25 for a soup I find it exaggerated. I had taken gibelotte with perch, received gibelotte and 4 dry and cold perch fillets in a small bag aside.Im not ready to go back.

Really typical place with good local food. Gibelotte (a kind of soup with pieces of vegetables) can be eaten with or without bullhead (fish), and accompanied or not with roasted perch fillets. I recommend the total, even if its a little expensive, its really good and nourishing. Pay attention to the route given by Google Map, there was a geolocation error in July 2012, I corrected it but it sometimes takes time to be reflected in Google.
