The food at Burger King is perfect as usual. However, I don’t remember one time they got my order right. They always manage to forget a drink or give us another person’s order.
Took very long to order I ordered a number 6 and one purple sandwich I asked for a medium Fry and they gave me a small only realized until I got in the truck but had no need to go back in because of long line up.also the guy taking orders and handles money wasn't wearing gloves and hasn't washed his hands between cycles of customers very unprofessional and unsanitary that's how people get sick.they should acquire better training for there staff
Burger King has to reconfigure its work pace. They start to prepare the orders after the person show up or even 5 minutes later at the restaurant. Very slow for take-out
It takes a really long time to get served specially on drive through (over 15-20 minutes sometimes), also some orders came missing items. They have a hard working team but seems understaffed most times.
ATTENTION!!! Hamburger buns come with mold on them / de la moisissure sur le pain d’un hamburger. Edit: I contacted Burger King to inform them and customer service told me they’ll transfer the message to the management team. Never got back from their management.
Unfortunately bad experience with this branch! They give the order without napkins! juice straw! Ketchup! And the king burger sandwich was very small and everything inside was moulted!! There is a bad smell and bad environment! The bathroom without soap! And not clean!! They need to manage everything in this branch!! I only five two stars because the fries was hot and fresh!!
Very good service (sometimes), food gets cold fast :( Today, stars removed.. 14.35$ for a DOUBLE whopper with CHEESE with barely cheese in it. I was eating on the road, didn't go back, VERY disappointing... No salt on the fries, no sauce, no ketchup. A bit expensive deception......
Recently remodelled. Very sleek and modern looking now. They removed the PlaySpace but replaced it with a touchscreen game centre for kids. UPDATED: I changed my rating and lowered it by a star. The problem, as always, is with the workers. They do not all speak English. Some of them try to. Most in this place do not. Orders are always wrong and there is almost always an argument among staff members about it. Regardless of your political beliefs, when you are working in the public you should make an effort to serve everybody. NEW UPDATE: Today's workers were very efficient and friendly and there is somebody who speaks English now. Added that star back.
Speed is definitely not their best side, as well as their smile.

Drive-thru service so long that Im going to pay for my trio twice in gas just waiting... its been 15 minutes, still not ordered and I have 4 tanks in front of me....// update 2024, staff incompetent, I ask for a burger without pickles, its filled with pickles, Im going to ask them for a burger without pickles because I dont like the taste it gives even once I remove it... he gives me the same hamburger again, I say ok damn Im going to eat it anyway... well siboire there were still pickles in it... they dont give a damn about their customers.

Pleasant surprise with my Fish burger: perfect breaded fish, well cooked, good bread, excellent quality, cheaper than MC Do (more than $2) Better than Mc Do!!! Its really very good. Pleasant setting What a shame to have a room that is not clean, not really dirty and disgusting but really not clean. (disgusting childrens chairs + walls see photos) table not cleaned. Really a shame!!!! (impeccable toilets)
I would like to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction after my recent visit to one of your restaurants. I placed an order online at 4:27 p.m. and arrived at the drive-thru about 10 minutes later. Despite this, it took me over 28 minutes to finally receive my order, which is completely unacceptable for a service that is supposed to be fast. Never before have I had such an experience at any other restaurant chain. To top it all off, the dessert I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the promotional photo. It was barely edible and of poor quality. The difference between what was promised and what I was served is simply shocking. If I hadnt already paid, I would have left 100 times during this endless wait. I am outraged by this experience and expected much better from Burger King. I will not hesitate to share my experience with those around me.

I love when we pass by we stop, the restaurant always clean and the toilets too, the employees always smiling, especially the gentleman who is there, the weekend is really very nice and funny and whats more he recognizes the customers, We did it twice when we went there and he recognized us, he knew we werent going to take slippers, all that to say that hes really friendly. Bravo and Ill tell you if you go through this its worth stopping and eating a good burger

Sometimes you need a good whopper... drive thru is fast and works. The cost of everything is going up fast.... so if anything use the app to save some $$$ As much as I like McDs I like a good whopper with extra mayo. Vegetarian options: Impossible burger! I have tried it many times and to tell you the truth... the only reason I dont order it more. Because they never have any ready at lunch time and Im tight on time. But its great.

I went to Burger King in Saint-Hubert a few days ago and tried the peach and mango lemonade and I loved it! There, undrinkable, it tastes like water! The butter chicken poutine, the fries way too salty, the sauce smelled and tasted really weird A $20 that wasnt worth it
During my last visit, I was extremely well served by the young man at the drive-thru. As my order was not clear, the young employee did not understand an addition. When I mentioned it to him, he went out of his way to correct my order. He mentioned it to a man in a red sweater, who I suspect is in charge. He had a very unpleasant attitude towards the young employee and ordered him to make me pay the addition. Despite the verbal slap he had just received, the young employee was very polite and smiled with me. Well done young man for your customer service and gentleman in charge, you should change your attitude towards your employees.
Worth noting that the woman at the drive-thru that served me was very nice and chatty (bit not annoyingly so ). Service speed was average. The Bacon Whopper Melt I ordered was OK, but wasnt great. Food
I believe you gotta come at the right time or else is questionable if the food is fresh, another place that dislikes the coupons system, if you ain t making money, let head office know, don t serve people pre heated food

Ive never eaten so disgusting. The fries were poorly cooked, tasteless and soft. The burgers were stuffed with sauce, poorly assembled because all the ingredients were scattered as if they had stuffed everything in the paper and closed it, the meat was poorly cooked. They forgot to cook the chicken it was just thawed. They even managed to make the fountain drinks disgusting. You can see the grease on the walls of the restaurant and the trash on the floor, whether outside or inside. I confronted the employees afterwards with my bag still full of my half-eaten items and they offered me an ice cream as compensation, I have never refused so quickly in my life for fear of vomiting. I had a stomach ache the rest of the evening even though I only ate 2 fries and 3 bites from my whopper. I wonder how it can be legal to keep this restaurant open.

With todays fast food conditions, I recommend this Burger King because the food is always hot and fresh. The people who work there are good. The service is welcoming. I have nothing to say against the food or the staff in this restaurant. Of course its long during rush hours, but I choose this BK before thinking about McDonalds.

We took two burgers from the drive through. The wait time was a little bit long, but the burgers were fresh from the oven and delicious. It is a convenient spot for getting food. I didnt get a chance to go inside and check the atmosphere, but it seemed alright.
Every time we go there, all the tables are dirty, the high chairs are super scrubby and the worst part is a childrens restaurant but no changing table, the only reason we go there is to please the children. ..

I ordered at the curb, I paid. I was told to go behind the restaurant... and I waited. The seasons have passed, my bard has grown and it seems that a pandemic has passed in the meantime... When I got my order, I came home and my partner had remarried after having reported me missing . My daughter, for whom I bought a childrens meal at the time, had now graduated from college... No joke, its long. Always. The last time I went to the counter with my daughter and after 10 minutes, no one had taken my order and the people who had ordered before me had not even started to receive their orders. I turned on my heel.
