Very good fast food restaurants. The food was fresh and delicious. The drive-through clerk is also sociable and generous. I recommend of course. Parking: Very large parking for cars and large transport trucks for 45 and 53 feet available.

Lafleur is the best poutine in Quebec, period. At least in franchised or chain restaurants. Of course, there can always be a potato trailer somewhere that makes incredible poutine, but as I said, for flagship restaurants its Lafleur, the king of kings.

A classic! Better than LBP.

Drive-thru service was good, but the food received, especially the poutine; without love. The fries are brown like old oil and burnt. Almost no cheese. I wont come back, there are so many other places to eat.

Service médiocre lors de mes 2 dernieres visites... lemployé a des écouteurs et nous fait répété plusieurs fois ou encore, ils écoute du heavy métal a pleine tête dans le restaurant. Ils jasent plus quils travaillent donc, on mange froid. De plus, ils font des erreurs partout... de la moutarde dans des hot dog juste ketchup... faudrait recadrer le personnel.

I switched to drive-thru ordering. I am very understanding and patient by nature. But that evening was deserted. Only 1 person was waiting for their order, otherwise the place was empty, even inside. 2 employees on site. He asks me for the drink, finally brings my order. Forgot to give me the drink. I had to go back and get it. No forks, no napkins. Maybe new employees, maybe poorly trained. I dont really know. But unfortunately I was disappointed. Because cuddly there is nothing like a good burp from Lafleur ;)

I was there for the last time today; really dissatisfied! I waited at the drive-thru order for 20-25 min., never done that at any other drive-thru and I really felt like going back because there was no one behind. Me. The employee seemed completely nonchalant, offered no apology for the delay and no explanation. Thats only for my order, now for my last meal in these restaurants, Ive always had a poutine for a long time despite the fact that they are the most expensive of the places I go to, I really liked the taste but today Today and last time, they reduced their cheese portions a lot and the sauce is at the bottom of the container. I will definitely go somewhere else in the future.

I ordered and told the girl at the checkout that I wanted two poutine buns which is a hot dog bun with poutine inside, I repeated it and was clear! She charged me $21 and I asked to see the invoice, she told me I had to pay first! I left with my stuff without looking unfortunately and she gave me two poutines!!!? the worst part of all this is that I specified several times what I wanted vrm disappointed do not recommend!!

Cest cher en tabarnak surtout quand il te manque des articles. Ma conjointe na pas manger. Cétait supposé être un repas pour deux personnes. Checker dont vos affaires.

At Resto Lafleur, always the same good taste on all items. On the other hand, a surprise at our last visit. A fries with Italian sauce for $9.50 with a hint of sauce. Prices have increased significantly, while decreasing the quantity of sauce in Italian sauce fries. A Michigan hot dog at $4.25 compared to the regular steamer at $1.85, still a big difference in price for 2 teaspoons of Michigan sauce. As I say even good taste but prices too high. It was my last visit after 30 years of coming to you. Thank you anyway for the meals you served me. This is the reason for the 3 stars

I find it hard to understand why you close the hob at 8:15 p.m. on a Sunday evening when you close at 10 p.m. I can easily understand the labor shortage but when there are at least two employees and it is not busy I estimate that it could wait until at least 9:30 p.m. to close it.

We are 2 couples in their sixties who arrived yesterday (Saturday July 30, 2022) for dinner around 6:00 p.m., there was no one at the counter to take our order. We waited more than 5 minutes, called and banged on the counter for service, no response. If there hadnt been a couple in the restaurant eating, we would have thought the restaurant was closed. My brother-in-law went to look back and surprise, all 3 employees were on break. Only one of them really was (tall, strong, black-haired young man), the other 2 were not. We disturbed them. We finally placed our orders and my chicken burger was a pitiful sight, the rest was ok. We will never go to this Lafleur restaurant in Ste-Catherine again.

First time going there and I wont go back. Food not too good, the taste wasnt there...but everything was very hot. The poutine was generous but it fell on my heart. I threw everything away. The only thing that was drinkable was the hot dog. The interior of the restaurant was not clean at all. It ruined my appetite. 2* for hot food only.
