I went at 00:44. To my surprise the staff was very nice here. I’m used to people hating their jobs and doing less than what they are getting paid to do. Both of the employees seemed to be a little bit older, so maybe that’s why they seemed more mature and responsible than the average McDonald’s worker. I left very happy
very slow service when we arrived not that busy and they did not process our order in sequence, it was, it was missed.
I stopped here as u had to change my 9 month old daughter. The changing table was slanted that she literally slid down, it's a slide now.. the stall also didn't close or lock.
Ordered a coffee from the drive thru and I was alone, no one in front of me and I had to wait 15 minutes. The employee told me they’re short staffed. For a restaurant like McDonald, especially a fast food restaurant, it should be quicker.
Below par McDonald's.... Not sure if they were shortstaffed for a weekday afternoon but the service speed was quite slow (only using the pick up window for payment and food pick up, for example). The food quality was also not fresh: fries were dried out and buns were slightly stale. Not expecting gourmet but also below am average McDonald's performance. This is extremely conveniently located to get in and off the highway. The parking lot is also connected to the gas station next door which is pretty convenient.
We came on Christmas Day on our way to new Brunswick. Busy day due to most restaurants in the area closed. Service was fast and friendly. Easy ordering via touch screens that make us more comfortable due to English language choice. Ample parking, huge dining area (inside / seasonly outside) and washrooms available. Drive thru, delivery, take out and dining available. We ordered breakfast with hot chocolate. Everything was perfect as we ordered.
We were coming back of what we call here. A white noise street life at night in MTL. No sleep yet it's 10 am Sunday morning on the road no time to rest. This place make you feel like you're already doing your wellness routine so comfortable.
Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to receive a simple order. I use the application to make an order to be ready by the time I arrived and I waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes to receive my order and when it finally did get here the coffee and the breakfast sandwich where ice cold and I had to tell the young woman to go get me a fresh one. This is definitely not the place to come if you're in a hurry
Very fast service compared to other McDonalds
Lack of training in the fryer... The fries were way overcooked and the poutine cheese was still frozen. The inside of the bag was covered in sauce. Just go somewhere else.
Order a sausage bacon wrap receives a wrap not sausage or bacon but with a sauce so spicy that I couldnt eat it. In addition, uncooked potatoes... isnt there a predetermined cooking time at McDonalds???!!!

Great for the price! there is free food on the ground. Always nice to see 10 employees working for one, you can feel the team spirit. Too bad there was no hair in my dish, the employees liked to turn their duvets while waiting for the fries to be ready.
The two portions of fries were cold, as were the sandwiches, whose assembly seemed sloppy, which did not help either the presentation or the appetite. The fountain drink was lukewarm, a far cry from the expectation of a cold drink. As for cleanliness, the restaurant room was very dirty. Saturday November 8 around 1:00 p.m. I was waiting at the drive-thru and no one answered, so I went to the counter. I asked the clerk if I could order since no one was answering me, he told me no, I had to start the line again. Really bad service.
Interminable delays in receiving the order, more than 30 minutes...its supposed to be fast food anyway! Once received, everything is cold! Thats without mentioning the overflowing trash cans, waste all over the tables and on the floor... Above all, dont take the table service option, they will call your number instead of coming to bring it to you. ...so you never get served haha.
0/10 esti of shit service spoken all not French, 3 errors the same order waited 1 hour for 2 wraps, 6 siboire croquettes. Do not recommend McDonalds
A few times I stop and it s always a mess, dirty, trash cans full. Floor ready for the boboy beverage machines, unbelievable how dirty it is!
They defraud the ordering system and delete the orders after 2 minutes to make it appear that it goes quickly. In reality you wait 15-20 minutes for your order.

15 min drive-thru service for a coffee.....staff with attitude as well.... asks for a 2 creme coffee and fruit and fiber muffin, receives day coffee and chocolate muffin... very long delays and after complaint we looks at me and says nothing. Go to Tim Hortons Ste-Julie a lot better and better customer service!
What you would expect
I noticed that in many McDonalds no one is interested in serving the cash register. This one was the worst, I was completely ignored. That evening, there was a semblance of a manager. She is the one who should supervise young people. The order took a very long time!

This restaurant is unsanitary. The restaurant floor is dirty, the kitchen section floor is dirty and full of debris on the floor. Its service is a little chaotic. The section where the condiments are is also dirty. The trash cans are overflowing. I am also asked questions about the cleanliness of the childrens park. There is a smell that hits you when you open the door. I only go there for my grandchildren. I have to say how fast the drive-thru service is.

Kid-friendliness: Its one of the only ones where there is still a beautiful large room with climbing games and a well-windowed slide for children. My 5 year old grandson loved spending time!!!

Worst service experience I have had . 2 orders, 45 minutes apart between their receipt!!! Everything was cold, fried half full and the only thing the manager could say to me . We apologize, we are short of employees I counted more than 10 people behind the counter but half of them were chatting, laughing and having fun .. last time for me .. I will go elsewhere next time ..

Ive never seen such a dirty McDonalds. The floors are sticky, it really stinks, all the tables were dirty. The 2 liquor machines were hot. I didnt dare go to the toilet.
We arrived at 10:45 p.m.... no one ever answered us. We were waiting behind 2 young men. At 11 p.m. we were told to go to the drive-thru because it was closed inside. Wooww for the service to the customer who has been waiting for 15 minutes.

This is the worst McDonalds Ive seen! The trash cans were overflowing, the trash was on the floor, the tables were really messy, in the kitchen area, the floor was so dirty and there was a lot of trash on the floor!! I just cant believe it!! However, there were a lot of employees! I don t know if it s the new generation under 18 but one thing is certain it was disgusting!! My McFleury was excellent!!

Probably the worst McDonalds! An error every two orders, interminable waiting time at all hours... almost 25 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru stuck without being able to leave... AVOID
Lack of coordination. Staff walks in circles, starts the order, searches for each other, leaves the order not even on the stove. 20 minutes for 4 mc values menu. Result cold food. Never again.
It says that the restaurant is open day and night but thats not true... Its frustrating when you lose your break for nothing..

More than $32 for a Big Mac trio, a quarter pounder and 6 McCroquettes... And this is what my quarter pounder looked like (see photo)... Hey kid! You want to be paid $20/hour to make meatballs, but you cant even line up 2 slices of bread and a meatball together! And whats more, I didnt have any sauce for the croquettes, like almost every time I order some at this restaurant. Lets add a cherry on top of the sundae: the Big Mac was so cold that my wife had to reheat it in the microwave tab*****!!! #pu capab

It is exactly 11:43 p.m. on June 20 I went to order at McDonalds like last time they suggested I go outside to order since the inside was closed I went to order outside and I imagine your manager at the place of explain it to me she was really rude and I warned that I would make a complaint she told me make your complaint there wow customer service
Place not clean. The outdoor tables are all dirty and trays of waste are lying around on one of them. The ketchup dispensers are empty and the counters are dirty. I dont recommend.

Slow, slow, slow! Simple Happy meal + mcdouble - 25 minutes. Sometimes better, but always slower than in other McDonalds around.

Ultra slow service, forced to wait 20 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 McMuffins, the bags arrive torn and dirty, no one remembers the order, in short to avoid.
Qualities: opening hours and willingness to correct errors. The defaults: frequent errors in orders, ridiculous waiting time for simple orders (excluding peak hours), general disorganization. Some examples: -A 30 min to have two coffees and a muffin ordered by car. -A hot milk instead of hot chocolate, while the initial order was simply another drink. They didnt even ask if I wanted hot chocolate instead, they just gave it to me and even then, it was hot milk without chocolate. - Order ready in a bag with no one around to give it to me, if I didnt ask, the bag would never be returned to me. In general, a disorganized, inexperienced team, with a great lack of cohesion.

Our meal was really cold unlike usual... I didnt expect it to be warm since its drive-thru and its still winter. (although in my car it s hot ). But there... It seemed to have been done for some time... (stiffness of fries and others). Ugh! I keep in mind that it is probably exceptional!

Its been a long time since Ive been to a McDonalds where the service was fast, courteous and where there were no errors in my order. Im definitely going to go there from now on.
I was really disappointed with the service, we purchased online and never received our order. We went inside in person to ask where the order was. The fries were still cold some still frozen. The fries werent even refilled too, really disappointing.
