Very clean restaurant. Fast service. The only small problem, I ordered 2 roasted hot dogs and the sausages were undercooked. They were almost cold

At the price they sell their poutine, we have the right to expect that the cheese will at least be fresh. This happened the last 3 times I ordered takeout. Plus you get asked for a tip when you order at the drive-thru! I dont think Ill be going back there anytime soon.

I came to eat on a Monday evening. It was my first visit to a Lafleur restaurant and what convinced me were the video clips on social networks. The service was quick. Served in less than 5 minutes. On the other hand, Im really not a fan of poutine. The sauce reminds me of the gravy from PFK restaurants. Tastes like fatty poutine sauce powder and water. Very salty and little flavor. On the other hand, it is true that the fries are homemade and good. Steamed hot dogs are different from classic Quebec fast food. The rest of the menu will remain to be discovered, but I dont think its aimed at big poutine fans.

La machine de boisson était brisée et la seule chose quelle pouvait faire pour nos trios cest de remplacer la boisson pour une bouteille deau à un frais supplémentaire. Cest évident que dans ce cas, tu donne la bouteille avec le trios à la place car la machine est brisée. Cest pas une manière de traiter vos clients, on est parti et allez ailleurs.

They really hire classless idiots

Le caissier qui prends l argent des clients avec ses gants et qui va ensuite couper des patates avec les mêmes gants, plancher de la salle à manger et de la cuisine sale, comptoir sale, tables pas nettoyées entre les clients, service lent, employés blazés avec allure négligée. Première et dernière visite, vraiment pas à la hauteur des pubs sur les réseaux sociaux.

J ai commander (commande à l auto) un cheeseburger, salade, tomate, oignons, Mayo, ketchup. J ai reçu: un cheese ketchup Mayo, j ai dut y retourner et demander la laitue, la tomate et les oignons, j veux dire, ma commande n était pas compliqué, j avais même laisser 1$ de pourboire et la boulette était vraiment sec.. à 9$ le « burger » ça vaut la peine d aller le chercher ailleurs.

Just stopped by to buy a smoke meat trio, its serious, the smoke meat in a hamburger bun remove it from your menu, I want hamburger bun, Im going to get a hamburger...but the service was good

Their big gigantic poutine for the price

Welcome, ok! A smile would have been appropriate. The kitchen was really poorly clean (very disappointed for a La Fleur restaurant). The womens toilet was clean and smelled good, the mens toilet was really dirty and not clean. It smelled bad. The windows of the entrance doors were very dirty as well as the door handles. The food was good, but with a kitchen as I saw, I dont even dare imagine the rest.

Poutine and steamed roteux excellent. As always, I find it hard to resist: I had a smoked meat poutine. They suggested I put pickles and mustard on top, to make it more classic. I accepted, and I loved being offered it! Besides the sausage in the hot dogs which seemed to have spent the day in the steam, I have nothing negative to report. Ah yes, rather steep prices for this kind of food... but generous portions!

The quality of the food at Lafleur is excellent. But it should be FAST food. But on Sunday, between noon and 1:00 p.m., Sunday, you had to wait 10 minutes to place your order and 35 minutes to receive it. The drive-thru ordering is just as slow. Many customers simply decided to go elsewhere. The staff seem well-meaning but completely clueless.

Worst service of all fast food Permanently understaffed and the staff on site are slow and disengaged. No manager on site to dictate the pace.

Undercooked bread and sausage

The lady before me ordered a supreme trio, i.e. 1 hotdog with liqueur and a fries transformed into poutine, the total bill was over $17???. For my part, I asked for a cup of poutine sauce...We dont have a small size so I had to pay $4.10 to dip my fries in sauce!!!!!! Mr. Owner, would you like to send me some of your Hydro accounts so that I can pay them for you?!!

Extremely slow service, employees not at all welcoming, the kitchen is more than UNSALUTE, full of food lying on the floor, brown bags lying around, a customer spilled his drink on the floor, no employees took the initiative to clean it up (risk of falling for customers), employees instead of cleaning during their down time, prefer to talk among themselves, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! The food is not good. The fries are undercooked in the center, the poutine is extremely expensive for a few grains of cheese, light on sauce on top (the middle and bottom fries remain dry) and a lot of fries. The popcorn chicken trio is $15 for 10 mini chicken bites (think happy feast size, and Im being generous). Anyway, if you want to eat $50 worth of unevenly cooked fries as a gang, thats great. (But the employees were great)

If I could put -5000 I would, at first glance everything looked good, me and my partner had a veggie hot dog each and a veggie burger with fries. It tasted good. I just want to mention the price: $4 THE hot dog. Then a few hours later, during the night, bad cramps. The next day the fever starts my partner and I had huge food poisoning, I vomited for hours, we felt extremely weak for 2 days, maybe its unsanitary or something but I will NEVER go back there, I just spent one of the worst weekends of my life because of this restaurant, I do not recommend it to anyone. Vegetarian options: $4 for a veggie hot dog is a steal. And food poisoning from those hot dogs. Worst restaurant.

Customer service is impeccable on every visit. Im always happy to tip them well whether Im at the drive-thru or not, because they deserve it x1000. You have a great gang at the moment, take good care of them.

We ordered poutines. The portions were ridiculously small for the price. The cleanliness of the dining room as well as the kitchen left much to be desired. We felt like we were disturbing the staff. There was even an employee who was listening to music in her headphones and who obviously did not hear the information I was asking her. And they only have wooden utensils to offer us. Will we soon have to take our utensils to eat at a restaurant??! For all these reasons I will NEVER return to this restaurant. And I will never again give the privilege to any restaurant that only offers wooden utensils to receive my money.

We went to pick up our order at the restaurant. In the meantime, we watch the clerk pass the potatoes to the mandolin. Well... Its not fantastic and the service is long... Too long! Especially at the drive-thru. But it appears to be understaffed. The food is as good as you could want in a fast food restaurant. The fries are freshly cut and cooked... Sanitary rules are respected. In the kitchen I saw a guy who was over his head but who was holding on and a little young man who was hanging around in the service.... That there is a lack of staff is one thing but a little kick in the *** might help!

We go to Lafleur Sainte Julie and get in line at the drive-thru, its 8:51 p.m. Arriving at the intercom, the employee (who did not want to give his name) told me that it was 9:00 p.m. and that he could no longer serve me. But its 8:59 p.m. and Ive already been online for 8 minutes. I am the last vehicle in the line, but Monsieur has decided that his evening of work ends there. i.e. one minute before the end of closing, and before having served the last customer who has been waiting in line for 8 minutes. Unacceptable!
