Gang of no pace. Not able to eat because they dont take cash bigger than $20. Its really pathetic. Me who was an A&W seller. Not strong.

Vegetarian options: They offer non-meat patty.. Good for vegetarians.. Food

If you want to eat a good, tasteful meal this is the place and the people are friendly and helpful as I often tell you, exceptional quality and price

The waitress was very nice and the food was as usual but...THE TOILETS ARE VERY DIRTY!! It smells like urine before it even goes in and its sticky everywhere. Also, the fruit flies have a field day in the condiment and dish storage area... Damage....

Jai été cherchée ma commande un vendredi soir à lheure de pointe. Ils y avaient plusieurs clients. Ce fut un jeune homme qui a pris ma commande. Il a été souriant et poli. Ensuite, le superviseur qui ma remis la commande très sympathique aussi. Il y a eu aucune erreur dans ma commande. Le service a été extrêmement rapide! Service impeccable.

Wow, super unpleasant and rude welcome, the short haired redhead cashier with glasses..... no more apple juice and I ask for a refund, she makes 3 mistakes and gives me back my money without taxes. I ask her why and she reacts stupidly telling me that she reimbursed me even though I explain to her that we always reimburse with taxes. No manager to discuss it I have the impression... I didnt go back to see her because knowing me, I would open my big mouth and hurt her verbally because she was really incompetent. Given the old communications, I understand better....no problem for the 35 cts, you will lose more credibility and bravo for the bad publicity

No class, we move the customer forward without there being anyone at the back to end up taking 5 more minutes on foot. If you are not able to serve customers quickly enough, you should do something about putting a plaster on it.

Dimanche matin le 24 septembre, super expérience au service au volant de ce A&W. La jeune fille (je crois Maella) qui a pris notre commande a été tellement professionnelle et sympathique. Dans un contexte où bien souvent le service client dans la restauration laisse à désirer, notre expérience fut des plus agréables et donne le goût de retourner à cette succursale A&W.

This A&W franchise charges 58 cents per cup of honey for onion rings. Ive never seen that, its nonsense.

Disappointed to have paid for extra bacon never received. I tried to contact the restaurant to explain the situation, they wrote me an email to ask for more information on the transaction, I gave the information they requested and no response. I rarely criticize but I like to receive the product I paid for.

Messy tables and when asked to clean the girl was shocked and left a large amount of liquid on the tables. Left the benches dirty.

Poor service. Staff on edge, Dont ask for mayo on the side, they will charge you for it. Half of the beverage stations are empty (youd think they were going to close or that the manager ran out of cash to charge everything extra). I dont dare ask for napkins for fear of having them charged to me.

Personally very cold, we bought for $43, he refuses to take the $50 bills. According to the employee on site, it is the owner who refuses.

A&W of Ste-Julie. I do not recommend. We ordered our two meals, one of the sides of which was an onion ring, and asked for 2 honeys which we did not get. When I returned to the counter to ask for my honey, I was asked $1.15 for 2 cups. The gentleman who seems to be the owner told me that in Montreal people pay for their condiments. Having known when ordering my meal, just on principle, I would have left. In no restaurant whatsoever have I been charged for the condiments that normally accompany my meal. In addition, the dining room is dirty, I cant imagine the kitchen.

Dont respect the posted opening hours, they tell you that there are 3 minutes left to order but when they come to take your order they tell you that they can no longer serve you.

I arrive at 9:05 p.m., big open neon light on, beautiful 24-hour drive-thru sign, and when I get to the microphone Im told hello, were closed. Have a good evening they should close the signs first. Very disappointing

The food is often garoche in the bags so the hamburgers are all broken up. Also rude cashier. I went to the drive-thru around 11am and there was no one else in line behind me. I ask the cashier to exchange my meal for a trio and she clearly lets me know that its not her business (surely it makes her work). In short, the service was VERY ordinary and I calm my words.

Koodos at A&W Canada for their wonderful effort to reduce waste. We were served with real dishes and utensils, they have hired people to wash it, no plastic to be seen when you dine in. They even changed their wax paper wrapping for compostable ones. When we asked paper cups to go out with the rest of our drinks, we had paper strays and compostable cups. Its so encouraging and motivating to see that those big corporations can sometime take the right decision. I dont like fast-food in general, but when I will have to go to one, I will encourage them! Congratulations!

Good taste, served well, but disappointed with the quantity. I havent been to the A&W for a while but at one time I ate there 2-3 times a week and I must say that I am very disappointed with my chubby burger. My chubby burger is as thick as fries... In fact, my burger is not very chubby anymore!

Everytime i go there through the drivethrough i get really good customer service, fresh food with a short wait time, i mean i cant ask anything more from a fast food restaurant, really glad this opened here because the big yellow M on the other side of the highway is not consistent when it came to customer service and freshness. Keep up the great job to all the A&W employees!!

Cold place, we ate with our coats on. The papa royal burger disappointed a burger of this price with almost non-existent sauce and a mini slice of tomato tip. Its pretty ordinary. Ive never been disappointed with the channel but here...

I had to wait 20 minutes to wait for my meal, which was no different from the customers who passed before and after me. All the customers were served and I had to wait and eat my meal alone.

Poor service from teenagers left without supervision who openly demonstrate their nonchalance and their total lack of work ethics.
