The service, the place, the atmosphere are perfect but the food was served semi-cold, the dough was not ready, overcooked and dry. I asked the nice waitress to reheat it and add more sauce. We understand that the reheating meal is not pleasant and so hot. I have trouble digesting my seafood linguini. and by the way the ravioli were also cold. Its frustrating to pay a lot for cold meals. I will prefer to go to the Pacini in St Jean sur Richelieu. They are served so hot that you have to blow

Ordered to bring pasta carbonara......firstly it was not fettucini but a kind of wavy pasta secondly warm dry no sauce no taste!! When I called, a little arrogant, telling me that it was pasta carbonara that I ordered and that I just had to read the menu carefully...and that there was nothing he could do for me! Never again....and strangely all the reviews are positive....but there is never anyone in your restaurant who is very very very disappointed!!

Birthday meal for my partners 60th birthday....Decent meal but still expensive...Fairly average value for money....The discount promised to the birthday girl was not given either even if it was is just $18, its more like false advertising.... Do I recommend against it? NO but I dont recommend it either....I think there is a way to eat better for the same price... M.A.J: The birthday was on Friday....The reservation on Saturday....I think its not bad the next day!!!

Very nice, clean places with a nice atmosphere but very long service... the prices are correct but the portions are ridiculous, we are made to laugh at Michelinas meal-size dishes at $30, very disappointing!!!! You will definitely find better elsewhere!

Always well served

Wow the pesto and goat cheese pizza was excellent as was the kale salad. There was a couple who shared a plate of pasta and they didnt charge extra like other restaurants do. It was a birthday and we were able to bring the birthday cake which they served. And finally, our server Antoine was very courteous and his service was impeccable.

The veal with its tasty sauce and the creamy Alfredo pasta were simply perfect, and the wine accompanied the meal wonderfully. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend Pacini to anyone looking for a great meal and quality service. We will definitely come back!

Hello/Good evening, Overall, it is a good restaurant that we recommend especially for the service. We had a hockey team Christmas dinner 8-9 years old. Around twenty guests. Small downsides: A little noisy and if you take something it would be good to validate the price before taking the plunge and receiving the bill. Group brunch/dinner. Truffle pizza ok but nothing more, duck confit pasta that looked like it came out of a cane, tiny portions and cane fruit for those who had brunch. Luckily there is the bread bar, it s the one that saves the day. Friendly service, but well take you bottles of water and carafes of coffee when you ask for them, and deal with it, no service, not even the first one. And they should write down who takes what on a piece of paper, right from the start for drinks. Beautiful closed/windowed room for groups.

I ordered a pizza but, not being able to consume any dairy products, I asked for the vegan option (fauxmage). The waitress understood me well. I was still served a pizza with cheese... without warning me of the change. There was no more falsemage left, I was told. Maybe, but I would have liked to know that before. I wouldnt have wasted 30 minutes waiting for the only dish I was interested in on the menu. And I wouldnt have been left with the impression that the employees dont care about their customers allergies/preferences.

We must highlight the service during our visit to the Pacini in St-Julie. Lots of little attention to us during the meal. Thanks to Kelly.

I would like to inform you, dear public, that if you share a meal with someone they will charge you for an extra plate for $3.50 + tax. For me this is unacceptable behavior over for me Pacini Ste Julie. No matter how hard they defend themselves, it wont work.

We went on a Tuesday evening. It cost $90 (+tip) for 2 adults and 1 child. Ok, we had a beer each. We all had pasta meals, without starters or table d hôte. I had good memories of the Penne Arabiatta Piquante, but it was terribly disappointing. A very small portion that had VERY little sausage in it. If there was half a sausage cut into pieces, that s beautiful. It wasnt worth $25...not even close. I understand that inflation has done its work, but here we are laughing at people. If restaurants experience a drop in traffic, dont ask yourself any questions, its become a scam. Many restaurants exaggerate, but Pacini Ste-Julie, you have the prize. I wont go there again, and I suggest you avoid it.

Worst restaurant EVER!!!!!! 2h15 wait from our order to our plate. The waitress offered to take my boyfriends plate that he had started to eat because she was mistaken and it was mine. Pu NEVER I go back NEVER

All our pasta was sticky and poorly cooked. They forgot the vinaigrette in our salad. Finally, one of the people in our group (4 adults, 3 children) received this pizza 10 minutes after the others. Very disappointing for a bill of over $400. Pacini finished for us!

Bland linguine alfredo pasta, tastes more like buttery pasta than other things. I had to add salt to make it taste anything unfortunately and it wasnt very hot. I didnt finish my plate, it just wasnt good. The atmosphere is good and the employees are courteous. Despite everything, I wont go back there again.

Constructive criticism Left Montreal to go to lunch/dinner on Sunday November 26, 2023 with 2 people around 1:15 p.m. in your restaurant. We were placed on a red bench near the entrance to the kitchen. On arrival, courteous service. But it stops there. The traffic was not high considering the time. So I received my coffee cold, I ordered 2 scrambled eggs with baked beans, which took 25 minutes and received very cold. The only thing that was hot were the roasts. We had to wait more than 20 minutes before the waitress came back so that I could ask her for another coffee and that of my companion who had asked for a latte that she had ordered from the start. When paying the bill in cash, I gave $40.00 for a bill of $23.00. She asks me how much she has to give me in change, which is a blatant lack of etiquette To top it off, she puts the terminal in front of me with the percentage of tips Frankly unacceptable.
