Very disappointing as Restaurant Scores. 2 plates of half ribs (one with chicken fillets) so the 2 halves were not the same size. Extra garnished baked potato was super dry and seemed old. The ribs were dry, and were not as good as the ribs purchased at the grocery store. The plate of half ribs with fillets and extra for the potato was really not worth $36. The owner speaks with some employees in a foreign language in front of customers, which is very disrespectful (and it wasnt in English, at least.) Several customers around us complained about the quality of the food served on plates, served in the salad bar, and for cocktails made at the bar. The waitress did her job well and we did not penalize her on her tip because clearly she is not the problem of this branch. $140 disappointment on a Friday evening, not for nothing that the restaurant was empty at 6:30 p.m.

We went to the Scores restaurant in St-Julie, terrible service from the waitress. In a hurry, don t ask us if we want dessert. She made a stupid comment to the children because he had put salt and sugar in a small bowl. Stupid air throughout the service, putting down the plates abruptly. I tipped 15%, out of respect. But when leaving when she spoke in an unacceptable way to our children I regretted this woman should be fired, she clearly does not like her job.

Terrible salad bar compared to Brossard, no guacamole, soup with hard pieces in it, rusty salad, no real bacon. Disgusting chicken, no grass crust for the jerk chicken, overcooked rice, potato made with water and boiled too much. Really disappointed we will go to Brossard next time

The salad bar was good but no real bacon we would say it depends on the 1 star banner. My second star is for the service. My awful wraps included the salad apple and large pieces that couldnt be cut. with just saying chicken. Even a child would have done better at 12:15 p.m. with his strong steps.

I really like the Scores restaurant chain but I find that the plates have reduced in portion size a lot. I ordered a half rib with fries, I could count the fries and the rib was pretty ordinary. Kid-friendliness: Very nice place to bring children, they have a nice and varied childrens menu.

We were served by Viji and had excellent service. The salads from the salad bar are delicious. Classic chicken and ribs are very well seasoned and juicy. The restaurant is very clean. The table service was quick and impeccable, thanks again to Viji.

Nice place for dinner

We went on a Friday evening. During the hour we ate, we had 2 different waitresses, both of whom gave us a hard time. We had been on the road all day, tired, frankly disappointing. Expensive and not so good the skewer with rib sauce, very salty. At the end of the meal, the 2nd waitress came to ask us if we wanted coffee and dessert and as soon as we said no, she told us that she would bring us our bill straight away because she could then do something else . I couldnt believe it. It was around 8:40 p.m., it closed at 9 p.m., which seems pretty early for a Friday evening. Not a place Im going to return to.

Good morning, I dont know if the service and food is usually like today?, (disgusting) But to be very honest unfortunately very disappointing, Firstly the atmosphere resembles a restaurant which will close soon the waitress is not strong! You only take two liqueurs and there are six of you????, But yes we dont all drink liqueur! And we are all entitled to the salad bar which is included in the meal, But not even returning with our soup as the main meal has already arrived and whats more its cold and their supposed soup, Two choices of soup the supreme at chicken (without overly salty chicken) and chicken and noodles (water and some flavorless noodles) and for a $30 meal which is supposed to be half a rib and chicken I was looking for my ribs and the chicken from the day before to reheat I imagine microwave lets say very disappointed I know its not easy in catering but lets say they should make more effort to keep a good clientele personally they will no longer return to this restaurant which in the past was very pleasant. 1/2 spare ribs, not very large. But a friend who accompanied me took mashed potatoes for 1.75 extra. They were not cooked, full of uncooked pieces, why charge $1.75 when you dont get ftites. Its theft. Its already expensive enough as it is. The bar was quite good except for the uncooked pea soup, hard peas... impossible to have wine or beer without alcohol. Bak order we are told!!!! And the service is rotten. St-Hubert is much superior in everything and a little cheaper. No more Scores, I was a very good customer before. Damage!

Finally a patty in my BLT burger, thick, full size, tasty... The salad bar is stocked with fresh produce. A modern and very clean bathroom. All at an excellent price for a good quality product. My fast food favorite of the month! A 100% Quebec company to encourage and support against the indecent domination of American franchises!

We were a group of 65 people, I dont know if the staff knew about our reservation. But we had a very long service for a dinner on a Saturday, only to leave the restaurant at 4:20 p.m. We had 2 waitresses. One of them was well organized and was quick. But the second seemed too overwhelmed with us and other people at the end of the restaurant.. anyway A lack of organization here. I will go back to get a better idea of the general service

Poorly managed restaurant. Im a doordash delivery person, so I went to order takeout, no employee present to answer me. So I go through the door that leads to the bar, the only employee who passes me doesnt even say hello, he just says sfor who with a stupid look then he leaves and comes back a good 5 minutes later with the order all wrapped up. Meanwhile another lady had been waiting for a while to order take out. I understand the lack of staff, I work in a restaurant too, but waiting a total of 10 minutes to make my delivery can affect my salary.. I give 2 stars because I still had good experiences as a customer in the dining room to eat a few times.

UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND FRENCH. TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very good service which is fast and courteous. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is accessible, but the parking lot and the only access ramp to the sidewalk are covered in snow. For a person with reduced mobility who is alone, it is not easy.

The level of Scores has dropped significantly compared to the price and what they offer. Before the pandemic, you could order a chicken breast for around $14 and that included unlimited salads. Today the brisket costs almost 18 dollars and apart from that you have to pay 6 dollars for the unlimited salads, that is to say that the same dish today costs 10 dollars more (70% more, much more than the level of inflation)

I love Triyola s smile!! She makes us feel welcome as soon as we enter. We tried the dessert of the moment: hot donut holes, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, all covered in maple syrup. OMG!!! Parking: Fairly large parking lot, like the majority of restaurants in this corner of Sainte Julie. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access because no steps.

It was a first for us. The teenagers really liked it. It was for dinner on the road on a Saturday. The service was super fast. We had our plates in less than 10 minutes, despite choices like ribs and fajitas. The portions are generous, and it comes to around $25/person. The menu is primarily chicken dishes, but there are a few other choices, and a salad bar. We didnt have dessert, but there seemed to be a nice dessert menu too. I found it to be a good convenience store that provides a change from McDonalds and Subway without taking too long to have a meal on the road. Vegetarian options: Salad bar with lots of choice. Some menus based on Beyond Meat. Parking: Large parking lot next door. Kid-friendliness: Childrens menu, family restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the same level as the parking lot.

We used to go to this restaurant occasionally for its salad bar and pea soup. Since the return of the pandemic it is no longer the same thing. The service is too slow and the prices have increased a bit too much. Also the atmosphere is depressing. My last dish was served with overcooked frozen vegetables. It was our last time at this restaurant!

I called for an order to be delivered. After 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting, I called to follow up on my order and the girl told me that she didnt make my order and that she no longer had a delivery person at 6:40 p.m. to come and bring it to me. Very disappointed, never again.

The waitress Michelle was terrible, note to the owners, we stopped by around 7:30 p.m. We ordered two identical dishes, chicken fillet. I dont think Ill be going back there any time soon. The only positive point was the young lady who welcomed us was perfect, too bad for what happened next which turned out to be unpleasant.

Good value for money

Extremely disappointed with my delivery experience, I am not giving any stars!!!! The Scores website authorizes delivery to St-Bruno but does not mention that it is an external delivery service. After 1 hour of waiting, I call and I am told that there is no delivery person and that if I want a refund I must call in the coming days which totally lacks consistency and professionalism in 2023... . The lady on the phone is in a hurry and that s without counting those who answer the phone in the meantime . in short, never could and I will advise against it to everyone.

No freshness of food. Water on the plate, chicken completely dry. Big disappointment this evening for us. Certainly I wont go back there. First and last experience. The waitress was nice and lucky. No Vegetarian option and the salad bar costs $20 with very little choice. Brown corn, brown beets, water on the plate, super salty, no taste, the Chips and nachos taste like cardboard. The croutons and chips became damp and unedible.

First time at Scores in a long time and certainly the last. The food is terrible. A dry chicken parmigiana, too salty, and pasta soaked in water. All this for $19.50, awesome. Im going to go with a prediction: in 5 years, Scores will be a relic of the past, but not the kind of relic that we remember with nostalgia. Thanks anyway for the laugh!

Very good choice from the chef for take-out. The coleslaw is excellent and the side of the large baked potato comes with sour cream and butter on the side.

I ate a chicken leg with cat ribs, overheated and lukewarm. With a beer and a glass of wine, for $92. I wont be caught again.

Ive been ordering Scores at Ste Julie for years with the poutine option... just halved the portion for exactly the same price. Sad but it was the last time.

Nice clean restaurant, not many customers and the service was a little long. Average food and menu with little choice. All the same, accept it as an experience.

It s been several years since I was at Scores. We decided to go there on a weekday evening. We know that we must be patient given the shortage of employees. It was very long, but in 2022 we shouldnt judge a restaurant by slowness. Big surprise: an undressed salad bar, coleslaw that was too cold and crispy chicken that was not edible. quality 0/5 In my memory, the quality of Scores could be compared to other major rotisserie chains. I really didnt expect it. At the entrance to the restaurant, there was a smell of disinfectant and the room smelled musty, like a room in an old, poorly ventilated house. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not return there again.

Quite quiet restaurant, very clean (like new) and the food was obviously good in my case, I mainly take the salad bar!

We had a little evening with friends in this restaurant and we all loved it! The atmosphere was very family-friendly and the staff extremely welcoming. We took the package with the salad bar and it is definitely worth it. There is something for everyone and the pea soup was excellent, it seems to be the chefs specialty. Since there were several of us, we took the opportunity to taste several plants and everything was very good. I particularly recommend trying the cheese sticks as well as the hunter chicken breast, it is very tasty and perfectly seasoned. If I pass by the Sté Julie area again, I ll definitely go back there

In the middle of spring break, the restaurant accepted our hockey team, a group of 20 (including around 10 children) at the last minute. Once there, the server offered us absolutely impeccable service (patient, courteous and efficient).
