I usually don’t like sushi, my wife ordered and I went to pick it up. I saw three girls making it, they look like they were enjoying their jobs. That’s always nice to see on any job. I got home thinking of making myself a sandwich, but I try one piece and I was impressed. I ended up eating a lot !!!
Super nice girl that served me. Quick service, she made the poke bowls super fast and they were amazing. Only down thing is it looks rlly old and not maintained as much… otherwise everything else was A1!
Best quality/value sushi place in Sainte-Julie, prefered place for sushi for my wife and daughter. Always fresh and not too expensive. They are sometime very busy, even sometime they dont accept new commands way before their closing time. You can eat there but the place is very small, like 4 tables, no ambiance, almost like a cafeteria. We always command for take out.

Sushis and poke are great, but the service! Lots of takeout but I pre-order at 3pm so I expect it to be ready at the time I requested which was 6pm. No 20 min late for pickup. This happened more than once.

J ai acheté 2 poke bol saumon épicés vendredi 13 décembre pour 16:30. Tellement salé le riz que c était immangeable. On a jeté le tout. La salière est tombée dans le poke bol. Je ne comprends pas parce que cela fait des années que j achète des sushis ou des poke bol à cet endroit au moins une fois par 2 semaines et cela a toujours été sur la coche.

I ordered online on a Sunday at 4:30 p.m. for 1 pokebowl. the website tells me the order will be ready at 5:30 p.m. since its dinner time on a summer weekend, I give them time and go to the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. (2 hours after ordering). another customer is at the checkout in front of me. the employees realize that they forgot to prepare their order which had been taken on site.. then its my turn: the order is not ready. I see that there are a lot of people there, so no worries, I sit down. I ask if I can add a bubble tea, I am told that it will be an additional hour of waiting.... okay... at least the pokebowl was good recommendations for customers - order really in advance - make sure your order is complete and accurate (no additions allowed!) recommendations for employees - you are understaff, I understand. but I dont think it was necessary to punish myself for a bubble tea.... pretty mediocre in my opinion.

The order was ready on time... but I arrived home before realizing that I hadnt been given any ginger or wasabi... such a shame.

Sushi always excellent: spicy shrimp burritos, cherry blossom, spicy tuna poke YUM! Tip: order in advance and as much as possible outside of rush hours, they are really popular and do the best they can but being popular + lacks of staff, that inevitably causes delays. Dont give up girls!

I have often seen and heard things about this place, but here I am stunned. Its been over an hour since I placed my order online and the time was available! I PAID $90 and as I leave to pick it up they call me to tell me that they cant do my order because they supposedly dont have enough fish (at 4:30 p.m.) Plus , I will only be reimbursed in a few DAYS!!! In any case, thank you Yuzu for taking care of yourself! Sushi Shop is over!!

Honestly, worst service. Its been 2 hours since we ordered our sushi online, they tell us it will be ready at 6 p.m., my friend gets there at the scheduled time, they tell him its not ready to come back in 30 minutes . 45 minutes later they tell him that they are starting the order at this time and that it will take 30 minutes more. One Friday evening we canceled our beautiful dinner because its not true that were going to wait any longer. And whats more, it will be refunded in just a few days.. Incredible...

Im very happy to be back ;-) Previous :-p The service is slow due to a lack of staff according to the poster. The food is quality, the service excellent and with a smile. I recommend to everyone BUT plan ahead! Personal notes: - to the guy who complained that 7 minutes ago you told me it would be ready in 5 minutes: seriously, youre a little too perfectionist when it comes to details! - to the girls who work there: We understand you when you talk about your boyfriends in English :-p
The sushi is always fresh, super good, I tried the teriyaki bomb and its really a hit!! There are so many choices its hard to decide! Good service.

Worst customer service ever received from a restaurant we order twice a week, we place an order online 1 hour in advance the delivery person rushes to deliver it they mention that they are canceling and that they never have it accepted. An assistant manager who yells at customers and says we no longer order from them if it doesn t suit us Unacceptable customer service we forget that restaurants had a difficult time not so long ago if they treat customers like this I recommend that no one order from them and that we let the restaurant close on its own. even

I placed and paid for my order online to make things easier due to covid. The order was supposed to be ready by 6:36 p.m. and thats the time I arrived. However, once there, I couldnt go inside since a sign indicates that the place is limited to 5 customers and there were already at least 8 people waiting inside. 10 minutes later I finally got in... it shouldnt be too complicated, normally I would just grab the bag with my name on it and leave but Im waiting in line. My partner called in the meantime to find out if the order was ready and luckily because apparently it had been left on the computer and no one had yet started to prepare it. A rush was put on the order and ultimately I was able to pick it up 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. The girls behind the counter seemed really overwhelmed but were still friendly and in a good mood. We apologized for the delay in the order but no discounts or bonuses offered for the error. The quality of the sushi was still very good considering that it is a chain. Normally I would have given 3.5 because of the lost order but as this is not possible, I give a 3.
My partner called at 5:30 p.m. to place an order. We are told that they are not taking orders at this time because of the curfew........ at 8 p.m.!!! We called the one in Saint-Bruno and they had no problem placing our order. I understand that the employees may be exhausted these days but to the point of using the curfew excuse for not making our order during opening hours, I find this unacceptable.
Compared to yuzu, poké bowls are cheaper, larger and have more meat.

Horrible customer service in Sainte-Julie. The staff cant or never wants to provide, all orders always have an hour wait and thats what we get told instead of hello when entering their establishment. They rarely answer phone calls, and if they do, they leave people on hold until they hang up. The response is automatically: Sushi Shop one moment please and they forget about you. The voicemail says to use the BonApp application but when you get to check-out, its not possible to pay since the items are not available (oh well) Never had this problem in Saint-Bruno, Montreal, or Laval. This branch does not want to retain its customers. Its pitiful. Too bad because the sushi is good.

Horrible experience! I ordered yesterday for a high sum around 6 p.m., we took the phone number info and gave me a waiting time of around 1h15h which I accepted arriving there he mentioned a delay of 15-20 min finding that a a little disappointing to have not been informed in advance of the deadlines since I am on my lunch hour at work, I was simply told * we can just cancel your order if that doesnt suit you too * which surprised me enormously seeing as we are customer service and this kind of comment has no place, very stupid to use it and disrespectful I finally heard 40 min to get my order with no sorry my order was crushed botcher completely obviously & even not a bag of sympathy or baguettes that I finally had to go get and she threw a packet of baguettes at me, honestly experience point 0 its unheard of some people are not made to work in this kind of environment, the delay happens in catering and it is understandable but when you take our telephone number it is not tight in decoration and respect should have that place when we work in this environment,

The Poké bowls are good but nothing more and its always a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes of waiting and often 60 minutes or more, if you try to call you are put on hold for tens of minutes and very often not enough time. employees
The photos of the establishment are not representative, however the poke bowls are very good for the price.
Fast service. Ease of communication. Its not haute cuisine but it does the job well. I will return there when another craving for food on the go!

The Ste-Julie branch is by far my favorite compared to those in neighboring towns.
A perfect place for impromptu meals on the fly. The taste is there and it s relatively well executed. The price is quite expensive but it is still a rare commodity. I think its a good addition to Sainte-Julie!

We had to decide to leave, none of the 3 employees said good evening or anything.... I understand that there was probably a big order in progress, but seriously a nice 0 for customer service. We went to Thai Express next door instead.

Big lack of staff on the weekend! There is always between 1.5 and 2.5 hours of waiting time when you call on Saturday or Sunday! However, other sushi shops dont have this problem! Forced to go to Varennes where there is just a 30 minute wait!
