We chose this restaurant for a dinner with work colleagues and opted for a tasting-style menu. So, we shared five dishes to taste as many specialties as possible. We started with Pork Dumplings, which were delicious. Next, we tasted the Busiate with rabbit and the Vol-au-vent with seafood (an off-menu suggestion). I really fell in love with the Vol-au-vent, while a colleague preferred the Busiate to the rabbit, which shows that tastes can vary. For dessert, we ordered both options: a Strawberry Cake and a Mille-feuille. We liked the Mille-feuille less because of the very strong taste of Elizabeth s blue cheese. The service was excellent: clear explanations of each dish, fast service and special attention to cleaning the table between services. Honestly, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return. A great discovery! Small suggestion to the owner: it would be useful to add more photos of the establishment and the dishes on your site or your social networks. Initially we had a hard time deciding, but a friend had recommended the place to us, and it was worth it, even with no photos.

It was honestly superb. Dinner for my family celebration (4), we tasted 9 dishes, including the 2 desserts. Each dish was delicious and shared well. Drinks and glasses of wine, excellent. Experience to repeat, without hesitation. Thank you so much. Dietary restrictions: Allergies to seafood and certain nuts, the servers checked several times if the ingredients of the dish were OK with our allergies. Small details that make a big difference in the overall experience of dining at a restaurant.

If you are in the Laval area, you have to go through Oregon! The dishes are always excellent, combining seasonal foods from Quebec and incomparable flavors. Chicken liver mousse is a classic that you absolutely must try. In addition, the wine selection is remarkable: I have often drunk little wonders there! Not to mention the service which is always impeccable and warm. Ps: don t hesitate to end your evening at their neighboring bar: La Florida. Come on, run to Oregon!!!

Really nice evening! We were offered the menu to share with 4. So it was 3 courses with 8 dishes in total. For 2 guys and 2 girls and we were all full at the end. The food was delicious and different from what Ive tried in other restaurants. Its mainly the drink that adds to the bill but the whole evening was a great culinary experience. The drinks are small but quite strong in alcohol. The service was perfect!

I cross the threshold of this small wine bar, where only a bright neon sign displaying the word Oregon, the absence of artifice immediately seduces me. The interior subtly mixes mid-century style with 90s touches, illustrated by frames here and there - one of which, echoing the famous Dîner de Cons, immediately captures my attention. The service is courteous and efficient and of high quality without going overboard. But what stands out to me, beyond the atmosphere and the service, is the cuisine. Oh my God, the cuisine! Complex flavors and textures in perfect harmony but far from being pretentious, we offer a perfect balance between comfort and gastronomic research. As for the selection of wines, it is chosen with care. The sommelier, who is contagiously friendly, gives us blind tastings!! In short, this little wine bar exceeds expectations. Here, we get to the truth, to the essential!!

Attention everyone! Even if you confirm your reservation through resy more than an hour and a half in advance, the restaurant can cancel your reservation before you arrive WITHOUT informing you via the platform. No mercy when we arrived, we were told that we would have to answer calls from unknown numbers. The manager didnt even apologize and had a bad attitude towards our group of 4. We were told go eat elsewhere . Incredible experience. Never could. If a business was so concerned about no shows, they should be wiser and take a credit card upon reservation and impose a cancellation fee. Zero business sense and zero customer service.

I had a wonderful evening yesterday at Oregon Bar à Vin. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to advise us on the best wines to taste according to our tastes and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the selections offered. In addition, the dishes were delicious and perfectly matched with the recommended wines. The ambiance of the bar was also very pleasant, with soft music and dim lighting. Disappointment for this restaurant with a promising name. The variety of dishes is limited and the quality/price ratio is not there at all. Too much to pay for quality and quantity. The ham was tough and dry like weve never seen before. We informed the waiter who mentioned that he was going to discuss it with the chef but not about his lack of image afterwards. The homemade pasta was more than Al Dente, it lacked cooking. We asked what wine they had by the glass only to be told word for word: I m not going to start listing them all, tell me what you prefer uh ok . And they taste the bottle of wine ordered with us . Never experienced that before either and Ive been to more chic restaurants than this one... Moreover, as we were no longer consuming we were told a little sharply after paying that we had 5 minutes to free the room. table although we arrived after the table next to them who continued to chill! In short, this will be my first and last experience at this restaurant.

Nothing really stands out. The beef tartare had knots. The vegetables are drowned in oil. The $32 roast beef is probably the most poorly executed dish Ive had in a restaurant in years.

I don t understand the good comments about this place. Almost nothing on the menu and a mini piece of chewable meat for 80$. 2 plates. No way. Service Will never set foot again in this place. We spent 800$ and complained about the meat. We had 3 pieces of desserts as compensation. Maybe the comments are not recent for sure.

Warm atmosphere and refined menu. The menu is very varied and offers a large selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. The portions are prepared with quality ingredients. The wine list is very good and offers a wide choice. The servers are also very knowledgeable and are on hand to help you choose the perfect wine to accompany your meal. I recommend !

Yum! What about Island scallops?! Incredible, it melts in your mouth The Dumplings are excellent and the Chicken Liver Mousse is really worth it. These are absolutely tasty starters! As a main course, the Halibut is just wow the Poblanos sauce is 10/10 The homemade pasta (Raschiatelli) was 7/10 less for my taste! The cocktails excellent! The choice of wonderful imported wines ! And finally very good service! A big 4.5/5 for the place, the food, the service, the atmosphere!

Very nice restaurant, you feel very comfortable there. The terrace is quiet and super pleasant. The service is great, and fast. We get very good advice. The portions are very generous compared to other places of this style, which pleasantly surprised us. The food is very good despite the limited choice on the menu. But I strongly believe that they change their menu regularly, which is actually very well done if that is the case. I recommend this place for someone looking for different flavors in one meal.

We have been to Oregon 3 times in the last few months, it was a better place in the past: The food is too expensive for what you get (in quality and quantity). The service is cold and arrogant. The $20 drinks are really small! With so many good restaurant options, we wont be returning here. I give 2 stars because the atmosphere is good!

Good atmosphere and good service. Not a lot of choice on the menu but we liked our cold smoked steak dish. Small suggestion to the chef, for this dish, you should add accompaniments with only the new potatoes that were there.

Really a beautiful place in Laval to go see with friends or as a couple! The food is INSANE (especially the sweet fries which are a must, not to mention the varied menu which offers a small list of dishes all as good as the others) and the atmosphere is super cool. What a great find! Came here for a 5 à 7 with co-workers, great ambiance, décor, and staff. I enjoyed one of their signature cocktails with probably the BEST beef tartare Ive ever had. Id go back for the tartare alone! Not too big for it to lose that more intimate vibe, loved it!

We had come to try an octopus dish discovered on social networks, but the offer only lasted one week. Amazing food and amazing wine!

Charcuterie board is over priced and nothing to write home about(should have taken a pic..). The menu changes every once in a while so might not be exact same food when you go but it was advertised as assorted veggies and meat what came out at the time on our board consisted of a quarter of a pickle, five small slices of a dried sausage and 3 cold cuts. No bread no cheese no crackers....for 20 $. We got a few other dishes too which were pretty good, but expensive. We went at 8pm on a saturday and more than half the menu was no longer available. When we let the waitress know about the board she said this was normal, and didnt see any issue with the board being that price for almost nothing on it. Great vibe and atmosphere but not really worth the price, maybe the wine is good ? I didnt try it

Very cute place. The servers were very attentive. Due to COVID-19, they are doing two services so you may be a little rushed towards the end. The dishes are interesting especially for sharing in a group. Everything tasted good, except the tagliatelle which was way too salty. But everything else was great, especially the octopus. Their fries look like nothing but they were really great! Extensive bottled wine list. I would have liked to see orange wine.
