The prices have increased considerably while the quantity has decreased. I ordered a meal with a leg and fries, but there were barely enough fries, as if it were a childs portion. On the other hand, I would like to point out that the delivery man was really kind and smiling, which was very appreciated.

Overcooked chicken becomes mushy in your mouth fries taste like cardboard

Really not great, I ordered a chicken poutine and I had a bunch of small bones mixed all over it. Do yourself a favor, order elsewhere.

The chicken for the poutine did not appear to be cooked and it took us 1 hour to receive our order, however the delivery man was very kind.

The quality of service is not like before!!!

*the cashiers are super friendly* I waited 40 minutes at the drive-thru to get a regular poutine but look at the size!!! I wonder what the little one looks like? for $19 it s completely ridiculous. PS: I have maybe 1/4 of a chicken breast.

Benny Ste-Thérèse seriously 30 min wait at the drive-thru with 4 cars in front of me, arrives home the fries are frozen but thats not all!!! They made a mistake in my order AGAIN!! And I repeat ANOTHER MISTAKE!! STOP TIEING YOUR BOXES!! You are worse than McDonalds!!!

Wow! The head cashier is always smiling and seems very organized. She seems to love her job. I love going to this restaurant! The floor is always clean and the restaurant is welcoming.

The chicken was pink and the sauce super thick and salty as if it was still undiluted concentrate. The fries were cold. Really ordinary, very disappointed. Very courteous and friendly service however, which I greatly appreciated.

The waitresses seem confused...

I had a thigh come yesterday and I ate cold fried sauce and thigh all cold another like that and Japel St-Hubert in addition 1 hour and a quarter to deliver Benny you are no longer what you were a few years ago too bad to continue like that and its bankrupt several of my friends complain too

The prices surprised me, since the first time I went there 2 years ago. Price increases a lot, quality decreases. Parking: Very small, only a few places.

The chicken was incredible, the poutine wasnt that bad, and the service was very fast though.

On delivery, disappointing quality. Just not tasty. Order appears to have spent 30 minutes on the stove. Club sandwich with cooked lettuce, soft bread, bacon bits (cheap), no tomato. Super soft fries, spongy croquette seems to have been cut with tofu. Warm cabbage salad because it is put in meal boxes. Amazing to think that people could be satisfied with this kind of meal. Shameful mediocrity.

I ordered poutine yesterday.. at reception I noticed that the chicken was not cooked. So I call back and the person tells me in a condescending manner that its impossible because the temperature is taken every time and that Im wrong... so here it is, dear person, a photo of my poutine from yesterday..

I regularly order white meat poutines, paying extra, but I never receive the little chicken wing which was the trademark. I called the restaurant and they offered me $2.00 off my next poutine plus I had to call to let them know ouffffff its heavy for a $60 bill

Meal delivered cold, fries without any taste and soft, sauce 3 times too salty NEVER AGAIN BENNY!!!

I compared my 4 fillets with that of another branch. Its a real joke! No bread, very few fries and I only had 2 sauces out of 3. There are much worse things in life but when you want to treat yourself once a month, its really cheap to pay $20 for That !!!!

I stopped today to pick up a thigh meal!!!!! The thigh very very very small and overcooked the quantity of potato I could count at first glance. I stopped encouraging St-Hubert for this type of service, it will be the same with Benny & Cie

I ordered a poutine at 8 a.m. it took 2 hours to receive it...

J ai commandé aujourdhui 25 repas pour notre évènement. Nous avons été plus que satisfait. Le goût et les quantités était vraiment parfait. De plus nos repas était chaud. Seul petit bemol vous avez oublié les ustensiles que j avais demandé. On c est débrouiller autrement ;) un gros merci Nous recommandons ce restaurant sans hésiter.

Tsé when you want a good club sandwich and when you get home ..no club bacon! Quite ordinary but above all very disappointed!

coleslaw is not good and fried dry (hard) and this happens to us often, we are really disappointed because before, it was our favorite chicken restaurant, now we will go elsewhere.
