Disappointing for the price

3x at the drive-thru, 3x the wrong thing I received, the third time I went back to ask what I ordered but without success, avoid! I went to the dining room last week, we were pushed to eat quickly and to leave as quickly as possible so that other customers would come. Sadly coming from a Quebec company, things have changed a lot unfortunately.

Hello dsl from you giving a negative comment but last night we went to dinner at your restaurant St. Hubert in Ste Thérèse, there were 4 of us and we were very keen to go there but the service was very difficult with the waitress but really very long before she came to see us telling us that we had problems with the utensils not dropping them after 20 minutes of waiting she came back to see us for the order but no follow-up afterwards no water no checking if we were ok etc. we had to ask another waitress to come see us to order dessert and have water, in short after two thirty we left telling us that it was the last time

My sister made reservations for 30 people for her party. The waitresses were friendly, or it was spoiled when the manager came to help her waitresses with the plates. As we had a group menu, she arrived with a plate of Burger. We told him it wasnt on the menu and in a stupid tone told us yes it was on the menu. Afterwards she had another plate and asked us who it belonged to, as no one answered she said in a superior tone well you should listen. We tell him that it s our plates. She leaves and says he really has a problem here. She would have to learn to speak to people... we waited 30 minutes for the bills. Im not sure Ill go back

Online order very often incorrect during delivery. Last incorrect order from them once again. As delivered by Uber, we ourselves have to travel to pick up what THEY didnt send. I really like the place! The service is impeccable. I never have anything to say. The drinks , wines, happy hours everything is pleasant! However, tonight the ribs... yeah... didnt have much meat on them. You can see the bone through and the chicken breast was dry.

Visit of Friday July 12, 2024 I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service we received. We were a group of more than 25 people and we only had about 1 hour and 15 minutes for dinner. The speed at which we were served was incredible. Whats more, all this with a smile and without feeling rushed. The meal was perfect. At dinner time today, I ordered a meal and I forgot to ask for utensils, so I asked the young girl who brought me the meal, the latter remains at the window drive-thru and asks for the utensils from his colleague who threw the spoons on the ground. The reservation was made easily with Isabelle. We were very well received, with a smile. The place reserved for us was perfect for our dinner. We were a group of 17 people. The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was good and the temperature perfect. The manager (Isabelle) was on site and made sure everything was perfect for us. Delivery.... sucks. I order on their site, I live in Blainville, they send my order to Hull. The parent company calls me to ask if I still want my order... uh yes lol they say they will rush my order. She arrives 45 minutes later.... no fries. The person placing the orders was clearly in the moonlight. One meal, no fries. Well done Logic. I call them. They tell me they can give me a lousy $5 credit....on my next order. plus I have to give it by phone because there are no online coupons. Really... cabochons.

We ate there, the meals are OK but very expensive for what it is, ridiculous how they dont put a lot of fries, a very small handful (they only have twice as many in a take out box) but it didnt wash any sense how small the portions were. No background music or very little loud because the restaurant was empty and it was almost total silence. Poor service, that s really what convinced me to come back. I hadnt even sat down yet when someone asked me what I wanted to drink while pushing the alcohol menu in my hand!? I said Im going to look and the waitress stays next to me and I feel impatient (its off to a bad start, weve been here for 2 minutes! ) and while serving the plates, an error occurred on a plate of steak and she only made the comment well either youre going to wait a long time or youre eating it like that, its up to you (without exaggerating, she really said that) everyone at the table was shocked. Really very disappointing as a restaurant because it is very beautiful but ridiculous the service, the plates and the price.

Waitress uninterest and inattentive. My ceaser salad came with a lemon wedge that was already squeezed. We never received condiments. No offer to refill the coleslaw. The chicken burger was dry and tasteless, it also came with a lonely piece of bacon. Litteraly go anywhere else.

Our table neighbors arrived after us, they were served before us and they were able to leave before us, curiously there were more of them?? We had the holiday meal just a little negative point for the fruit ketchup it seems to me that the small container could be at least full given the size?? My congratulations for the sauce next to the sugar tart it is simply delicious thank you very much the tart too. I dont know why you would have to pay extra to have fries with sweet potatoes and unfortunately there are no more Greek potatoes, too bad no baked potatoes either. Enjoy your meal, see you soon.
