We went to dinner and everything was good except that the black line on the breaded shrimp is never removed. We did not like them knowing that it is not dangerous but it is still the digestive vein and that is not stew. you should buy devein shrimp!!! Thanks but everything else was delicious!

She tells me she doesnt have enough delivery people to bring whats missing from my order and tells me she can give me a discount for next time and asks me my name and doesnt want to take my phone number . I ordered a solo meal with the fried rice which was pale and not too fresh, the soup with not overcooked wontons, chicken chow mein and finally the General Tao chicken...not edible!! The sauce had a funny taste and a rubbery texture that made me wonder if it was really chicken! the worst I have ever eaten. In the end only the egg rolls were not worse. It was the first time and the last time I set foot there

I ve been ordering for a while and my last order they forgot a plate for the kids. And the girl told me to come and get it. If I order delivery it s because I don t want to go get it. After that I asked for a refund of the plate. She told me give me your phone number and the owner will call you back obviously no phone call. Mine you I ordered at list once every two weeks for 130-150$ per order and every time I ask for diet soft drink never got them only regular anyway. So now they owe me money and never did anything to make it right. Plus after a while we noticed that the plates got smaller while the price higher. So never again get my money and choke on it!!!!! Became really a bad Chinese restaurant where the owner doesn t care about is customers!!!!

We have ordered from this place in the past several times and it was always excellent, hot and tasty. On the other hand this time it was horrible, no taste, meat as hard as a rock and what can we say about the soup . The chicken in chow mein, is it really chicken? Questionable texture and doesnt seem cooked. Never again.

I ordered general tao through UberEats. Very dry, overcooked and in small pieces. More breading than meat. I did not receive rice with my order. I called and the lady told me that he doesnt put rice with General Taos order. There are just some for customers who come to the restaurant. So for $22.57 with delivery I only got the general hyperdry. Disappointing!

Very disappointing.... Beef with black bean sauce, tasteless. A chicken schezuan practically made with VH sauce, without taste and what about the texture... The Chinese stir-fried vegetables... or rather boiled vegetables lifted my heart. First and last time. Much too expensive for this quality.

We have been going to get a take-out quite regularly since the opening but we havent been back for 6 months and... what a disappointment! The shrimp still had their intestines, the egg rolls only tasted of anise, the wong-tong soup had a water-colored broth and no meat in the noodles. The chicken balls with pineapples were full of nerve and the sauces (cherries and plums) were liquid as if they were diluted with water. We called to politely inform them but the girl looked like she just wanted to hang up and didnt care. It s a shame for them, because now it s over for us.

What is this tasteless white chicken of dubious texture? I wonder what the process is to obtain a chicken that looks like nothing. Its sad but it disgusted me. plus it wasnt very hot since the address had been poorly rated...very average as a meal, I understand that everything has increased but it has to be fair.

We love having a take out from time to time at this fusion restaurant! Its very sad because we used to go to the Laval branch! This time, we went to Sté Thérèse! General tao lacked breading, rice not really fried, rolls not tasty but the chicken wings, phew! The nerves of the chicken wings flowed with cooking blood. The clerk kept apologizing, the poor guy not being able to offer a small reduction on the next bill! Its not his fault but the kitchen really needs to change direction or do something because it smells like an infection!

Ive been getting Chinese at this place since it opened, at first it was delicious plus a good price for a good quantity. But from time to time the quality deteriorated, I left Sainte Anne des Plaines to go look for food there. (I am very aware that the temperature of the food is completely due to travel But today it has exceeded the limit of the unacceptable level of food quality. I took a combo #4 with an extra double portion of eggroll (because if there was anything delicious there it was the eggrolls, yes I say it was!) Someone dropped the salt shaker into the eggroll meat mixture, the wonton wrappers really didnt have a lot of meat and the dough was thick without any good. The pineapple chicken had a rubbery batter and barely any chicken in it. The spareribs were hard and really full of cartilage (more than usual). The fried rice was dry and flavorless. Only the chowmein was not so bad and my partner mentioned that the Chinese macaroni was good, but she agrees with me on the rest (I didnt try the macaroni because I dont like it.) This was the last time I ordered there.

A real delicacy so good. I left Saint François Laval to go eat at this place which is worth the detour. Succulent delicious in short a memorable meal Its such a nice restaurant and Im definitely going to return there for the quality and quantity of the succulent dishes offered. Its so tasty and delicious. My experience at this restaurant was extremely positive, which is why I intend to return there at least once every 6 weeks because I live in the Saint-François Laval H7A1G7 district SO it is quite far from Chez me but its really worth the detour every 6 weeks to please my taste buds I recommend this place this restaurant to all people who appreciate good and excellent quality Chinese cuisine . I sent several people from my entourage, my family etc... and all without exception loved the dishes served or ordered at this restaurant so they all gave me 5 stars SO its a restaurant to discover for those who like to eat well . I ordered food that looks like Chinese but it has nothing to do with Chinese food. It is just buuuuuck, I don t recommend it. Plus the man who brought the food imposed tips.

Good food for the price, big portions!

Where to start, firstly when entering the restaurant it smells so much of ammonia (bleach) that it kills the appetite and Ive been there twice, the same smell both times. I took a combo 7. Im a big fan of egg rolls, but these were very bad. Even my boy vomited them again after the first butchering. Then the rice tasted out of the cupboard and the vegetables mix the cooking was good, but the taste bland. I am very disappointed. I only ate general tao. :-( I will not order from this place again.

I said 2 years ago not to order from Kung Fu Kitchen anymore and I didnt remember why. I remembered it this evening. very chewy spare ribs, hard-to-cut pineapple chicken, egg roll sauces and very liquid pineapple chicken sauces and no taste. The price on the pamphlet and on the internet is completely different, at least $15 difference. In any case I hope to remember it the next time I have a taste for Chinese.

Rice was dry like 2 days old, general tao was dry like they were made yesterday, won ton soup tasted like just boiled water no flavor felt ripped off.

So So So Disappointed!!! The won ton soup broth tasted almost nothing but won ton noodles were good. The egg rolls were so dry that they were difficult to chew. The fried rice tasted like old rice and tasteless, you have to miss a rice.... the chicken chop suey tasted nothing, it tasted like water. The Cantonese chow mein was good but nothing more. I will never return to this restaurant again. I have one star but if I could I would have given none.

The broccoli beef was bathed in tasteless brown water. The broccoli was not fresh (yellow tip). The Cantonese Chow Mein tasted very little. :( The Won Thon soup tasted like water and noodles and the meat inside tasted almost nothing. The rolls were okay (its frozen). The dumplings were pretty good. First time and last time we will order from this place.

Le poulet style general Tao était dur, sec et sans sauce, les crevettes au poivre étaient immangeables, du réchauffé sans goût et très sec, les egg rolls avaient un goût bizarre, le riz n était pas frais seul le chow mein était acceptable.

Usually we order. It got so bad that we stopped ordering. But theres nothing after Jardin Lee. So I tell my wife were going there this afternoon... how can I say nothing good nothing the rice still tastes so bad... If you close your eyes you cant recognize the dishes. And the hostess speaks with a gentleman rather than taking care of the room. No more of this restaurant ever again.

Unfortunately, this is the worst restaurant where we ordered Chinese, I dont understand how there can be so many recommendations! Everything was disappointing, hard rice, generally soft and spongy tao, lack of taste... basically the eggrolls and wong tong soup were passable.

I have never seen such a business. Mediocre!! Restaurant which is dirty and not good at all!! Disgusting toilets! Rotten service! Foul food and no placemats (utensils that touch the table.) REALLY DONT GO THERE! WE WERE KICKED OUT, AFTER WE SAID BEING DISAPPOINTED! FRUIT FLIES EATING THERE!

We have ordered 5 or 6 times. There have been one or two times when meal number 11 for 2 was very good. One time the rice really tasted of the past and all the other times the meal in general just wasnt good. Disappointing. We will not repeat the experience.

1st experience really wasnt great but the food was good so we tried again. Restaurant did pull through and we got the missing items on our 2nd order. Standing at order # 3rd order, we called in early 16h45 to get ahead of the diner rush, were told 45-60 mins maybe faster. After 90 mins, we called the restaurant to inquire. They know the delivery person left but not when. No offer to call the driver and find out. 110 mins to get the order, driver apologizes, someone didnt come in. Business cant be bothered to call us to say there might be a delay, someone didnt show up. Other reviews mentioned the staff is rude. I wouldnt say that, it just seems like they dont care and no one above them seems to either. Call in to complain as per the delivery person. I ask for a manager, someone feeling bad says ill get you the employee thats like a manager. I wait on hold for someone who just been there longer and is not the manager. They just dont care.

First time ordering takeout from this restaurant. They are quick and the pickup was efficient. They are following all the protocols so very safe. Food was fine. Not the greatest Chinese food but a good fix when you are in the mood. Will order again to give them a second try!!

I have ordered from KungFu twice now and this will be the last. Everything is fried and oily, its soaked in oil all over the spring rolls, General Tao tastes burnt oil the day before and too much breading, the vegetables are bathed in a suspicious sticky juice, the Chinese vegetables are boiled celery with limp, overcooked, fibrous spinach. $100 in the trash and four fewer customers!!

We ve been to many Chinese restaurants in Mtl and Laval. This was such a disappointment!! Nothing tasted fresh. The fried rice tasted like just white rice and soy sauce. Ribs were hard, general Tao was not flavourful. I gave this place 2 chances and both times was a flop. I don t recommend unfortunately. You need to match Kam Shing s recipes!

I ordered here for the first time because I was craving Chinese and my usual restaurant for Chinese food is closed on Tuesday. I learnt my lesson Ill wait till Wednesday for my craving...

Sweet and sour soup, egg roll, beef with black beans, excellent Cantonese chow mein. Pineapple chicken, breaded shrimp not too good. There is way too much dough and just a bit of meat that is rock hard. I had two large containers of breaded chicken and shrimp with two very small containers of cherry sauce which is very obviously insufficient. Ask for additional sauce or you will eat a dry pasta ball with a little meat in it. Really needs to improve quickly. As for cocktail sausages, absolutely avoid them. These are sausages not fully cooked in an unsweetened liquid that tastes absolutely nothing. Final score for me 3.5 because on the one hand some dishes are super good and on the other hand some are really to be avoided.

Je viens de commander un tofu général Tao qui devait venir avec un rouleau printemps et un coke, bien je nai pas eu ni le rouleau ni le coke. Leur général tofu est dégueulasse, texture extrêmement caoutchouteuse et le riz tellement sec quil est pris en boule. Un 20$ dans les poubelles, jai même pas pu le finir. Première et dernière fois.

So dissatisfied. I dont even know where to begin. The green bean dish was so off-putting, it went in the garbage after one bite. The other guests couldnt even stand the smell. They used a thickening agent that congealed and looked like it was covered in beige Jell-O. And it smelled like your high school chemistry class. Their Kung Fu fried rice (must be their signature dish to bear the restaurants name, right?!) was so bland it couldnt be eaten on its own. Use long grain / jasmine rice and dark soy sauce! The stir-fried bean sprouts and veggies, although bland and tasteless, at least had fresh and well-cooked veggies. I cant say the same for the other dishes though; those vegetables were all mushy (except for all the clumps of onion whose layers stayed intact). Essentially, all the remaining dishes were dry protein, mushy veggies, raw onion, in a bland sauce. Maybe it was a bad chef, on a bad day. Maybe I ordered all the wrong things that day. Ill never know because I definitely wont be returning. PS. Contrary to others comments, I did not find the portion sizes large at all. I ordered takeout and all the containers are a size or two smaller than most other Chinese restaurants.

When we first discovered this place it was amazing! I was so happy to finally have found a good Chinese take out place in such a non ethnic neighbourhood. Since then the seasoning, flavour and love the chef used to put has fallen flat and Im sad cause I really love Singapore noodles and they used to be so amazing here.. Now theyre just regular. Its still good but that special quality is just not there anymore.

What a disappointment. This was the first restaurant that 100% of 4 orders I made gave me the wrong thing. Either a plate was missing or it was the wrong one. The quality has nothing to do with it, the rice was instant rice. Worst of all.

So very disappointed. We placed our order at 5:55PM by phone. We knew it would take a while since its Saturday night. So we were patient. At 7:30 we called and were told that hed left 15 min ago, and since we live 10 min away, we expected it. We called back at 7:45 and spoke to a man with an Asian accent who said: Thats NOT normal, let me call my delivery guy!. When he came back, we were told he was 8 min away. At 8PM the delivery guy showed up, TOTALLY UNAPOLOGETIC! He could not care less. (I tipped him anyway, Im like that.) The food was COLD. The canned soft drinks had been put in with the food, were WARM. So we waited over 2 hours for cold food, warm drinks and service that didnt even care. Not thrilled. There are other places nearby. Its a shame since wed been singing the praises of this place in the past, but I guess, like many other places, they gave up on the concept of good customer experiences with the excuse of low staff.

worst rice i have ever tried in my life!!! please don t waste your money

The best Chinese food I had in a while! Late lunch take-out, maybe around 2 pm.. The service was modest *the guy took our order and thats it* we had combo #11 for 2 people, waited about 15 min and it was ready. It is very nicely packaged, it came with a wong tong soup for each - that was good, the chicken, the beef and the fish were really tasty, but the fish was the absolute best! The rice was ok, spring rolls were also good.. The portions are big so easily this combo can be shared by 3 people. Yeah the soda cans were warm but so what, grab some ice and youre good to go. We will be coming back for sure, but only for take-out ..

Tried to place a takeout order for combo #1 and asked to replace spear ribs with chicken soo guy. They did this for me last week but somehow this week it was an issue as they were saying that they have to throw half of the soo guy in the garbage. I kindly asked to add the whole chicken soo guy platter to the order for additional cost but was told this cannot be done. What a joke. Last time I order there.

Its a shame to see how much people come to buy and support this buissness and what they receive on return extremely long wait just bec there is miss communication between cash and kitchen that gives priority to pass the delivery orders and keep people sleeping on the entrance why they dont use time on the bills and pass orders base on that

Very good food and generous portions. Disappointed, however, to see that this restaurant does not respect public health standards. I saw three staff members assigned to the kitchen who were not wearing masks. One wore it around his neck and the other two simply didnt have it!

Succulent food but before your delivery person leaves check your order because Ive ordered twice and once I didnt have my pineapple chicken and on February 14 I didnt have my 2 soups

BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE SEAFOOD ALLERGIES!!! Even when mentioning it when ordering, the cooks gave us a dish of rice with shrimp!!! Luckily we saw them. If not, it could have been fatal! 1st and last time at this restaurant!

Jai commander le meme plat plus dune fois pour que celui-ci arrive avec de la viande dedans et lon mobstine que celui-ci est toujours préparé de cetge façon... pourquoi une vegetarienne irait commander un plat remplis de viande ?! Tres déçu du service et aucun remboursement... Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Food was pretty good. Ordered via Uber eats, the wait time was not long at all. Unfortunately disappointed with the peanut sauce dumplings & General Tao. The dumplings were covered in a dark black sauce that was more spicy than the slight peanut sauce taste. General Tao sauce was nice but chicken was super dry, rubber like which means it s old, was inedible. I was not impressed.

I had already left a negative review on the service for delivery people (DoorDash and Uber) but it seems to have really improved since then, you seem to take customer reviews into account and so much the better! As for the food, I find it good, nothing more, but the portions are very generous

Fried squid not edible. Cetais elastic, not fresh, it looks like the squid had to be put in the fryer 10 times

Pretty good, just a bit inconsistent at times. Hopefully the new one on Renaissance will impress me a bit more, havent tried St-Martin location yet... but most of the time it boils down to whos the chef in the kitchen... Doesnt compare to Chinatown restaurants, its more American Chinese. The peanut butter dumpling sauce HAS to be changed!!!

As much as i like the food sadly the service is very lack luster! Ive ordered from this place more than once and there s always either something missing or something that ive asked for specifically isnt there! The cherry on top of the cake was when I called to inform them of this, got transfered to the manager who then proceeded to give me nothing but attitude and disrespect even saying himself that they dont check the notes before they send off any order. They need to do better

The best eggrolls when I took them out of the little bag, there will be no sauce on top!! I recommend the rest too was excellent but the eggroll really stood out to me Combos one person would really be enough for 2 or 3-4

We really enjoyed our experience! I had a question about the menu and I was very embarrassed to call, but I dared following the good comments. I was not disappointed, I received a very good response! We had a combo for my family and the crispy tofu for me! The food was very good, hot and in good quantity. We were very satisfied :) We will definitely order from this place again!

Very bad food. Not fresh at all, Wonton soup with rolls and General Tao chicken. It all ended up in the trash.

Didnt have rice with our main dishes

It is a classic Chinese restaurant that offers the same menu as other classic Chinese restaurants (Chinese remade for Quebecers). BUT!!!! Hooooo it s good honestly the best Chinese you ll ever eat! The quantities are HUGE for the low price. I wonder how they get there because the quality is there. And they are very fast! You can order for 4 people during the dinner rush and your order is ready in 10 minutes. Just enough time to go to the SQDC next door. Trust me, youll need a beef trip to eat that much food haha.

Great value for money. Very good Chinese , not the best in the world, but nothing bad. I ordered a large order for takeout and there were no errors or omissions, and everything was hot. General Tao is very good.

Best chinese restaurant in the area, and I tried them all : decent prices, good food, Im just a little disapointed they dont have real chinese veggies in their stuff ; shitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnusts, Chinese broccoli (gai lan), chinese celery (qín cài ) or sauted squid in their cantanese Chow mein... Or Shrimp won ton. Id be willing to pay more for that, but other than that, the food is great.

The portions were decent but the food was mediocre at best. The woman who took our order by phone was quite rude. They got some items in the order wrong and we found a hair in one of the dishes. The spring rolls also tasted off the meat they used in them tasted funky. Not edible. Would not recommend.

Cold, rude, bad. I took my wife and my kids there today around 7:00 PM and was left alone for almost five minutes since stepping in. The front lady, A guy in blue who later told to be the owner and a guy from the kitchen saw us and looked at us many different times while there had been no greeting at all, not even a smile but total ignorance. Nobody was tying to lead us a seat till we seated ourselves and went to the front desk to ask a a menu. We were not dressing maganificently but totally clean. They made me very awkward before my kids. I called over to complain and the man just hanged me up and refused to answer my second call. If if helps with multiple complain on line, I will do it for a whole month.

The food was OK for the price. the problem is the cleanliness, the water had his thumb in the bowl of rice, he would clean the tables next to us without rinsing the rag. The dining area is filled with boxes of dishes and boxes of fried noodles tha he serves with his jands and not utensils. We are a couple who enjoys eating out especially BYOB restaurants. we will not be returning, it is such a shame because it has alot of potential.

For a few months I no longer ordered (I was a regular customer) because several times we doubted the freshness of the food the soup was less good and not fresh that day it seemed yesterday I took a chance to recommend and it was delicious, hope it stays that way, thank you!

The food is ok and the prices are very reasonable. On the other hand, the service is so bad that I wont go anymore. Waiting 45 minutes for a take out when I was told 20 minutes and the girl at reception was stupid. In addition, when I was there, a customer complained to the owner because she was allergic to mushrooms and she told him and he still served it with mushrooms. Very poor service and poor listening.
