Massage therapy treatments: disappointed. First and last visit. The massage therapist starts with a delay. His approach is very rigid. Technical quality of care good but know-how, very ordinary. No listening to my needs. Rude in his comments and attitude. Moment of relaxation unfortunately wasted.

I would have liked to give 5 stars, but let me explain. 5 stars for the softness of the facial, the smells of the products, except that when the time comes to remove the blackheads, a few little pressures and its over, I say my god I dont have any more blackheads, cool its!!!!! When I got home, I extracted the blackheads myself and, I dont have a magnifying glass and I had a lot of them, thats my disappointment After 4 weeks, I still havent been contacted, too bad After 12 weeks, no one has called me personally yet, Im so disappointed, I really love Jacynthe, I would have liked to do all my care at Jacynthes house. Its better to have less, but take good care of yourself of its customers. Its been 6 months now and no one has contacted me, customer service. 0

I love Jacynthes homemade products for their qualities, their intoxicating smells, their benefits... I have never had skin so beautiful even when I was 25 it was less healthy than now... I 100% recommend everyone products. I also went to Montreal for an MJ facial (because there was no more room in Ste-Therese and I understand why) and... its a pinnacle of pleasure for the senses... Im going to repeat the experience definitely in Ste-Therese :)

Not much parking, and you can buy gift certificates on the site but you have to go there even though I was assured that I could use them in the region... Update: My girlfriend really likes your products, when I called before Christmas they confirmed to me that we would honor your gift certificate in Brunets pharmacies. This was not the case. You could take inspiration from grocery retailers who accept supplier coupons. Yes I agree that the monetary value of your products is higher but it is not impossible.

I went there for a treatment (therapeutic facial) and I simply loved it! I didnt feel any pressure afterwards to buy products (which often happens elsewhere). I took the opportunity to try Jacynthes famous salad and I simply fell in love! D-É-L-I-C-I-E-U-S-E!! A must!
