Very complete both for food and for supplements. On the supplements floor, the staff has training or extensive knowledge in naturopathy and homeopathy. For people with reduced mobility, there is an elevator to go to the second floor.

Good where to start from 1 thank you to the harvest for your products it is here that I discovered shilajit and it did me a lot of good thank you a very large quantity of choice for natural products and eating organic than that either from the meats to the vegetables and fruits the bison sausages are great but $14 for 5 its a bit expensive but the quality is there its like a grocery store but which sells organic and in addition natural products at the top of the building they also have several body products like Marseille soaps which have worked miracles with my dry skin and natural deodorizers for soaps I recommend white Marseille soap but it is not sold all alone they sell in pack of 4 soaps 2 white 2 green and the green ones are with olive oil I highly recommend it cures my dry skin problem it ticks but for a good detoxification of heavy metals in the body I recommend shilajit it tasted like shit but it works it detoxifies your body in addition to regenerating it its great for me it works it regulates your system and it helps to lose belly plus it works for me great atmosphere great service and tailor-made advice I highly recommend even if its expensive health is priceless you can literally make your order there it will cost the same price as at Costco but for organic food and drinks NO CHEMICALS

I buy a sandwich for 7.99 indicated 50% off, I arrive at the checkout and they charge me the full price... I realize later and I go back to get half refunded! Normally, for less than $10 you have to leave the item free. Besides, the food is not fresh, the bread is extremely hard and not only mine but that of my partner too. Too expensive for what it is. Thats making people laugh. Last time for us. Disappointing food and service too.

Everything for good health

I was filling my bags in the bulk section when I dropped a few almonds on the ground because my bag slipped on the scale. The employee in charge of the section then went behind me directly, saying loud and clear: people here make messes and dont clean up! All in a more than arrogant tone and without addressing me directly. I felt a great lack of respect. My partner even apologized for the situation, but the employee never wanted to listen to us or apologize for his attitude. I am beyond disappointed with the situation, I love the grocery store and the products. The attitude of the employees is sometimes haughty also in the cosmetics section. I suspect they act like this because I am young and dont respect their social opinion of the usual clientele. I often feel spied on or ignored while other customers seem to be treated with respect. As a customer service employee for 5 years myself, I am overwhelmed by these kinds of insulting situations. I hope you take the well-being of your customers to heart.

Great seller.

I love the harvest, I have been a loyal customer for years and I have always had unparalleled service. However, this Monday, January 9, I went there and took a basket which had probably just been cleaned because the handle stained the entire left sleeve of my coat, as if someone had put water in it. bleach. I asked customer service for help and was simply told that they do not use bleach to disinfect the baskets. However, at the entrance there is a cleaning spray indicating Eau de Javel (photo attached). I contacted human resources and still havent heard back... disappointing. My coat is new this year

2nd floor of wonders! I found two rare products there - black salt and pau darco herbal tea - so... bingo!

I love this supermarket. There is a huge choice, you can always find everything you need. They have a lot of brands that I find rubbish otherwise.

I am disappointed with the service. I have been going there for over 20 years. I never made any complaints. There, I had a goats cheese to get reimbursed. Although the expiration date had not passed, it was no longer good. It ruined the meal, which ended up in the compost. I brought back the jar and the bill, telling myself that my word would be trusted, and they refused to reimburse me. Why would I take this detour?

I really like going to this store. There is an impressive supplement section and a good selection of organic foods. The atmosphere is friendly and the employees are very competent. I would give it five stars if it werent for the price, which seems a bit exaggerated for some of the products (you can find organic olive oil much cheaper elsewhere, for example). You have to choose carefully what you buy and look carefully at the price.

It was the first time that I ordered essential oils online to pick up at the store a little waiting but a good welcome, a downside, I received a sample of the HIPPIE SNACKS product whose packaging is only in English very Shame!

You sell good products but the service or perhaps the instructions need to be reviewed. An employee who ignored me sent me to an aisle making me feel like I was bothering him. Finally, the product was in another aisle... Another employee helped me after a good 15 minutes of searching everywhere.

A disappointing company that doesnt know what its selling or doesnt want to state it. Online purchase of essential oil from the Divine Essence Ravintsara brand, two 15 ml bottles. Usually I take Pranarom and here I wanted to change to work with a local company and it was cheaper. What a mistake I made!!! I realize that the essential oil is less strong than Pranarom strange, I had the impression that the EO was diluted with water!!!! I asked the Moisson company via email that I have serious doubts about this brand. Well, Lysiane replied to me two days later: We are sorry that the Divine Essence product does not seem to meet your expectations. Concerning these products, the company asks that customers contact them directly with any questions. Below, their contact details. In addition she makes spelling mistakes we are Honestly zero points!!! I tell myself that she is literally making fun of me. The harvest is a client of the Divine Essence Brand!!! Divine Essence provides you with EOs, you are one of their customers so it is up to you to give me the information and it is from you that I bought the product you must be able to answer me. In short, La Moisson is a Scrooge company which does not reimburse customers if there is a problem or even find another alternative in my humble opinion you must surely know that these are diluted EOs it must be said because here I have the impression of putting it done to have. Never again The Harvest!!! P.S: dedication to the harvest who does not even know that we use a dispersant to be able to dilute an EO in an aqueous solution you sell diffusers and I am sure but it is a personal opinion that he does not recommend the dispersant for the good diffusion of the essential oil in the machine.

July 2022 I reiterate my dissatisfaction with the policy of this market. This morning, the manager Diego refuses to take back the nuts which taste rancid. He starts eating nuts in front of me and then says that they are ok and that he may have some in the batch that are not fresh but that he cant do anything about it. Finally, I am choosing to NEVER shop at this place again. Just like other reviews, customer service could be improved. I have been doing my entire grocery shopping at this store for almost 10 years. Despite this, the return policy is complicated and execrable, even with proof of purchase. No consideration! For this reason, I shop elsewhere more and more since there are other options today.

A favorite of this supermarket. You can find everything there. I dont mind traveling an hour to get there. They are warm, pleasant, kind and I was given very good advice.

Bought there expensive pills. Turns out someone before me changed bottles for some else product.when I return at shop they decline to change it or make return. Cost me 50$ and what I left with bottle of undetermined pills, and bitter aftertaste with very impolite people inside shop... never returned back. Thanks that marche Tau that opened near us

In the middle of a period of voluntary seclusion, isolated at home, seeing so many people aged 65/70 walking in the aisles is not understandable!! You have no business anywhere other than home at that age!

Its boring to be answered stupidly by the customer service lady who misunderstood my request when I called and to still be answered stupidly by the same person when I go to the store, because yes we had misunderstood.
