The Sunday staff is not strong, not capable of giving good service and making our order like everyone else.

Overall the experience is positive given the kindness and helpfulness of the waitress and the quality of the meal. The interior of the restaurant is however not very pleasant, dark and a little heavy.

Worth going there and sitting down to taste. The prices are good for a Lebanese restaurant, I find that it is significantly higher in terms of quality of ingredients than for example the Amir or the boustan. Very nice, I really like restaurants that have a limited menu but each item is executed successfully and consistently.

Its a nice local restaurant, with a friendly owner and good service. The food isnt exceptional, but it does the job. Its a good place to go to dinner or spend lunch time with friends or family. Be careful of allergies though, a friend of mine ended up having a reaction despite asking for an allergen-free dish... Its a nice place, but I doubt Ill be back very often

Very good food Friendly and attentive service The chef is a real Lebanese, you will eat real Lebanese cuisine. If you are vegetarian, you must try their Tempeh salad plate! Yum I highly recommend.

One of my favorite places for a long time! The shish taouk pita with vegetable fries with lemon garlic sauce, a pure delight!

Assiette de shish taouk excellente au goût! Je suis un peu décu des quantités de poulet malheureusement même si le poulet est très très bon! Je vous recommande fortement de prendre une entré si vous voulez être bien plein après votre repas. Le dessert était aussi très succulent malgré sont prix, qui sexplique par le fait quil est fait maison.

Very good chicken! Unfortunately, the best chicken in the world plate costs $24 and contains only 3 pieces of chicken which are eaten in 2 bites each. I was very hungry after paying $24 before taxes. The chicken is good, but dont recommend the plates.

Yesterday February 9, 2023, the last time I was there was before COVID. I deduced that to combat inflation they reduced quality and increased prices. Normally the large shawarma really tasted like marinade and beef there was a good generous portion in it. I left there feeling really satisfied. Yesterday, my shawarma tasted like bread, beef without marinade, it was bland, $27.76 including tax and tip for fries and a sandwich without beverage. Ive been going there since 2010 before it went to the stove across the street, from now on Im going to do without it and cook at home because the taste is no longer there and the price has exploded. The price is one thing I can understand but the quality has become mediocre it s just sad

The chef offers excellent cuisine and takes great care of his customers. Vegetarian options: The chef prepares a special plate for the customer with intolerance. Very appreciated!

$24 for an empty plate, 3 small pieces of chicken, 2 spoons of rice. A prank. Arousse was good before, too bad. Adios.

Very different from the old business on the other street, but we were satisfied. The cook/waiter was pleasant company and offered us homemade chips since they no longer offer potatoes! (Yes, yes, more potatoes). However, it was one of the best shawarma I had eaten, and what can I say about the chicken toaouk. We left the restaurant full and satisfied, despite the small portion sizes. The quality is there, you really feel the difference between a Basha-style Lebanese fast food. Much less oily and lighter. REAL ONLY PROBLEM: The price. Although we were certainly full, for $30 a plate of shawarma I would have liked to have had a little more, even if it meant bringing back some extras for take out. $80 for two for two small portions (were gluttons!)... but for an outing from time to time and a taste of quality, that wont stop us from coming back. * Special mentions: The choice of music is superb. Nice cozy atmosphere :)

More than disappointing service. After 20 minutes of waiting, we placed the order and the plates arrived after another 20 minutes. When we asked the waitress why it took so long, she told us that if we wanted to eat quickly we had to go to McDonalds. She called us rude because we suggested it would be nice to hire someone to help her. Waiting 1 hour for sandwiches, when you have to go back to work, and on top of that being called rude for it really isnt funny.

The staff were very attentive, however, we were disappointed with the portions of the plates for the price. Vine leaves are half of a serving elsewhere. The childrens menu does not include anything, no drinks or desserts.

It was absolutely delicious, they had several vegetarian options and plus they had Northeast IPA on tap! We loved it and we will come back!

Yesterday I ordered but it was a mistake... on my chicken plate I got 3 small pieces of chicken with dry rice. My wifes portion was also ridiculous with her charwarma. His son just wanted a chicken bite and he was looking for his chicken too. And the root fries were old fries that were passed on to me. I strongly advise against this restaurant!!!!!

I have been going to Arousse since it opened in Sainte-Thérèse and I return several times a year. The chicken is excellent and so is the harissa mayonnaise. However, I miss your old fries and the atmosphere that was in the old location.

Very good meal. Clientele almost exclusively made up of young people, at least in the afternoon (the restaurant is near a CEGEP), so relaxed atmosphere. On the other hand, the service could be improved: a little long and error on the invoice. I recommend it anyway.

I ordered three Shish Taouk plates. The price was a bit expensive, it didnt bother me too much (I even left a tip). I was really happy to encourage you. However, when I arrived home we were extremely disappointed by the portion of chicken. Three small pieces for the price, small disappointment. Everything was very good though, as always. THANKS.
