Impeccable service but the only one to sit down when youre waiting in three stacks with a hundred pizza boxes on top.... The wait can be very long! The button for people with reduced mobility was broken . Not famous for those who read about him!

Ordered 3 pizzas online, after 1h30 of waiting for my delivery I went there because there was no way to reach the restaurant. Customer service gives me the false recorded message once he answers me: a person who does not speak French and very little English says that all the agents are busy, takes a breath and hangs up. When I got to the restaurant, they only received part of my order without delivery details and told me they couldnt call me. They finally make my order. All three pizzas are completely burned black. How could you have missed all the way down the line like that!! What a shame to treat customers like that and charge $65 the same on top of that. I absolutely do not owe you my customers. You are the kind of useless company in my opinion. Its insulting to be robbed like that. If you have managers who are sabotaging your business, clean up and quickly. Your mistakes are fatal! Never again pizza hut.

I had pizzas delivered from this place and the delivery guy didnt even bother to knock on the door. The pizzas were simply left in front of the door without warning (no call, no text, no knock, no ringing at the door; even though I had even specified on the order to ring the doorbell ) Really very disappointing!

Terrible service! It took an hour and a half to get my pizza delivered! I called to say it wasnt normal and I got no discount. The man I spoke to laughed in my face. And my $20 pizza measures 6x6, imagine, I really got screwed. I will never call your home again and I advise against it to all customers. On the other hand, its a shame that delivery is not free and during our last visit to the branch, the dining room was closed (it seems permanent) and whats more, they no longer had pizza dough in stock or several kinds of pasta sauces so ultra-limited menu choice so we went elsewhere in the end. Receiving a call at the scheduled arrival time and being told that they are too busy to make your order and that they are running out of food?!?!?!?!? I placed an order and items were missing. Impossible to reach the restaurant and the office gives me a credit for the next order which will never take place because of the pitiful service... Very disappointed and angry because I would have been a regular customer, the children love their pizza.

Worst restaurant I have seen in my life. On site the service is slow and you feel like you are disturbing. Last delivery I order a chicken pizza. After 90 minutes of waiting I was delivered a pizza with no chicken but worst of all NO SAUCE. Not little sauce but no sauce at all on the pizza. I call back and they tell me well bring you one right back. In the end they never came. Finished this restaurant.

After placing an order online we never received our delivery after 2 hours!! So I went to the restaurant site and left without ordering!! Wowwww well done last time we order there!! Out of 7 orders, 5 errors .

I was given a warning while ordering online that I should hurry up as the store closed in within 70 mins. I finalized my order within 5 mins and placed it at exactly 8:30. I then got a popup saying the store had closed, despite it being open until 11 and offering delivery until 9pm. Waste of time, won t be trying again. Fix your signage, fix your opening and delivery hours, fix your app.

I had an excellent service OVER THE COUNTER. Our food was excellent, Ive always loved their pizza. Its just really sad on how pizza hut has turned out, no more salade bar, the salle a manger looks so dirty and outdated. Tables were not clean, kids highchair were dirty also. Its just a sad sad place now.

Getting worse and worse, the cheese barely covers half of the pizza, it is dry with almost no sauce. It lacked love. Its just pizza-flavored dough.

Hit or miss, when its good its good but when its bad its bad. I still think that when its prepared right, its my favorite pizza chain. Service is usually lacking, waited over 5 min with wife and kids to get a seat at the buffet..... Also, everytime I go to pick up, they never respect the time given, I end I waiting 15-30 more minutes. The employees are scrambling and they clearly need more people.

One star because unfortunately there is no 1/2 option. Constantly missing items from orders. Refuses to deliver missing items despite the fact that delivery is already paid for, offers ridiculous replacement credits. On the other hand, the food delivered is hot and tastes good.

Worst delivery service, order made online, after 15 minutes beyond the scheduled delivery time, I called to be told that it would take an hour longer before being delivered, no call made from them to advise of additional delays. 2 pizzas and a baguette au gratin.. everything is bland and tastes the same, more precisely absolutely nothing.
