Ben & Florentine in Sainte-Thérèse

I ordered takeout on Sunday morning, everything was good and well packaged, hot. Everything was ready when I arrived at the restaurant, and nothing was missing. Thank you Ben & Flo Sainte-Thérèse for this great experience!

Well that doesnt always change a problem for buttering the toast he scrapes the crumb from the toast which is all crushed when it arrives at the table

Its not the first time Ive been to this restaurant and everything is always excellent! The plates are original and tempting. I had the French toast with caramel apples and a rum cocoa coffee, it was delicious! I also had excellent service, the waitress was very friendly and the meal was served very quickly, in short I recommend it for a good lunch!!

Always well served at this restaurant. The food is good too. The only downside is the air conditioning which is much too strong.

Waiting 45 minutes to get your meal with young children is normal! I would have understood if the restaurant had been full but that was not the case! As for the waitress, she never came to see us (apart to order). She didnt look at us and walked past us! She will apologize to other customers that the service is long but nothing to us! Honestly first time and last time! Im on the verge of just leaving.

Ben and Florentines food is excellent, but this place has an obvious management problem. We usually go to Blanville for brunch but were in the area this Saturday. Lack of servers and our plate took 1 hour to arrive .on a Saturday morning when the restaurant was not even full. I recommend you go to Michel Bohecs Ben et Florentine, we never waited more than 15 minutes and it is much more efficient.

The team is great Courteous, smiling, energetic people at your service. The place is clean and well maintained Food is delicious except the bacon And I really appreciate the fact that they found a menu for me to accommodate my egg allergy. The problem is that the place is difficult to find when we are not from the region. On the back side of a building...

* The restaurant is far from full and I waited 56 minutes to receive my plate...(at that point you have 60 minutes of dinner...) * there is definitely a shortage of staff in the kitchen every time I go there it takes longer and longer.... and just one plate of lunch anyway.... * the service is correct, nothing more. No smile, you wait at the door you have eye contact and the waitress and not able to say hello it wont be long or Ill be with you soon. *Lack of waitress. Three people on the floor is not enough *The TVs are always turned off. *The restaurant is clean, positive point. * Unfortunately its the last time for me, its quite... laughing at people like that. And eat my lunch in less than 4 minutes.... 2 employees in the kitchen... In addition, in the absence of an employee, the boss is not there to help his employees and ensure good service to his customers.

Very disappointing, I wont go back there again. 1) the restaurant is a real freezer we changed places to eat outside 2) I order a wrap with fruit and yogurt. Almost a dusting of cheese even though we mention 2 kinds so the wrap was bland 3) I mention that we forgot my yogurt, the waitress takes note of it but never comes to bring it. We dont see her again. At the end of the meal, I tell him that I havent had my bowl of yogurt, he wants to bring me one but my plate is empty, I finished a while ago. After mentioning to adjust the bill because I didnt get my yogurt, we subtract 50 cents from a bill of more than $16. An insult, having known I should have said nothing and paid the bill in full.

Very disappointed with my experience here. We waited 1 hour 20 minutes for our plates and there were 6 of us. If you cant manage groups, please dont take one. I had time to fall asleep because it was so LONG! Really unfortunate.

Cest bien en général, comme tous les restaurants de la franchise, Le 23 mars 2024, jai malheureusement été malade après avoir mangé un bagel au saumon fumé, le saumon avait des couleurs plutôt brunâtre, je nai pas fait de cas mais une heure après avoir mangé, jai été malades. Cest dommage car jaime bien le menu. Jespère que cétait un cas isolé.

We ordered a fruit waffle with custard. We noticed that there was a lack of fruit. We made the comment to the waitress. She informed us that she could not do anything because the fruit portions are limited per plate. We found this absurd. Coffee not very good.

Correct, nothing more. They are part of this fashion for lunch restaurants that are all the same and have little originality. There is nothing on the menu that is SUPER good or SUPER bad, but everything is average. We come out of there with the feeling that we have just paid for not much . But its not worse than the other Cora, Eggsquis, Cocomania, etc. These breakfast chain restaurants all end up looking the same. We are far from LAvenue or Chez Régine or Arthurs Nosh Bar in Montreal...

We went out to eat as a family over the weekend a few times, sometimes the restaurant was empty and other times full to capacity. Each time, we were always greeted with a smile, we never had the impression of not being welcome. The food has always been hot and of good quality. Abominable Drinks arrived 30 minutes after ordering them and the meal after 1 hour 15 minutes, without apology or explanation! In addition, the meal was execrable, overcooked eggs, meats not cooked properly, donut balls literally burned and everything was lukewarm or even cold. Having worked in restaurants for more than 20 years, I would have appreciated being warned of the difficult situation (in the kitchen and/or on the floor) from our waitress, that would have been appreciated.

Always a treat, a must-have lunch restaurant

We went on a Saturday morning, the restaurant was not full and yet it took 45 minutes to get our plates which were cold and poorly cooked. We had to turn over a few plates to get them heated, a frying pan that wasnt hot with cheese that wasnt melted, eggs that werent cooked enough, and toast that was cold. The waitress gave us good service. But for the rest quite disappointing. And its really very cold in the restaurant, freezing which makes the experience unpleasant.

The wait was a little long and there were some motons in my spinach and pineapple smoothies, otherwise the food and the quality of the dishes was excellent and the atmosphere warm as always!!!

The breakfast portions have gone down a lot, My plate was half empty when I got my 2 eggs with potatoes and bacon, I finished my food in 4 bites, but the prices have gone up though !! Last time I go and have breakfast there !!

We are regulars at Ben & Florentine in Ste-Thérèse! We really like the food, it s always hearty and comforting! However, today for the first time we decided to order our lunch to go. We were very disappointed with the portions. When ordering to take away these are much smaller than in the restaurant for the same price! The quality remains the same but we really had the impression of getting a lot less for our money and that makes us angry!

Worst restaurant experience ever. - We waited at least 1.5 hours before being served; - There was an error in our order; - Customers who arrived after us were served before us; - We asked for a high chair for my daughter. They were all used so we were told we would get one when it was available. However, when it became available, other customers who had just arrived had priority. Dont go there.

Although the food was good, the service was very disappointing. 20 mins before we come to take our order. 50 minutes to finally receive our meal, but in the meantime no return from the waiters or their team to offer us a drink. It is not without having repeatedly sought their attention (around ten times) but the entire team does not seem to be able to go around the tables, look at the customers as they should, or even come and ask They need other things. Despite a very good meal! Ordered online but more than 35 minutes late. The meal was very good but the ingredients used were wrong. I go there regularly to the dining room and Im going to wait for it to re-open. However, there were only 5 of us waiting. Very slow staff.

The food is always great and hot. There are generally no errors on orders. But service times for take-out orders are always very late (we are asked to come by say 11:05 and the order is returned to us by 11:55). In my opinion, this is unacceptable and must be corrected.
