We were 3 people who finished work late, they took us in without any problem, it was around 9:30 p.m. impeccable service from the maître d as well as the waiters, glass of water always filled, and what can we say about the food (fresh oysters, fried squid as a starter, braised beef cheek, squash gnocchi, duck confit ravioli, a real treat for the palate, the cuisine was closed but they still offered us desserts, a nice touch for us, in short, congratulations to Chef Raphaël and his entire team, a perfect experience both in terms of cuisine and service!! Looking forward to returning there for sure! Very satisfied customers :)

Although the menu is very interesting, the execution of the dishes changes between branches and it is sometimes disappointing. The service is very long, although the staff is competent and friendly, I believe it is a lack of staff on the floor which slows down the service. The atmosphere is pleasant, the restaurant very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I will no longer go to this branch since this is the second time that I have been disappointed with the experience, but a few changes should ensure the sustainability of this promising restaurant!

Very good dinner, the beef cheek was excellent as good as at the bistro boréal at boulay in Quebec, and the tartars were succulent, very good service and the staff was smiling, in short it has to be done again, up to my expectations .

Wine by the glass is very limited and what we offer is very average. We were a group and all found that for the price of the plates the quantity of food was very small, fortunately the fish and meat was good. We dont think well return to this restaurant.

Since the misfortunes of Lionel in Laval, we were looking forward to rediscovering the atmosphere and cuisine of Lionel. It was a successful meeting.

At Lionel its always a guarantee of good times. The cuisine is always very tasty and the privately imported wines are also interesting. The atmosphere is always pleasant without being too stuffy and the service is very personalized.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The ambiance is really well balanced between stylish, cozy, and casual, but really not impressed with the dishes. Although they are well presented, the flavors are really basic to no flavor in certain parts of the dish. Could be the chef at the location visited, but I cannot compared as I have not been at any other location.

This is our first time at St Thérèse. We ate salmon tartare and seafood risotto Both excellent. Served by Nathan, very good service, as always in his restaurants its always on point. We were used to Laval, but unfortunately for them the flood did not spare them I will return to St Thérèse for sure, after a show what better way to go for dinner at this beautiful and good restaurant

My wife and I and our friends always love coming here. The food is fantastic, the cocktails (especially La Religieuse :P) are delicious, and the service is superb. We recommend this place 1000%. :))

Really an excellent surprise, it was my first time, I was used to the one in Laval. But here the decor is superb, the service impeccable and the food up to par; unfortunately for Laval.

Everything was more than perfect!

A new restaurant to put on my list! Ive been there twice so far and its been delicious each time. I had the morel guinea fowl the first time and words cannot express how PERFECT it was. The sauce was exquisite, the buttered cabbage very surprising (in the very good sense of the word)...wow. For me, a restaurant that succeeds in giving the taste of finishing all its vegetables is a guarantee of quality. And all this for good value for money. Yesterday there was unfortunately no more guinea fowl (oh no!) so I had the beef cheek bourguignonne... what flavors! It was extra tender, the tastiest sauce... even better than what I tasted in France ahah I also had a cocktail (Brumme de Passion) and the flavors were there, everything went well together, I was very satisfied :) My rum baba was my only slight disappointment, the cake was very dry and hardly tasted of rum... but the exotic fruit puree around it with the coconut mousse were tasty, so I was still happy in the end . In addition to having a very beautiful interior decor (which, I must say, calms me down with the soft lights and the plants), the service is always excellent with people who really seem to enjoy it there. The restaurant is also not very noisy, which is a big plus! I cant wait to come back and see you!

The welcome and the service were excellent. a smiling and courteous staff. the food was delicious and I highly recommend the Calamari starter which is a pure delight.. however it was a little long between services which led us to order a 2nd bottle of wine, which are not too cheap..But all in all it was a very nice experience and we recommend it.

August 2024: Extremely disappointed with the service and food. A visit to 425° / Chez Lionel was synonymous with joy for me, joy with every bite. All the dishes were good, the starters always exquisite. Now the portions are smaller, the prices higher and the food very disappointing. We were informed of a delay in the kitchen 40 minutes after our starters. No check during the meal to see if we were satisfied, we were asked if things were still good when asking for the bill. The tables around seem to have had more visits from our waitress. Disappointing cocktails too. For a special occasion, Chez Lionel is over for me. After more than a dozen visits to 425, now Chez Lionel, its official, its my favorite restaurant in the Lower Laurentians. The menu changes often and the classics have something to satisfy all palates. The decor is noteworthy since it keeps several features of the old sports cages, making us completely forget the old decor for a moment because it is so modern and pretty.

4-1/2* 2nd visit: We returned for a second time to Lionels despite an average first visit about 1 month later and we had a very nice evening. This time, nothing to say! Everything was perfect! As well as the wine pairings suggested by our server Christian, who also offered us impeccable service as much for the descriptions of the dishes, the best starter/main course combinations and his favorites. Thank you very much and see you next time! 1st visit: We went on a Thursday evening, it wasnt very busy, no one on the terrace, barely anyone at the bar, but the service was so long, our server seemed almost on purpose, we had time to finish the starter before he brings our beers, the girl with the glass of water comes to fill your glass by taking it from the part where you place your lips, ark.... Lets talk about food, the squid starter was lukewarm with soft frying, the Perigourdine salad was very ordinary for the price, the rockerfeller oysters on the other hand were excellent! Braised lamb shank, a delight The ricotta ravioli was also very good. In the end we left there with a bill of $258 + tip, which is way too expensive for the experience we had, the servers are very young with a LOT of lack of experience. In my opinion its very easy to find better for the price.

The place is beautiful, a little too big and noisy and above all the service is slow, but the food is good. Arrived at 6:15 p.m. received main course at 7:45 p.m. Bloody Cesar Lionel is not famous. I would go back there I think.

Food ok: arancini + beef tartare. I would have liked to be impressed (1st visit), but unfortunately not. I was especially impressed by the $$$$ of the wine: Importing a bottle 12 , $44 per bottle (the cheapest!).

We visited this restaurant on a Tuesday evening and ate inside as it was too hot to eat on the terrace. We appreciated that the music was soft allowing us to hear each other speak. The decor is beautiful, and our server provided good service, although he seemed a little overwhelmed. However, it should be noted that the atmosphere was quite noisy. To start, we ordered two cocktails, which were cold and delicious. We then opted for a squid starter, accompanied by red cabbage, jerk spice mayonnaise, pineapple chutney and curried cashew nuts. It was exquisite, with unique flavors and careful presentation. However, since squid is often shared, it would be helpful to provide small, individual plates for ease of serving and to avoid accidents. For the main course, I chose a salmon tartare (in starter format) and a Périgord salad (smoked duck prosciutto, Chèvre des Neiges cromesquis, crystallized walnuts, market garden salad, raspberries, onion jam and vinegar raspberry). The tartare was fresh and well balanced, while the salad also revealed lovely flavors. However, I found the vinaigrette a little too tangy. My mother opted for the Land and Sea meal (roasted bison medallions, pan-fried shrimp with garlic scapes, parsnip purée, grilled sucrine lettuce, King Oyster mushrooms, shellfish bisque). Having never tasted bison before, she enjoyed its flavor, but found it a little tough. The shrimp were unfortunately overcooked, which was visible to the naked eye. In addition, the presentation of the plate was strange: everything was grouped in only one half of the plate, giving the impression of an incomplete portion. Finally, it would be wise to provide a steak knife for this type of dish. Overall, this dish was rather disappointing. On the other hand, the brownie for dessert was delicious (we shared it).

Worst fish EVER!!!!! Sea bream much, much overcooked.

The ravioli and escabeche were very good, however the portion of cauliflower steak was tiny, the cabbage was very crunchy even though the dish was really expensive for what was on the plate. The burrata dish was small for the price and tasteless. We will unfortunately not return.

Wow, what a great evening we had at Chez Lionel! The menu was entirely tempting, guinea fowl with morels to die for and beef scoter accompanied by a decadent sauce to lick your fingers. What can we say about the impeccable and professional service of our server. He gave good advice and was able to answer all our questions. We went to dinner on a Friday. The young man who served us was very nice! On the other hand, the food was very disappointing! The shrimp starter on sofa was tasteless and bathed in a very liquid and too abundant sauce. Main course, salmon gravlax, 3 nice pieces of gravlax, but served with 4 small slices of cucumber and two of watermelon, it was lacking in work!! Anyone can do this at home without difficulty. We were very disappointed overall and for the price we could have gone elsewhere and eaten much better. I no longer recognize this restaurant, once one of my favorites

Arrived at 7pm had main meal at 9:45pm.. with a group menu Ordered a diry martini.. 50 mins delay to receive it after having asked for it 4 times.. rockafeller oysters.. 1 hour to receive (ordered before the first service and received at the same time as the 2nd service) I would return.. in 2.. but never in a group of 8 or more, even if booked more than 3 weeks in advance.. too bad

The atmosphere was just a little too excited for my taste. A group of partygoers produced a lot of decibels. We had to speak loudly to discuss. Next time I will ask for a quiet corner.

For dessert, the brownies and the zucchini/pistachio cake, I think... It was really good!!

We were a group of 25 people for brunch on a Sunday lunch and I found it very expensive ($80 for 2 people + tips) to eat 1 scrambled egg, small potatoes, 2 slices of bacon, 1 sausage, 2 slices of bread with homemade jam, 2 coffees and 1 smoties.

The interior is absolutely stunning! A beautiful atmosphere in the evening even for a weekday. The fried squid starter is really very good filled with beautiful flavors. The braised beef is really good and super tender. Also, the portions are quite fair for the price. The drinks are very good with a very diversified menu. You often have to reserve the weekend for space. The service was just ok because we waited almost 30 minutes between the starter and the main meal. For two people, expect to pay around $120 for a good evening! A great experience, I will return but this time on the large terrace!
